Convertible debt was already absorbed when the price flew up two weeks ago and no plans to further add to that, as per a company statement. Right now the market cap is at 122.17 million.
There may be huge interest by large overseas shrimp growing companies to see this technology fail because home grown shrimp could ruin the frozen shrimp import business. This worry is perhaps reflected in forums where mention of other companies often comes up, always companies using biofloc technology.
The survival rate was over 90 percent (you can confirm that with e&e communications who is their pr firm)
We'd been told throughout the grow process up until the last week the shrimp exhibited 4x the density as with biofloc. This led to a slightly longer grow time, something they discovered during this test and it was due to this higher density.
Keep in mind this company decided to partner with F&T 5 years ago to develop an entire new technology having gotten fed up with the drawbacks of biofloc, which harvest to harvest the shrimp would die off at different rates...sometimes the harvest would approach that 50 percent, sometimes 25 percent or less...
I assume the tank size and the shrimp they started with is the same...check with pr company.
In Texas, the largest company, that uses biofloc, had never exceeded 54 percent viability...the average runs 25-55 percent. And higher density has been reported as leading to die off as the system gets overwhelmed.
Seeing the water quality remained consistent throughout the 26-28 weeks, the system removed debris, zeroed, ammonia, automatically fed, and killed bacteria, the confidence the system is much more efficient than biofloc is established...their confidence is also due to earlier prototypes as they refined this system with its four processes as they waited for the patent to be approved, which it was in December.
They ordered 3 more electrocoagulation units two days before the TWPD examined their shrimp and facility.
Many have justifiably pointed out this company wouldn't go to such risk if they hadn't real plans in the works along the lines they have been telling us.
Timing is everything.
Know what you own.
THE facility is already set up to harvest shrimp every week and grow them from the larval to the harvest stage.
They have already stated they plan to do so and will continue their R&D with other species and a hatchery.
We will be updated on the results of the many meetings upcoming from those interested in technology and/or distribution.
Patience is a virtue. If you aren't confident in SHMP's potential to do very well, you are free to seek other stocks you have confidence in.
Technology never has a "final test" it is always being refined.
But it certainly was a "final test" as in the approval of the harvesting of the shrimp to maturity by the TWPD while monitoring throughout the process using their just acquired patented technology WITH ITS CURRENT PROTOTYPE.
This was THE crucial test of their patent.
"Full capacity" was referring, in my opinion, to opening facilities in many cities within 2 years...within less than a year they will have full capacity of 7000 pounds a week minimum at the LaCoste Facility (NS approximation) and likely at two more in Las Vegas and NY that are their first targeted sites outside Texas. These systems go up fast in warehouses and the harvests are staggered weekly and it takes 26-28 weeks for them to reach 23 grams. Do the math yourself.
The stock is consolidating a little higher and we are not even at a million volume yet. This is a very good sign we'll be pulling in more investors before the start of the convention tomorrow.
Good to know this is a good company with crucial reasons to succeed and so much coming up for it and refuting grows tiring.
Other investors please post DD, in particular articles describing what PHENOMENAL a breakthrough their technology is... my fingers grow tired from refuting the avalanche of nonsense posted in here. Thanks.
Attendees are coming into NOLA from all over the world. People attend conferences because it's a gathering of everyone in an industry so it is convenient for all to do business in one place at one time with multiple interested parties.
Follow up visits, if needed, would take place at the facility.
There are only multiple links the test of patent worked. IT WAS THE SUMMATION OF WHAT CAN BE CALLED A "HARVEST REPORT"...EXACT minutiae can be confirmed through the TwPD who was responsible for verifying the shrimp ready for harvest and sale.
TWPD THIRD PARTY REPORT was confirmation THE PATENT SUCCEEDED. They are the only entity in Texas that could confirm the 23 gram shrimp were healthy, water stats clean, non contaminated, safe for consumption GREEN LIGHTED FOR HARVEST AND SALE.
ANYONE CAN CALL THE TEXAS WILDLIFE AND PARKS DEPARTMENT for this confirmation.
This WAS the SUMMATION of the HARVEST REPORT to confirm the test of the lot using their new RAS ELECTROCOAGULATION SYSTEM took shrimp to harvest weight, a period of over 26 weeks, SUCCESSFULLY.
IN OTHER WORDS, THEIR PATENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AS SUCCESSFUL BY A LEGITIMATE THIRD PARTY.
Mega million investor/licensor/buyout possibility is going to be at the facility itself faster than the crow flies if they're going to jump in. Otherwise, thanks to the internet these days, video footage bleeding across a booth wall isn't necessary here to "show" the place on video to the interested, who made themselves known weeks before this convention and set up their meetings already.
Potential partners that are simply smaller shrimp producers will license the technology ecause it gives a reliable harvest with higher viability.
Not because of how the news is released.
They will switch if it's economically feasible to do so to replace their biofloc systems. It's certainly economically less money to run this system than biofloc.
For the mega supplier, there's been no information that even approaches deal breaking info as we enter the convention/meetings phase...the patent is public on a government site. There's been no names of people they're talking with.
The only thing close to this sort of info was that someone from some level of Whole Foods walked the plant.
Natural Shrimp! USA Born, raised, harvested and delivered fresh!
Clean fresh uncontminated shrimp from NS...otherwise you can continue to buy the antibiotic-ridden frozen shrimp from India (biggest importer with plenty banned this year because of contamination), mangrove destroying biofloc shrimp in Vietnam, plastic ingesting "natural" shrimp caught in the oceans, giant biofloc produced frozen shrimp imported from China that is still in a trade war with the US over so many other industries.
The US imports something like 75 to 85 percent of its shrimp from the East.
NS technology with 4x density, reliable harvest viability, an ability to open anywhere in a warehouse and run of electricity, can create fresh SAFE shrimp to take up a lot of these import numbers in two years with the opening of facilities in major cities all over the US.
This is a long strong and hold and this entry point is ideal, the WEEK BEFORE FIRST DEALS ARE BEING DISCUSSED WITH THEIR PATENT NOW OWNED AND TESTED AFTER 5 YEARS WORKING TOWARD THIS MOMENT with the entire industry watching.
It is not a coincidence Whole Foods walked the plant within weeks prior to the final outcome of this test.
A sign of things to come.
The water with thousands of shrimp is cleaner after 28 weeks than my puny little one fish fishtank thanks to this technology. That's saying a lot.
UP 3 percent! SHMP HAS MOVED off oversold position rises to surface again!
DAY BEFORE START OF CONVENTION!!!! ns has MEETINGS LINED UP OUT THE SHRIMP WAZOOOOO!
Exactly. THEIR PATENT TEST: SUCCESS! The TWPD passed the test lot as good water condition AFTER 28 WEEKS GROWING OUT THESE SHRIMP TO 23 GRAMS LET ME ADD, clean uncontaminated shrimp, safe to consume, and approved their sale and harvest. They can be called directly to confirm this.
Truth is one sided. There are phone numbers to the official people who can be checked with for exact numbers. The Texas Department of Wildlife and Parks, and their public relations firm e&e.
Posts in here remain moot so if you want to cut through the confusion, and don't trust the articles put out by trade mags either, just call and do the DD.
SHMP has done everything by the book and everything right that one does with an emerging company.
They took a shrimp company and went public five years ago when they partnered with F&T Water to develop a better, more reliable way of growing shrimp without the use of biofloc.
It took all that time to get to the point of testing their now awarded patent of the first ever RAS electrocoagulation system. It is likely going to replace any future systems to farm shrimp, and later other species of fish, because the current biofloc system is unreliable and does not guarantee a standard viability harvest to harvest, and the usual is 25-55 percent viability.
NS shrimp just tested over 90 percent viability.
Check that number through their pr firm e&e communications. They are responsible for shareholder relations and can discuss this with any interested party.
SHMP is attending the convention that starts tomorrow. They are booked up with meetings. Check truth of this through e&e communications in Texas, their pr firm.
Do not simply believe anything posted in here...if you have doubts or are seeing opposite statements check truth through their public relations firm, the result of their recent harvest approval through the TWPD in Texas, the only entity that can rule safe harvesting for sale of shrimp in that state and its safety for consumption.
shmp oversold at 41 cents....range has been sideways 41 to 46 cents and now a day away from convention! Catalyst will gap it up to the 5s and 6s between this week and next. Expecting more press releases on future plans and outcome of business meetings and discussions of deals.
TEST OF PATENT WAS A SUCCESS!
He is a shareholder who grows koi fish commercially and is interested in the NS technology to improve his business. He has posted this already so I'm repeating what I read.
William Delgado lives in Florida.
Anyone can confirm they have upcoming meetings through their pr firm or through their partner, Peter Letezia.
That's why people bother to go to conventions and rent rooms. They have already arranged those meetings.
Letezia says they are fully booked on meetings.
He is in touch with investors on Facebook.
Its patented technology is the FIRST OF ITS KIND RAS ELECTROCOAGULATION SYSTEM.
ELECTROCOAGULATION HAS IN THE PAST BEEN APPLIED to doing things like cleaning surgical instruments, even cleaning wastewater in open fish farms, but NEVER IN A RECIRCULATING system (RAS) which are the fish farms that are land based, recirculating water, not pulling water out of our natural resources.
Their patent not only cleans debris, removes ammonia, kills bacteria, all with the use of electricity, it also has sensors and feeds perfectly automatically.
Cutting down on the cost of personnel to run it.
Costing pennies a day to run compared to the biofloc systems that are NOT ABLE TO PRODUCE A CONSISTENT HARVEST...EVER.
The patented device was wildly successful. This DD can be attested to at the Texas Wildlife and Parks Department that inspected the facility and approved the shrimp for sale and saw the healthy levels of the water.
NS doesn't need a booth and paying for one and wasting the money is just an indication that they aren't fluff...they're not "fishing" for interest with arbitrary people passing a booth.
Their dance is already booked up for meetings during the convention with people from all over the world.
They have meetings out the wazoo because the publicity has been overwhelming this past year and the announcement their patented technology worked and passed its test with the TWPD was all anyone was waiting for.
A FIRST SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION OF ELECTROCOAGULATION TO AN RAS SYSTEM has been noticed AND WATCHED CLOSELY by literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE AQUACULTURE FIELD.
BECAUSE Biofloc has never been able to consistently produce better than 25 to 55 percent viability, and the higher numbers have not led to a higher density as they have with NS...in fact 4x density.
Serious buyers will visit the facility.
Their patent was approved a few weeks ago, their test of this patented was just completed mid February and their raised to sales size of 23 gram shrimp were deemed sellable, safe for consumption by TWPD at the time, and their announcement of this was just before the weekend and the biggest aquaculture event of the year starts tomorrow.
The publicity has been through the roof in all the aquaculture media, in tech magazines, announcing the application for this first of its kind patent, through the growing test of this technology, and at its successful conclusion.
And now they have a multitude of meetings and deals they are discussing, possibly made already, that we will be apprised of over hte next two weeks as they attend these two conventions.
None of this is fluff, none of this is "fake" and any questions about the reality of any of this can be done through the Texas Wildlife and Parks Department, and through e&e communications, their pr firm, that will also confirm their test showed a greater than 90 percent viability of their test batch...not the norm for the biofloc systems that have a usual unreliable viability running from 55 to 25%.
Having attended many conventions in another field, I can attest to the REALITY that even the best known companies don't bother with booths when they have arranged in advance meetings in hotel suites, private cocktail parties, etc.
The best "exhibit" of NS is at their facility, not in a little booth.
They've been getting SO MUCH PUBLICITY for so long everyone ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE in their field KNOWS about their technology and the stage they're at.
Interested parties on the level of a Whole Foods walk their facility, and have.
The industry has been getting updates on the development of this FIRST OF ITS KIND ras electrocoagulation system since they launched their efforts to finish a reliable prototype to put to work.
That's the stage they are at now...approval of patent, successful test proof of patent (the thing works), expansion plans at their own facility and in large US cities.
Ability to now license their technology everywhere.
Plans to open a hatchery and test the system on other species.
TWPD confirmed the water quality, the health of the shrimp at harvest weight. They are the only entity in Texas that can approve seafood for harvest and sale and safety for consumption, which they did for NS as the third party verifier of these facts as well. These shrimp were grown to harvest weight in a tank using the new electrocoagulation unit, the first RAS electriciagulation system to ever grow shrimp to harvest weight which can take a minimum of 26 weeks.
It did so, as confirmed by the TWPD.
The technology cleans debris, kills bacteria, zeroes ammonia levels, and automatically feeds.
It maintained a viability of over 90% as verified by e&e communications, the NS pr firm.
Biofloc, the unreliable current ras system used, has up to now only generally produced 25 to 55% viability, with changes in those numbers harvest to harvest.
Both organizations take phone calls to check the DD yourself in greater detail.
We are a day away from the biggest aquaculture convention of the year. NS has a shrimpload of meetings already planned weeks in advance.
Thank you...every day new people need the facts on this company before they leave for work! imho
