Hopefully yall see what I'm talking about. Either way, WRII is the revived company that JR is CEO of right now and more than likely after the merger he'll be CEO of the merged co.

Oh and just as a side note, when WRII closed up shop in the 90's it was the largest company in the US for recycling scrap tires, and its share price was about $3.75.
