Hey everyone.....
Below is an email I got from Theresa and my response to her and also the email I sent to MT.
Three times now Theresa has called me on the phone because she didn't like something I said on Ihub. This time I emailed her and told her I would not discuss anything on the phone and she would have to email be. I consider it despicable for her or anyone else from the company to make threats in an effort to control what we say on Ihub! Opinions please!

She again does not like some of what I said on Ihub.
I am getting damn sick and tired of this crap.
Please tell me whether you want me as an investor in Panamersa or not?
I will not give up my rights to say whatever I want to on Ihub.
I will not tolerate threats in an effort to control what I say either.
I am very sorry I again have to burden you with this garbage....but I
need to hear from you in this matter.

Last I checked we have something called freedom of speech in America.
I have stated my honest opinions on Ihub and I will not apologize for them.
For you to threaten me in any way is not only unprofessional but is childish.
I will post this email on Ihub because all investors should know that you are
trying to control what they say......and that you are making threats against
people who says things you don't like.
Why are you even reading Ihub?
If you were taking care of investors questions and needs instead of reading Ihub
perhaps investors would not be so upset with you and the company.
I will continue to say whatever I want to on Ihub. I don't care if you like it or not.
Ihub is a place for investors to share information with each other, voice their opinions and
vent their frustrations with each other. If I want to say something directly to you....I will do it.
For you or anyone else from Panamersa to troll Ihub in an effort to control what is said there is
outrageous! I will not allow you or anyone else to manipulate what I say there or anywhere else!

It has been brought to my attention once again that you have brought up issues regarding your personal opinion of my status with this company.
I have left a phone message for you to call me to give you a chance to explain yourself; however, you have not returned that call –
This is the third time you have attacked the integrity of myself or PANAMERSA directly; I don’t necessarily care about your personal opinion of me since you do not know me at all but you will not be allowed to undermine my position in this company again.
From what I understand you vacillate between being a strong and loyal supporter to a basher depending on your purported expert understanding of the way this company handles our business.
Be aware I’m not going to tolerate this again; any shareholder and it does not matter if they own one PDR or 1,000,000 will be allowed to attack personally any member of PANAMERSA’’S organization; you are certainly entitled to your opinion but you need to have the facts to back it up. If you do not, I can promise you I will request that your certificates and any further affiliation with the Foundation will no longer be a privilege you deserve.
I hope I have made myself abundantly clear and for the last time. I just got your e-mail --- you have my response in writing—I don’t respect cowardice either—if you cannot speak on the phone as an adult and voice your opinions personally, then I can promise you that whatever your response is by e-mail needs to show the the proper respect.
