lol ...are you psychic or something?
If that's true then you can't really say you know either. It could be Barite Pacific, but it might not be...
That would really negate this whole thread. lol
still no answer to my question....Where's the source linking ONMC to Barite Pacific? As far as I know, that information isn't available to the public yet.
How about YOU let it go?
I already have...like 2 hours ago.
Either you let me post, since its after hours (which by your posting rules is perfectly fine to do) or just let it go. You keep posting long-winded responses which obviously show you haven't let it go. The point is, you may have the privilege of conveying your 'valid information' to people on this board, but you dont have the right to tell me what to do.
One more thing and I'm out of here: Where's the site, that links Birate Pacific to ONMC? Thanks.
Publicly traded companies can merge or acquire other publicly traded company. Lets see...there was Kmart and Sears, Alcoa and Alcan, Armor Holdings and Ohio Casualty. See, its not nonsense. Once Birate Pacific is public they may merge.
Horizontal mergers, vertical mergers, conglomerate mergers...any of this familiar to you?
I'm not saying they will....I'm just speculating
calm down....its just a message board, not the end all be all of things.
OMG ITS WRITTEN DOWN IT MUST BE TRUE! :rolls eyes:
:P
you know, the officers dont have to give you accurate information. According to the SEC WRII is NOT legally a shell. Look it up yourself.
LOL...WRII isnt a shell
maybe its not involved in this r/m but maybe it is...:)
I just know for a fact its not a shell
ok...Barite Pacific may be r/m into the shell, but multiple small companies can reverse merge into the same shell. WRII could be one of those small companies. Could be a r/m as well as acquisition of multiple smaller companies.
Instead of issuing stock as an IPO, using a shell is cheaper. Both routes take a company public.
yea...but ONMC is a shell, and shells are just companies organized to issue stock. Shells are just in existance to facilitate a merger or acquisitions, shells have no revenues, operations, products, or employees---it's just a stock structure. Blank Checks is how the SEC refers to them. Here's an article about blank checks + story about one:
http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/05_23/b3936095_mz020.htm
I dont know, but something about Barite mining etc, and the need for waste recovery (recovery and recycle of "uncategorized materials") just makes sense to me. :)
Here's the listing in the SEC's records, that labels ONMC as a 'blank check'. This is a shell...probably for the resulting merger. Thats good news, because the shares will transfer over.

Hopefully yall see what I'm talking about. Either way, WRII is the revived company that JR is CEO of right now and more than likely after the merger he'll be CEO of the merged co.
http://www.wasterecoveryinc.com
Oh and just as a side note, when WRII closed up shop in the 90's it was the largest company in the US for recycling scrap tires, and its share price was about $3.75.
WRII is the company that Jesse is CEO/Pres of. ONMC is the shell for the merger. Thought yall should know. Checked it with the SEC.
well actually...ONMC is the shell for the merger, but Jesse Rodriguez is in fact CEO of the company in question...WRII
I think thats what its worth....at LEAST
im guessing higher. my guess is 1.50
i agree with you...the shorts have lost their marbles...
load up now...the markets fixin to make a bounce up
dude....this thing just went on SALE....BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL woot :)
bargain prices today....its the calm before the storm...
wait for it..
these are bargain prices let me tell you :)
i concur
I was just kidding....i just wanted to say buttnuggets
yeah....this is hella cheap right now.
The Pres. & CEO is actually head of WRII and ONMC is just the 'blank check' (or shell) for the reverse merger with BPC..
this is gonna be awesome
yeah im holding too...did u buy before 7/29??
its not a bad company...
but I can see your point. The only thing is, most companies reverse split in order to raise the share price. I'm expecting it to go up. They wouldn't do this without a really good reason otherwise.
the company thinks its shares are undervalued. so I expect that with the reverse split, the share value with get a boost.
lol...
ONMC is quiet because its a "blank check" based on SEC records..which, for those of you that dont know, is more commonly known as a shell. The company thats filing under this shell is Waste Recovery, Inc. (WRII) based in Santa Ana, California. It was just recently revived by Jesse Rodriguez, interim Pres. and CEO.
reverse split is coming up.
1:73 ...maybe an increase in share price is in order...? :)
hey..the number given for the santa ana address is good. Rodriguez has voicemail! haha
WRII + ONMC shell = reverse merger possibilities
just waiting for some PR from Rodriguez
LOL...."new management"
Jesse Rodriguez, CEO, president, etc etc. is reviving this stock/company under the shell of ONMC
yeah....this ones a live one.....just waiting for news from Rodriguez lol
by the way....look at ONMC....its all part of this one too fyi
OMNC is basically WRII...
both have recent filings by Jesse Rodriguez.
OMNC - Aug. 8 2007
WRII - Aug. 3 2007
looks like we got a live one here...
lol what happened here? did some chicks thingy's fall off?? i.e. the -50%
I really want to wipe my butt with charmin 2 ply, so if this doesnt go any higher, I'll be really not happy.
