Big Picture, all: NIOBF $.6778 USD at the close. . $.071 up! Good day!

(Advocate, I have an open order out there if you are looking to sell. )
Monocle. No, don't want to use Lind, but they at least kicking the project forward.
While this is not the major funding package that everyone wants, they will, for the first time, actually possess real assets for the first time and not just a set of blueprints, videos, and talking points.
Actual ownership allows them to begin to move forward on site development and accomplish the Nebraska air permit requirement that they begin development within the 18 months requirement. Site prep can start, they can begin staking, they can put up a sign, move a trailer out to the site to hold those blueprints. I think it will make it a lot move appealing to large investors or potential merger partners and governmental agencies.
Chico! Thank you sir! Good morale booster for all of us!

Landmark, PM, Monocle, all:
I pretty sure this was previously posted to the board, but if anyone missed or is new here, it here it is again.

"Key Market Trends
SOFCs Segment to Dominate the Market
- A solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is an electrochemical conversion device that helps produce electricity directly by combining an oxidant and a fuel across an ionic conducting oxide electrolyte."
...snip
"- Scandium containing SOFCs have commercially proved to offer outstanding performance as compared to the conventional yttrium stabilized zirconia solid electrolytes. This is because, the use of scandium-based electrolytes has helped increase ionic conductivity, cell efficiency, and operating life of the fuel cells.
- At present, SOFCs are witnessing increased application within transport, industrial equipment, power generation, cooling, disaster relief, and areas where grid connections are not available.
- The increasing demand for clean energy over environment concerns of energy generation from conventional sources, such as coal and natural gas, is expected to drive the demand for solid oxide fuel cells in the years to come. Consequently, such trends are projected to significantly increase the demand for scandium for applications in SOFCs."

NioCorp mentioned in the final Paragraph.
NCT. Given the permitting requirements I sometimes wonder if any mines in N. America will ever be built. Now the U.S. has an "Executive" and supporting "apparatus" that wants to shut down the coal mines and oil wells. Very discouraging.
P.M.
I know, we used to celebrate Washington and Lincolns birthdays separately, but they made it a federal holiday and lumped them together.

I make NO suggestion that these be used as any basis for REE commodity values other than that scandium is more expensive relative to niobium.

No, you are right. You stay indoors, don't go anywhere unless you really need a replacement snow shovel, new laces for your Sorrels, or 25 bags of rock salt (for your margaritas, right?.) Does Anna Paquin ever return to Winnepeg in the winter? Non! Pa! Bet not!
Where ever Mark is I--we all--wish his financing package and partners would hurry up before everything deteriorates into economic collapse.

Landmark;
It was a quick drive post. I didn't have a lot of details but I did notice the SP increase and I know that some here also follow TMRC.
Yes, we need something like this to happen to NioCorp as well.
Landmark, P.M.
Slide; TMRC is exploring an IPO. Up $.42 today. Have several thousand shares. Wish I had more.
Still holding all my my NIOBF shares.

Sherman 106; Just say it. Biden is owned by China which funneled bribes to him through his son Hunter's company. This makes him bought and blackmail-able. This is a national security nightmare.
China buys politicians and university professors and business. They do not need to invade the US as long as they control it and its money and resources. They do it quietly under the guise of cultural exchange.
China took down Mountain Pass RE mine by selling REEs at a loss and driving the competition out of business. If you can, move in and buy up the competition.
I suppose that like most mines TRMC are waiting for additional funding to conduct operations. There may be other reasons that always appears to be a big reason for most mines. Lets hope that funding does not come from China.
Good luck to all. Hope we have a winner here (at some point soon.)
Wakebe; One of your better posts I think.
"nobody wants to buy stock when all the upside is capped...!!!!!...your paying the market premium and they buy for a dime and sell to you for 2 dollars a share....ruined a great company"
Well, for start ups, especially mining companies, they have salarys but also compensate employees with shares. Its how they attract staff and managment. And yes, it does involve share dilution which does hold down share price and dividends for shareholders. If they survive you may be able to realize a profit on your investment.
Someone once said that mining companies are run for the sake of managment and mining engineers and that 90% of them would never really benefit shareholders to any great extent. Management is always out for itself, you just hope that you find a company that is well run enough to have money left over for the shareholders.
If you think your stock is in one of the 90% it is probably time to find a different stock.
I sold this stock at the end of last year to reduce exposure to international stocks. I might consider owning it again. (It will probably go up now.)
Everyone should do their own due diligence in deciding what to do.

I said once KM. I thought $1.90 by year end, but China/Covid, so it didn't happen. So, maybe in 2021. (I was taking my $1.90 target form some analyst in any case...Wainwright I think.)
I think most appreciate/encourage positive KMack. We ALL hope to be rewarded for our patience sooon! (Soon!)

While it is still daylight here in Kansas, thanks to all of you for all the information and analysis--and occasionally entertainment--you have all provided in the last year!
Here's looking forward to a safe and profitable new year! Good luck and good health to all of you.
Doug, Thanks!
I appreciate your insights! I am monitoring UCORE to see if there is a point at which I want to get back in.
Still waiting...along with all the old timers...on financing for NioCorp. Maybe more shrs TMRC at some point.

Doug. Whats your thought here?
The IBC/Ligand separation lawsuit appears to have been a big blind alley. Does the Rapidsx sound like a economical separation technolgy? (Trying to decide if I want to buy back in.)

https://arizonasilverexploration.com/home-page/arizona-silver-announces-buy-out-of-existing-nsr-on-its-100-owned-philadelphia-property/
“We are pleased to continue to build shareholder value in Arizona Silver Exploration. This NSR buy-out shows continued commitment from management to raise future opportunity for investment in Arizona Silver Exploration. You simply can’t put a value to this 1% NSR until a resource is determined, but the path forward to future development has no outstanding encumbrances. We have no future lease or NSR payments due on our Philadelphia property,” stated Mike Stark, President and CEO.
Current Drilling Update
Arizona Silver has drilled two RC holes on Section 100N and one core hole on Section 200N. Samples from all three holes have already been delivered to ALS’s sample prep facility in Tucson, AZ. In addition, we have completed six pre-collar RC holes to depths between 100-300 ft on Sections 300N and 400N. See link to sections: http://arizonasilverexploration.com/philadelphia-property/
The six remaining holes will be cased and then cored through the targeted high-grade vein. The core rig is currently completing the second core hole on Section 200N, and has the six pre-collar holes yet to drill. The company expects results to start coming in prior to Christmas and to continue well into the new year.

On behalf of the Board of Directors:
P.M. Yes I have followed UURAF. I took a hit and sold a small position, but I will monitor for a while to see how their reverse split works out.
I wonder how much better UCORE would have been if they had not had all the legal issues with IBC Advanced Technolgies. (NOT IBC Advanced Alloy iaalf.)
https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/61237/Utah-Court-Denies-IBCs-Attempt-to-Void-the-Option-to-Purchase-Agreement-with-Ucore
"Although our court schedules in both Utah and Nova Scotia have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Ucore is very pleased with the outcomes to date within the courts," stated Pat Ryan, P.Eng., Ucore Chairman & Interim-CEO. "We understand that further delays may occur given these uncertain times. However, with every court appearance, we take one more step to resolving this dispute with IBC and to ultimately capturing the value of our significant investment in their technology for rare earth elements - once legally liberated. A technology that we believe ideally complements our current pathway of developing a near-term U.S. commercial rare earth separation facility."
May they win their lawsuit, but these things grind along at glacial speed.
Niocorp has developed their own separation process geared toward their target minerals. Its still interesting to see how others approach the problem. (Given the litigious nature of IBC Ad.tech. they appear to be a good company to avoid good separation tech or not.)
Amazing! Another LQP! Posts without content! Worry about managment? Should be concern at toxic daytrader manipulation?
The Seeker YouTube Mark Saxon details technical review of rare earths extraction process
Stark12, P.M. In looking into then further they are working with Medallion resources in processing Monzanite sands. (Which have a high phosphorous content in addition to their REE content.)
Given that they also process/recycle old florescent light bulbs to recover phosphorous. So, an interesting data point relative to NioCorp.
P.M. Sort of interesting. This privately held company is located in Beatrice Nebraska one county over from Elk Creek.

Share dilution can be a bad thing depending on what managment does with the money. If you think this you might want to sell shares.
