This is part of an e-mail that I recieved from Theresa:

May I add that any shareholder who is unhappy with the way this company does business may certainly at any time request his certificates and the Foundation will be more than happy to return them. Along that same vein, any shareholder who is obnoxious, vicious or consistently derogatory in their remarks toward the Foundation, Panamersa its management or staff will at the discretion of the council of the Foundation have their membership revoked and their certificates returned with no further hope of rejoining. That also holds true for anyone who quotes, misquotes or quotes in part any verbal or written communication to myself or my staff without permission. That authorization has been given to me and I will exercise it.
