"Full capacity" was referring, in my opinion, to opening facilities in many cities within 2 years...within less than a year they will have full capacity of 7000 pounds a week minimum at the LaCoste Facility (NS approximation) and likely at two more in Las Vegas and NY that are their first targeted sites outside Texas. These systems go up fast in warehouses and the harvests are staggered weekly and it takes 26-28 weeks for them to reach 23 grams. Do the math yourself.
