A chill IMO is a communist way for the big guys to take the momentum out of the play so they can get in for real cheap! I have had and heard of stocks that have been chilled for months. Zero volume traded. It drives the company out of business!
When that happens, Usually A bigger fish comes along and grabs up there assets/contracts for pennies on the dollar.
I do know from my experience with chills, Micro soft should be chilled hard becouse of the litigation right now. The dtcc won't chill them becouse they have more money than the dtcc and Microsoft would bury them if they tried IMO.
The best part is the dtcc is a private entity! Does that make sence! A Single private company policeing the open market!
Chill is a term I run like heck from. If I even get a wiff of a chill, I won't consider the play. You Can't sell or buy usually when a chill is in affect. Thay can chill a company for almost anything from what I have read. Late filings un audited fins.... you name it!!!
I am learning alot here about the investment community. Some things you just can't speak of. For instance, This is just a made up example!
If a guy had links to internet lible and internet slander sight's in the ibox that in not allowed. Also if you have references in your Ibox about mods(jokes) that is not allowed. If you allow people to post about mods that is not allowed. It may not call these out in the TOS specaficaly. But, I am sure you can't do any of those things IMO.
So if you make your own board, do not put any thing like I have listed above in your ibox. lol
The market may be bad, but I slept like a baby last night. I woke up every hour and cried.
Thanks for keeping me up to date Gramps. I really apreciate it. I read the board every day 5-6 times a day. LOL.... gooooo thra
GOOOOO THRA
I thought it was a great joke nurse! GOOOO NURSE!
Definition of 'Chill'
Special restrictions that can be placed on a given security by the Depository Trust Company (DTC). Chill restrictions are intended to limit the potential for problems within the financial marketplace, and can be placed on a security for various reasons.
Investopedia explains 'Chill'
Owned by many financial companies including the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the DTC acts as a clearinghouse for stock exchange securities, settling trades in corporate and municipal securities. If the DTC has cause to be concerned about a specific security currently processed through its system, it may place a "chill" status on the security. This will restrict brokerages' ability to transfer the shares or units of the security through DTC until the security's issues are cleared up or it ceases trading on the market.
Heres a cool link nurse:
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/chill.asp#axzz1hrzqdDeY
LOL. Good one nurse. Where was my post deleted at? If it was here? I was asked to delete it by admin. I was grey on the TOS I guess so I was asked to remove. So, I immediatly complied!
I will send you the DTCC Chill definition in a moment.
Thats very positive IMO. People are moving around to get some THRA shares. That indicates to me, every one want's some and is willing to move around to get it.
The ones who are not allowing trading are losing money. I think volume will increase through the week and next as people funnel to the open doors still trading thra!
Then we may see some rule bending from brokers. Ya know they don't want to lose a penny IMO! I give it 2 weeks and we will be trading freely! LOL
GOOOO THRA
I disagree! If a company cannot have a comparable industry share price, they can't get institutional financing! Period! So they have to dillute. witch is a slow death.
I bought BBDA from DD on another site! I never read this board untill after I owned it.
If I would have read this board and reviewed some posts made on here, I would have NEVER bought BBDA. This board would have scared me off!
BBDA has done a great job staying alive in this economy. Great Ceo. Mr. Weber is very smart IMO.

One of the biggest factors of a company's share price is dilution.
If anything should scare you, it should be this:
Regarding the "STORM OF DILUTION" from the lawsuit debt.
"There's really nothing I can do with it on the stock side of things" -- Brian Weber.
Right from the horse's mouth -- it's not the people on the board, it's the convertible debt holders pulling the strings of the company.
Great news. Are more clearing houses starting to trade THRA? What do ya think on the volume and trade increase? Did you hear any thing Gramps? I am current on the e-mails! Just wondering about e-trade scott trade those guys allowing us to buy/sell.
Going great here nurse! The old timers are great! Some are to hot and others are cold!LOL.
I carry a digital pocket thermometer with me. So, I paly a game and ask them what temp do they think it is. LOL. I get some crazy answers from some of them! So I take out my thermometer and wave it around in the air.(ya know for wind chill). Then I ask them who want's to guess what temp it is.
When I show them it's 72 deg F. They are fine all of the sudden. LOL.
No problem on the DD! Yep It is MWIP with the divy! No news as of yet though.
Every one sais the ceo usually runs a week after! From what he pr's. I would not test the sec or the dtcc with late filings. They are on a chill kick for that stuff right now!
GOOOO GTGP.....MWIP.....BBDA

MWIP DD:
About Cannabis Medical Solutions
Cannabis Medical Solutions (Stock Symbol:MWIP) offers a complete line of merchant services for your medical marijuana dispensary business including, Visa, MasterCard & merchant accounts, debit & credit card transaction processing, gift/loyalty card programs and POS terminals. We understand your business, and work with private banking institutions that will streamline the application process and have you accepting credit cards with 5 business days. With Cannabis Medical Solutions, we can tailor a transaction processing solution to meet your needs.
Cannabis Medical Solutions Inc., is a publically traded company under the stock symbol (MWIP). The Company provides online and wireless merchant payment solutions worldwide. It offers a spectrum of transaction processing solutions using traditional, Internet point-of-sale, e-commerce, and mobile (wireless) terminals in conjunction with industry alliance partners. The company's alliances provide electronic payment processing suite of services enabling merchants to accept various credit and debit cards, as well as ATM cards and ACH check drafts for payment of a retail, service, mail-order, or Internet merchant. It offers services, such as merchant account activation, gateway connections, Web development, and social network engines.
MWIP recently entered the medical marijuana space as a prominent player by offering its pre-paid and ID card program with state licensed medical marijuana dispensaries and collectives in California, Colorado, New Mexico, Montana and New Jersey.
In an effort to keep these collectives within the guidelines of CA Proposition 215 and SB 420, the CMSI financial services including credit card processing, financial secure payment systems, ATM's, Insurance and pre-paid debit/stored value ID card will offer a unique cash alternatives to these regulated dispensaries.
Under new legal guidelines to be issued by the Obama administration, authorities no longer seek prosecution of medical marijuana users or suppliers as long as they conform to state laws. MWIP is aggressively capitalizing on this presently untapped and much needed medical solution. MWIP presently processes transactions for over ten medical marijuana dispensaries and is adding approximately two additional locations per week. Gross processing volume from medical marijuana dispensaries is approximately exceeding 10M annually and growing.
Fourteen states presently allow some use of marijuana for medical purposes. California is unique among those for the widespread presence of dispensaries - businesses that market and sell marijuana. Presently, there are an estimated 300,000 to 400,000 medical marijuana patients in California and the figure is rapidly growing. There are also about 700 medical marijuana dispensaries now operating in California that openly distribute the drug.
In Colorado, there are approximately 60,000 registered medical marijuana patients spending an average of $100.00 a week on medication. Cash generated from sales in Colorado alone now exceed $6,000,000 a week. CMSI expects to receive 3-5% of these transactions over the next 90 days.
MWIP has also signed an agreement to acquire all licenses in Colorado necessary for the operation of private labeled dispensaries both bricks and mortar and online delivery service for medical marijuana within the state. CMSI expects to open its' first physical dispensary in May 2010.
Most of these operations only accept cash as well as pay cash to suppliers to the collectives, subjecting operators and collective members to theft, unregulated and potential criminal activities.
MWIP is the only company presently handling this sector of business with respect to the payment processing and loyalty card. Medical Marijuana Inc. (OTC: MJNA.PK) has a POS system but it does not have the loyalty and payroll card for suppliers that CMIB offer.
MWIP's pre-paid/ID card may be loaded through a PCI compliant gateway, Internet, POS system or PayPal. The card could be used as a member's photo ID which also contains the member's name, medical ID number and membership expiration date.
Each card MWIP issued will generate $4.00 to $10.00 per patient each month. The Company expects to have at least 30,000 patients by the end of June 2010. This will translate to $120,000 to $300,000 in additional monthly revenues for MWIP.
Medical marijuana is the most searched term on Google each month with over a million page views and Commerce Online is highly listed. We expect this sector to experience explosive growth as more movements are made toward the legitimization of medical marijuana and CMIB stands to directly benefit. The Company offers these services through its' new division Cannabis Medical Solutions Inc. www.Cannabismedsolutions.com
Products and Services
The Cannabis Medical Solutions suite of e-commerce products and services through its' division 800 Commerce include:
Private Label Gateway
Credit Card Acceptance
Debit/ATM Card Acceptance
Phone/Mail Order
Internet Processing
Gift and Loyalty Cards
Check Services
Wireless/Mobile
EBT
Web Development and consulting
ACH
Equipment & Supplies
Strategic Agreements
In August, CMIB signed a merchant processing and Independent Sales Organization (ISO) agreement with Direct Technology Innovations (DTI). DTI is an ISO/Merchant Service Provider for the First National Bank of Omaha, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Fleet Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and Best Payment Solutions. The company is presently listed with the Top 25 payment processors within the United States with over $2 billion in payment processing annually.
The Company also recently signed a reseller's and ISO agreement with Data1 Financial for its payment gateway. The agreement allows MWIP to offer private label agreements for credit card, ACH, Check 21 and wireless processing services for high risk processing, as well as medical marijuana dispensaries world wide..
CMSI also has an exclusive Agreement with 561 Media Inc. to offer web design and social network engines as well as consulting services for its international online clients. Commerce Online will offer web services, shopping cart and payment processing integration and hosting. Through its wholly owned certified B2B directory 800Commerce.com, CMIB will provide corporate websites, hosting merchant accounts and online marketing through Google, MSN and Yahoo for low cost recurring monthly fees.
Recurring Revenue Streams
The MWIP Payment Network is marketed under reseller agreements with various ISOs and VARs (Value Added Resellers) who sell MWIP's products and merchant services to end customers worldwide.
Revenues are generated from monthly and per transaction fees. In addition to First Data Networks, a total of 13 platforms are integrated within the CMSI Network including Vital, First Data Networks, Payment Tech, Heartland and Valutec.
It is the goal of MWIP to be processing close to $100M through merchant services in its first year.
Projected Revenues
800Commerce.com will provide packages for business starting at $149 per month, which will include credit card processing, a corporate website, web hosting and emails, and online marketing. This will provide revenues to CMIB through the recurring charges of $149.00 a month per each client contracted for. The Company's goal is to have at least one thousand clients contracted with the portal in its first year providing over $1M in revenues.
Industry Overview
The US credit card processing is about a $10 billion industry. The major companies include First Data Corporation, Total System Services, Global Payments, and Bank of America's BA Merchant Services. The industry is highly concentrated with the top four companies account for 40 percent of industry revenues.
When it comes to consumer purchases, plastic is in, paper is out. Credit and debit cards, along with other electronic payment methods, are growing in popularity for their added convenience, greater security and ease of use compared to cash on-hand. Retailers must keep pace with these trends, while making sure to control costs and encourage sales by providing a range of electronic processing options. As a result the market for credit/debit card services is expected to grow from $49 billion in 2006 to $85 billion in 2010. eCheck/ACH services are projected to rise from $13 billion to $19 billion over the same time period. (Source: McKinsey & Co. Payments Practice; figures from 2010 are estimates.)
Ground Floor Opportunity
Of all merchant services companies operating in the United States, less than 10% have wireless payment methods installed. CMSI can soon establish itself as a leading provider of wireless and online merchant payment acquisitions. The company benefits from:
Competitive pricing model
VISA certified and fully compliant credit/debit card and bank-grade electronic payment platform
Experience in integration with large volume merchants and banks across North America
24/7 customer support
Next generation mobile payment solutions.
The constant evolution of new technologies, both wired and wireless, combined with the rapid growth in new, online storefronts, remotely operating merchants and increased frequency of consumer credit/debit purchases, bodes well for payment gateway providers like Commerce Online.
An example in the vast potential of the market is when CyberSource Corporation (NASDAQ: CYBS) acquired Authorize.Net in November 2007 for $700M. At the time, Authorize.Net was a payment gateway provider with only 190,000 merchant customers.
MWIP anticipates exponential growth in 2009 and beyond, and would evaluate a lucrative buy-out situation in the future given the opportunity to further increase shareholder value.
MWIP has the right infrastructure in place as well as partnerships to capture a huge market share of the rapidly growing multi-billion dollars payment processing market. In addition, the rapidly growing medical marijuana sector will present CMIB with huge growth opportunity as the Company is the primary payment processor in this space. Keep an eye on this company with aggressive growth potential. The stock has been trading in a range and could break out any time.

Cleaning the Attic
While cleaning the attic, Joan and Harry found an old stub for some shoes they left at the repair shop 10 years ago. They thought it would be funny to go to the shop and see if the shoes were still there. So they did. They handed the stub to the repair man who took it and looked in the back. He came out again and said, "They'll be ready on Wednesday."
It really does take another vet to read between the lines! I am glad you like what has transpired here. It was a basic flanking manuever. LOL. He couldn't get this board shut down and realized his butt was getting close to the wringer IMO.

I really don't know what happened but this guy has bashed it for a year or so. I am sure if lawyers are involved they have plenty of posts to use.
He never should have admitted it in a post like he did! IMO that post is an admission of guilt!
This post is just pure speculation.
GLTY
IMO I think something is going on with those two. I think they may have libel suits against them! I can assure you, I tried to warn them.
I didn't want to mod the board any more becouse of all the negativity.
I couldn't combat it and stay within the TOS here. And if They are being sued for libel or internet slander, I want no part of that! Period!
I think that is whats happening behind the curtain!
Take care.
Excerpt from Pr For MWIP.
MediSwipe Inc. (http://www.MediSwipe.com) (OTCBB:MWIP), a merchant payment solutions and financial products company for the medical health care industry and its wholly owned subsidiary 800 Commerce Inc. (www.800Commerce.com) a leading enabler and turnkey ecommerce solution provider including mobile payment solutions, today announced new merchant services agreements for September exceeding eight million ($8,000,000) dollars in monthly gross processing volume. The new merchant processing agreements include wellness centers, e-commerce and high risk merchant accounts. Under the newly signed agreements, MediSwipe and 800 Commerce will provide merchant services, gift/ loyalty cards and personal digitized healthcare records to the new merchant network. The Company will also update shareholders on the exact filing date of the 800 Commerce Spin-off and dividend share within the next few days.
"We are extremely pleased with the performance of our agent network and organic growth as to new merchant accounts as a direct result of expanding our markets to all high risk markets beyond the medicinal sector. Revenues as a result of these new accounts each month will mark a progressive upward trend, where previously we have been unable to show meaningful revenues due to prior banking and agent agreements with most revenues taken after distribution to several entities, as well as being limited to the medicinal marijuana sector alone. Typically, profit margins now flowing to the Company will be anywhere from 1%-3% monthly on gross processing volume. We will continue to service and be a leading provider of financial services to the medicinal sector, while at the same time create increased shareholder value through our high risk banking relationships to all businesses that seek our services," stated B. Michael Friedman, CEO of MediSwipe Inc.
