LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/02/07 -- PSPP Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: PSPJ), a financial services company that is establishing an international banking network to facilitate electronic remittance, mobile banking, e-benefits, and stored value and pre-paid card solutions, announced today that the company has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire Florida-based Poder Card. The card will broaden the diversity of the card market and will be aimed at Latin customers.
The payroll program which is in place will be added to the North American product mix and will complement the South American Continents, as PSPP Holdings expands into another continent.
Regarding the announcement, Mr. Wilcox stated, "This will immediately offer our Latin customers a solution for the U.S. and for the multi-billion-dollar remittance programs that we hope to offer. Do you think the way she behaved is mature?
To threaten someone with what amounts to financial blackmail unless they only say nice things about her on a Ihub!
She has called me 3 times to complain about something I said on Ihub.
First time I mentioned that I bought some shares direct from the company.....and she didn't like that. I didn't know it was supposed to be a secret. I apologized and spent hours going through all my posts for several days so I could have 4G remove all the posts where I mentioned buying shares direct from the company.
The second time was because what I percieved as a bad attitude from Theresa about other investors. I paraphrased what she said and posted it on Ihub but never mentioned who said it.
She called me to say she never said it...but if she never said it...how would she know I was paraphrasing her?
And of course this time......I said something? I assume it was the other day when I said IMO Theresa is not suited to IR work. That is my opinion and that threatening email I got today pretty much proves I was right.
PNMS Theresa is a criminal and its clear that she has access to shareholders confidential information and is using that information for illegal purpose.
Message to stocksniper, Unblock me so I can send you a PM. I have the contact for the Texas State Police. Theresa needs to go to jail now. she is dangerous
clearly one of the points to bring a criminal complaint for RICO is here
PNMS not only is Pedro a con artist, he also appears to be a common thief
I cant believe how stupid Theresa from PNMS is. She just proved one of the necessary predicated acts to start a RICO suit against the company
the cose was pretty good. could have been better, but in light of recent market activity, its good!!!
PNMS: Check this out
This lady theresa appears to be part of the criminal enterprise
This is part of an e-mail that I recieved from Theresa:
May I add that any shareholder who is unhappy with the way this company does business may certainly at any time request his certificates and the Foundation will be more than happy to return them. Along that same vein, any shareholder who is obnoxious, vicious or consistently derogatory in their remarks toward the Foundation, Panamersa its management or staff will at the discretion of the council of the Foundation have their membership revoked and their certificates returned with no further hope of rejoining. That also holds true for anyone who quotes, misquotes or quotes in part any verbal or written communication to myself or my staff without permission. That authorization has been given to me and I will exercise it.

PNMS : See this is exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned the dangers of providing your brkerage information and Passport details to PNMS. Apparently Theresa has access to ALL of it. who know what she will do with that information. apparently its not very secure.

Revealing personal matters is a no-no as per TOS rules - I happen to know that CIDD is a happily married man, in fact I have been to his home and met his wife. Nice lady! Let's keep the subject PNMS and not mods.
please and thank you,

Many nasty things have been said about her and CIDD, which is probably the cause of her sounding off. Personal matters should not be brought up IMO.
this begs the question of what does CIDD a IHUB moderator have to do with the company. what is the relationship?
NEW LOWS for PNMS
Theresa apparently is blackmailing shareholders in an attempt to keep their mouths shut on ihub

Hey everyone.....
Below is an email I got from Theresa and my response to her and also the email I sent to MT.
Three times now Theresa has called me on the phone because she didn't like something I said on Ihub. This time I emailed her and told her I would not discuss anything on the phone and she would have to email be. I consider it despicable for her or anyone else from the company to make threats in an effort to control what we say on Ihub! Opinions please!
(My email to Mr. Terrell)
Dear Mr. Terrell,
Below is an email I got from Theresa and my responce to her.
She again does not like some of what I said on Ihub.
I am getting damn sick and tired of this crap.
Please tell me whether you want me as an investor in Panamersa or not?
I will not give up my rights to say whatever I want to on Ihub.
I will not tolerate threats in an effort to control what I say either.
I am very sorry I again have to burden you with this garbage....but I
need to hear from you in this matter.
Thank you,
Josh Trenge
(My email to Theresa)
Theresa,
Last I checked we have something called freedom of speech in America.
I have stated my honest opinions on Ihub and I will not apologize for them.
For you to threaten me in any way is not only unprofessional but is childish.
I will post this email on Ihub because all investors should know that you are
trying to control what they say......and that you are making threats against
people who says things you don't like.
Why are you even reading Ihub?
If you were taking care of investors questions and needs instead of reading Ihub
perhaps investors would not be so upset with you and the company.
I will continue to say whatever I want to on Ihub. I don't care if you like it or not.
Ihub is a place for investors to share information with each other, voice their opinions and
vent their frustrations with each other. If I want to say something directly to you....I will do it.
For you or anyone else from Panamersa to troll Ihub in an effort to control what is said there is
outrageous! I will not allow you or anyone else to manipulate what I say there or anywhere else!

(Email from Theresa)
It has been brought to my attention once again that you have brought up issues regarding your personal opinion of my status with this company.
I have left a phone message for you to call me to give you a chance to explain yourself; however, you have not returned that call –
This is the third time you have attacked the integrity of myself or PANAMERSA directly; I don’t necessarily care about your personal opinion of me since you do not know me at all but you will not be allowed to undermine my position in this company again.
From what I understand you vacillate between being a strong and loyal supporter to a basher depending on your purported expert understanding of the way this company handles our business.
Be aware I’m not going to tolerate this again; any shareholder and it does not matter if they own one PDR or 1,000,000 will be allowed to attack personally any member of PANAMERSA’’S organization; you are certainly entitled to your opinion but you need to have the facts to back it up. If you do not, I can promise you I will request that your certificates and any further affiliation with the Foundation will no longer be a privilege you deserve.
I hope I have made myself abundantly clear and for the last time. I just got your e-mail --- you have my response in writing—I don’t respect cowardice either—if you cannot speak on the phone as an adult and voice your opinions personally, then I can promise you that whatever your response is by e-mail needs to show the the proper respect.
Regards,
Theresa

Thats what guns are for LOL
of course the property at chub cay wont be very good after that LOL
yeah well, I am 12 miles inland and 9 feet of elevation.
oh, there is always hope and there will always be those that try and exploit the rules.
and that will be the day I become very wealthy and have ocean front property. I am set
justice is always being served. its like going to IHOP
well frankly, its about as big a problem as global warming,
its a natural market occurance and its being hyped out of all proportion.
now here is what some promotors/financiers and even CEOs and directors do.
they take and short against their restricted stock from offshore. happens every single day. take a look at Jonathan Curshen ( a federal fugative) and his red Sea management. they offer this service to CEO's/Promoters out of belize and costa rica. Promoters and toxic financiers will short against an "expected" position from offshore as well.
This may look to be "Naked" short but it isnt, its backed up with real stock and if the promoter?financier gets caught out by not delivering the stock they expected to the broker, THEY WILL BE REALLY SHORT and they will have to cover, no matter from offshore or not
yes but you ignored the fact the MMs cannot and do not trade unsolicted pinks for their own accts. they must have an actual order to represent. they DO NOT make a market in unsolicted pinks
pspj will get there, no doubt about it
altomare is a CRIMINAL
no kidding, there is absolutely nothing stopping the foundation from wiring money. there is no way to tell who the benificiaries are from a outgoing wire. its preposterous.
THE ONLY THING STOPPING WIRES is INSUFFECIENT FUNDS!!!!
its pretty clear who distracted scientist is. he is spouting a bunch of false information.
PNMS, this is the kind of crapp I am talking about

You have entirely missed the point of the dividend.
And, the PR that I referenced was issued five days after the initial announcement. However, the PR that I referenced actually contains all of the details regarding the dividend, which you apparently overlooked. Even so, if you read the initial announcement, it also says that "Each shareholder will be issued 1 PDR. Each PDR will state the corresponding number of square meters it represents."
My point was that you were wrong.
I am not exactly sure what your point is, but it appears that you are trying to spin your inability to substantiate yourself.
Do you base all of your information on gut feelings?
BTW, the dividend has already been issued to shareholders whose brokers have complied with the certification process.
