One of the biggest factors of a company's share price is dilution.

If anything should scare you, it should be this:

Regarding the "STORM OF DILUTION" from the lawsuit debt.
"There's really nothing I can do with it on the stock side of things" -- Brian Weber.

Right from the horse's mouth -- it's not the people on the board, it's the convertible debt holders pulling the strings of the company.

The truth, so they say, is very expensive to prove in court. LOL.
