yea...but ONMC is a shell, and shells are just companies organized to issue stock. Shells are just in existance to facilitate a merger or acquisitions, shells have no revenues, operations, products, or employees---it's just a stock structure. Blank Checks is how the SEC refers to them. Here's an article about blank checks + story about one:
