A "Viral" Email To Distribute About Stock Counterfeiting
By Bob O'Brien
11/14/05
I have been asked to create a "viral" email which can be used to raise
awareness of the Naked Short Selling/Fail To Deliver crisis. A poster
on the NFI message boards created a good model. I have taken the spirit
of his email and used it to create my own. The art is in offering
enough information to be credible and provide a basis for concern, but not
overwhelm the reader. Hopefully I have struck the right balance. After
reading some comments, I've created two revs - the short version and the
longer version. Please send this to every person you know, and ask them
to do the same:
Short Version:
Please immediately forward this email to everyone you know.
As you may have seen in this week's Time Magazine, Wall Street has been
ripping off investors by selling them counterfeit shares of stock - and
I'm mad as hell that it's been kept secret until now, and that the
average shareholder has never heard of the practice.
Here's a link to Time's expose:
http://www.time.com/time/insidebiz/article/0,9171,1126706,00.html
You and I are being robbed daily by a well coordinated fraud,
perpetrated by hedge funds and brokers, called naked short selling, or "failing
to deliver". It's stolen hundreds of billions from investors, and is
Wall Street's biggest dirty secret.
It's important that you forward this email NOW, so that we can get the
word out, as much of the financial press won't cover this story. You
can learn more at:

http://www.Investigatethesec.com
Editor's note. Thanks to Bob O'Brien at
http://bobosrevenge.blogspot.com/ for putting this together. I would
like to ask everyone....EVERYONE....to begin by sending this, or
something in your own words, to Senator Richard Shelby, who sold us down the
river when he cancelled a pending Senate Banking Subcommittee hearing on
naked short selling and stock counterfeiting.
Call Senator Shelby at (202) 224-5744, or email him at

It appears as though things are actually starting to firm up for JPHC. There are also some rumors out there that we should be getting some news today through Wednesday. I hope it has some numbers in it.
MRDALE My understanding is
if you have the Certs in hand then the Brokerage house cannot lend the shares out to be shorted which is a good thing. Hope this helps.
************************************************************
Hi,
A question to the experts.
Is there an advantage to taking possesion of CERTS of stocks that I own? I own about 200,000 restricted shares of VXBX. should I take delivery of them or does it matter at all?
Preciate it.

Hey guys/gals. I have done a little snooping on Rechargeplus and found out some really nice things regarding the new relationship formed with Macro.
Here are some of the things that I have found out about recharge plus.
1. Recharge plus works with Visa and MasterCard.
2. They are an International Company.
3. The Company allows you to send money anywhere without going to a bank. A lot like a wire transfer without the bank.
4. They allow you to purchase phone minutes, local Internet access minutes, prepaid mobile phone minutes and put money on your prepaid global card anytime any where.
5. I would tend to think that with the Recharge relationship, JPHC and Macro would be able receive a tremendous discount on long distance phone minutes.
6. The service is offered through many ATM's Globally. Tremendous availability for the Customer.
7. Tons of Philippine Migrants send money back to their families. They make and receive calls all the time. Now they can use recharge plus to do both of these as well as complete purchases. That is just the Philippines. They are International.
8. Lots of potential Revenues.
You guys and gals here should really join
The new group that started up by isellbeachouses, alot of good posters with no garbage.
We are going International management
is doing a great Job expanding i the Telecom area.

Social any news that
Will get us closer to Relisting is good news IMO. Each step gets us a little closer. JPHC has a plan IMO it is in the PR's as we have seen. It is either you believe the bashers (which I do not) or you beleive in what the PR's say. For me I am going to believe in the PR's from the Company JPHC and will not sell until a lot higher.

SAME: What "big news" next week? The Q3 filing? That's not big news. C'mon now.
rollingthunder31 Loyola just called You
I take that as a positive that they called you. Thanks for sharing, it is good to see promo is still in play we could get a divedend when the deal goes through. JPHC owns 50% of VXBX is a Big Plus all the bashers will not like this of course and still try to lie about it. Nov 15 and 16 will tell a lot.
By the way rollingthunder31 were you satisfied on what you learned today given Jay is restricted.

Argonath I Agree 100% and you do not
Lose on a stock unless you sell it. For those that sold for a loss to bad your mistake. Do you think the bashers really care. Man get real Panic City is right. JPHC in its PR stated some important statements, read the PR again. Next week the 15th or 16th we will see what is really going on.
***************************************************************
My Gods... I havent seen so much panic since 1987.
1. We have news either way coming next week. Why the HELL do you think all the new bashers have come out of the woodwork since the S-8? Our big news is expected next week, and every MM in the world is trying to cover their shorts, because if those financials look good, they are screwed.
2. How many different posts have to answer the obvious question about the S-8? 1, 2, 15? The shares are for employees, and are held at least 6 months.
Sigh.

Start Spreading the News: Stockgate Goes Nationwide
By Mark Faulk
Nov. 8, 2005
While Time Magazine finally gets it right, Congress continues to sit
on their hands and do absolutely nothing to protect our country's
economy. A Senate Banking Subcommittee Hearing originally scheduled for
February of this year was postponed time and again, and then finally shelved
altogether by Banking Committee Chairman Senator Richard Shelby (R-AL).
Shelby sold every American, at least every American who isn't a
millionaire, down the river.
If the money lost to Americans was over a trillion dollars a year and
a half ago, how much of our country's wealth has been lost to foreign
interests since then? How much of that has fallen into the hands of
terrorist organizations and used to fund attacks against our own soldiers
in Iraq and around the world? How much has financed organized crime
activities? How many companies could have been saved since then, and how
many more investors have been robbed of their retirement, and in many
cases, their entire life savings?
What could we have done with the lost revenues, both in taxes and job
creation? Were those the tax dollars that could have paid for repairing
the flood and levee system whose failure destroyed New Orleans and half
of the Gulf coast along with it? How much could have been put into
education, or used to help eliminate cuts to programs that assist our
children, our poor, and our elderly? How much could we have paid on our out
of control national debt?
We applaud writer Daniel Kadlec and Time Magazine for finally picking
up the torch that we and others like us have carried for so long, but
that's not the real issue here. The real issue is this: Why did it take
the major media so damn long to cover this story, and how much longer
do we have to wait before our elected officials in Congress join them,
and finally, at long last, do the right thing for America?
Read the rest of this article at:
http://www.faulkingtruth.com/Articles/Investing101/1043.html
And then, do your part to stop this massive fraud against our country:
THIS NEEDS TO BE A NATIONWIDE CAMPAIGN!:
It's time to bury Senator Richard Shelby, who sold America down the
river when he cancelled a pending Senate Banking Subcommittee hearing on
naked short selling and stock counterfeiting. Email him or call him,
and tell everyone you know to do the same. Post this information
EVERYWHERE:
Call Senator Shelby at (202) 224-5744, or email him at:
senator@shelby.senate.gov .Tell him how simple this issue really
is....you pay for your stock, your broker goes out and buys it, and delivers
it to you. The end.
: rollingthunder31 also about Promo
What is the situation at this tme in regards to Promo. Promo is still listed on the JPHC Web Site so i take that as a positive in JPHC's quest to acquire Promo which we share holders would then receive a dividend.

I look at JPHC like this
First like the longs here I do not like what is happening at present.
With that if you look at all the PR's that came out JPHC has a game plan with real companies.
We will have to wait till Nov 15 or 16 for more details from the Company. I am sure they can only state so much or else it becomes a legal issue.

("Macro"). In the month of September, JUPITER closed its acquisition of Macro, a US-based telecom services company. JUPITER believes this filing completely validates the fact that JUPITER is now on its way to being a business with large enough sales and assets to achieve meaningful earnings per share and subsequent major value for its shareholders.
The above mentioned filing confirms Macro's audited revenues of $11,827,727 for the fiscal year end 2004 and unaudited revenues of $4,774,684 for the period ending June 30, 2005. Other details can be found in the aforementioned amended 8K Current Report.
Macro Communications, Inc. ("Macro") is a facilities-based telecom applications service provider located in Atlanta, Georgia. Their lines of businesses include; Prepaid Calling Card Platforms, VoIP Connectivity, International Gateway And Arbitrage Services, Enhance IVR Solutions, Co-Location Services And Universal Point Of Sale Activation Services.
Management feels JUPITER's stock price is undervalued based on these financials and the potential for growth. The Company will now be making numerous efforts to inform the public and investing community including institutional investors of the Company's belief of being currently undervalued.
The filing of these financials is a momentous achievement for JUPITER. With this announcement, the Company has delivered on previous promises and all shareholders that have believed in, and been patient with JUPITER, should feel rewarded with the results of these financials.
The Company will now push forward to increase shareholder value through not just growing Macro but also by combining with Macro, additional acquisitions that we are targeting.
Ray Hawkins, CEO of JUPITER, in closing commented, "Our current and prospective shareholders should continue their long-term approach when it comes to their holdings in JUPITER. We are working hard to deliver even more added value to our shareholders and there are many more considerable developments to come."

Correction Some of the Questions and Answers on JPHC Site
The last Question deals with the witdrawel of an S-8 for 4,990,000,000. Now we have an S-8 for 800,000,000 shares. I would rather see the 800,000 than the 4,990,000,000 shares. If the Company has to intice its workforce with incentives it is better with 800,000,000 done now (not later)than the 4,990,000,000 that was once planned.

A: The diversified business plan has allowed Jupiter Global Holdings Corp. to target a wider variety of markets where revenue streams could quickly be injected into their top and bottom line.
Q: What is the Company’s plan to increases shareholder value?
A: By building the asset value, revenues and potential earnings of its holdings. Management believes that as it executes its business plan that increased shareholder value will follow.
Q: What ever happened with the S-8 deregistration?
A: In an effort to build shareholder confidence by reducing the potential for significant dilution, the company deregistered 4,990,000,000 shares of its common stock which were previously registered under an S-8 Registration Statement, but were never issued. Due to this deregistration the shares are NOT available to be issued by the Company. http://sec.gov
Some of the Questions and Answers on JPHC Site
The last Question deals with the witdrawel of an S-8 for 4,990,000,000. Now we have an S-8 for 800,000 shares. I would rather see the 800,000 than the 4,990,000,000 shares. If the Company has to intice its workforce with incentives it is better with 800,000 done now (not later)than the 4,990,000,000 that was once planned.
Also Answer: The management is not currently planning any sort of split.
Q: Does management plan on doing any forward or reverse splits?
A: The management is not currently planning any sort of split.

A handful of voice over Internet providers will announce on Thursday that they are banding together to promote the use of Internet telephony.
The group, called the Internet Voice Campaign, is a part of the VON Coalition, a group that aims to increase adoption and use of voice over IP. EarthLink, Google, Pulver.com, Sonus Networks and Skype, which was recently bought by eBay, are all founding members of the group.
VoIP allows voice traffic to be transmitted over the Internet as packets just like other IP-based applications like e-mail or Web surfing. Because it uses the same infrastructure as other types of data, it's a relatively cheap and cost-effective application for carriers to offer. Because it is based on the Internet Protocol, service providers do not need to own the underlying infrastructure to deliver the service, making it easy for just about anyone to get into the market.
About 3 million people use voice over IP today, according to market research group IDC. But that number is expected to increase to 27 million by the end of 2009. Still, members of the new Internet Voice Campaign believe adoption of the technology could be sped up if people were more aware of the benefits.
According to a May 2005 telecommunications report by Harris Interactive, attitudes and perceptions about the reliability and ease of use of VoIP services prevent many people from adopting the technology. Consumers still have questions and concerns about 911 support issues, privacy and security, power failures and call quality, the report says.
The Internet Voice Campaign hopes that by educating consumers, it can help dispel some of the misconceptions and concerns.
"Voice over IP has the potential to revolutionize the way we all communicate, providing high-quality, low-cost alternatives to traditional phone lines," Steve Howe, vice president of voice at EarthLink, said in a statement. "With this collaboration, we are declaring: The time for Internet voice is now, and consumers need to know the benefits and innovative services that voice over IP can provide."

While companies like Vonage and Skype have been offering VoIP services for more than a year, the past six months have seen an explosion of new offerings from other companies. Internet and portal providers such as EarthLink, America Online, and Yahoo have gotten into the VoIP market. Nearly all the large cable operators, such as Cablevision, Cox Communications and Time Warner, have also begun offering voice over IP phone service in their effort to compete against local phone companies. Soon, Microsoft will be offering Net-based calling from its new Windows Live messenger client.
The latest entrant to the VoIP services party is dial-up Internet access provider NetZero. The company will announce on Thursday that it now offers a downloadable software client similar to one offered by Skype that will allow users to talk over the Internet using any PC.
But unlike Skype, AOL, EarthLink, Microsoft and Yahoo, which only work over broadband, NetZero's service will work over a broadband line as well as a dial-up connection. The company has developed special technology that reduces the amount of bandwidth needed to make a VoIP call.

howard22001 I Agree
One thing we know for sure is VXBX business is starting to boom according to the PR's. JPHC owning 50% bolds very well for us longs. Also management has kept their word so far on all their efforts to relist. I see No reason for that changing.
Macro should be picking up in the Hottest sector VOIP in the Hottest region of the Country Atlanta Georgia. I would like to hear what is going on with Promo. Promo is still on the JPHC Web Site so I would say it is still in the JPHC plan.

that is a very interesting article about corruption. Maybe we should all try calling in our shares for JPHC and see what happens. If the shorts are borrowing our shares then call your broker and tell him you want your shares called in. I really believe wallstreet is at its worse as far as corruption goes. There is noone to police it anymore. 60 minutes was supposed to go on the air with a big story about corruption. They ended up cancelling it. I wonder why

We Definitely Aren't in Kansas Anymore - Fraud Wall Street Style
By Bob O'Brien
Nov. 3, 2005
Folks, it couldn't get any weirder.
I was talking with our friend Dr. Byrne, and he told me a story that
defies imagination. I honestly thought he was pulling my leg - had one of
those double take moments, where you have to shake your head to confirm
you're awake. Before I tell you the gist of this, let me send out a
little tidbit to any regulators reading this - I urge you to contact Dr.
Byrne for corroboration. I couldn't make this up if I tried - nobody
would believe it.
First, there is the matter of Jack Byrne's 200K share purchase of OSTK,
which is now closing in on 90 days since the order was executed.
Jack got 130K "registered in his name" with his broker (who knows what
that means - I mean, who really knows what any of the arcane
terminology really signifies at day's end?) recently, but he hasn't received the
other 70K shares, and his broker is telling him they've been
unsuccessful in getting the shares from JP Morgan (the seller's broker - and
arguably the most venerated name on Wall Street), and that there is no ETA
for their delivery.
That is seventy THOUSAND shares bought and paid for almost a quarter
year ago, undelivered. And Byrne's broker hasn't bought in the offending
seller. Just hasn't.
Before we continue, stop and reflect upon this set of circumstances -
the Chairman of the Board of the company can't get $2.5 million worth of
stock that he bought and paid for - and yet there is relentless selling
pressure day after day. For months the stock price has been pummeled,
and yet for months the buyer's broker can't get the product that was
sold.
To add insult to injury, apparently Dr. Byrne's brother bought 50K
shares almost a month ago, and he hasn't gotten his shares delivered
either. So it isn't just dad. The performance of the system has been tested
multiple times, and nobody can get any shares delivered to make good on
the buys - but that hasn't stopped the brokers from relentlessly
continuing to sell that which doesn't exist.

I did talk to Jay today. He really didnt offer very much information. Everyone just has to wait for all that information to be released in the form of pr and then he can elaborate on what is stated in the prs.
He said once the 15c211 is released JPHC will trade on the bulletin board most likely within 5 days.
He also said they own 50 percent of Voxbox. I asked if they could release a pr stating that and he said that is on the JPHC website so no need to.
I also asked if Voxbox revenues will be on JPHCs Financials and he said no they would be on VXBXs financials. VXBX is not considered a division under JPHC.
They report as there own company. JPHC just owns 50 percent but is not entitled to report there revenues for there balance sheet.
Most questions he could not answer because there was no public prs out about what I asked him.

Just called Jay
Very nice and cordial, I mentioned to Jay to have Ray look at MOBL which is Mobilepro and look at what its CEO Jay Wright has done with MOBL since he became CEO of MOBL. JPHC has a lot in common with MOBL.
Also they know the financials are important to release and being relisted is important. Coverage was also discussed on JPHC and all this info will be passed to Ray.
As was stated JPHC is doing all the right things.

S-8 Filing Definition
S-8 Filing
What does it Mean? A SEC filing required for companies wishing to issue equity to their employees.
Investopedia Says... Similar to filing a prospectus, the S-8 outlines the details of an internal issuing of stock or options to employees.
Socal_Helix I just posted this on RB
I am sure Dog will read it and find we are now here on I-Hub. Also i tried to post the same message with dogcatcher17 attached and RB refused it. Seems to me RB either got complaints on a lot of us Posters or maybe they are in with the Market Makers. Nothing would suprise me anymore.

Wednesday November 2, 4:06 pm ET
VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 2, 2005 -- VoxBox World Telecom, Inc. (Other OTC:VXBX.PK - News) today provides update on previously signed reseller agreement with Infinity Mobile USA, Inc. ("Infinity"). With the announcement of the NASCAR sponsorship, and our cross-promotion strategy with Infinity, VoxBox now has a high-profile brand to launch our double play of VoIP and Prepaid Cellular products in over 70,000 stores throughout the U.S. market.
Mr. Prescott, CEO of VoxBox, said: "Infinity is forecasting conservatively, that if 25% of the stores sell one (1) VoxBox/month which would equal 210,000 subscribers in the first year once fully deployed. If Infinity's forecasts are correct based on our lowest subscriber plan of $199.00/year, this could bring our annual revenue up to about $42.0 million a year, or approximately $0.14 a share. This program is being rolled out currently and activating stores weekly."
Infinity (www.infinitymobileusa.com) currently sells prepaid cellular services through thousands of Tier 1 and Tier 11 convenience stores in the United States. VOIP Article notice Canada is increasing
3 Providers Dominate VoIP Subscriber Share; 24M Subscribers Expected by 2008
BOSTON, Massachusetts, October 26, 2005--Voice over IP service revenue in North America will grow 18-fold between 2004 and 2009, from $1.24 billion to $23.4 billion, according to Infonetics Research's latest VoIP Services report. More than $62 billion will be spent on VoIP services over the 5-year forecast period.
"VoIP subscriber growth is skyrocketing right along with revenue growth: we're forecasting triple-digit growth from 2005 to 2006, with 6 million new subscribers a year every year from 2006 to 2008, when there will be over 24 million," said Kevin Mitchell, principal analyst of Infonetics Research and author of the report.
"Vonage leads the residential and SOHO VoIP subscriber market, but their share is the lowest it's been in 9 months due to cable companies making gains," Mitchell continued. "Cablevision and Time Warner Cable each have double-digit share and combined have over 40% of all North American residential VoIP subscribers. Time Warner Cable is gaining subscriber share and they only sell within their footprint, not nationwide like AT&T and Vonage."
"The incumbent telcos have insubstantial subscriber share at this time, but we expect them to make a bigger impact in coming years, because triple-play services will all be based on broadband infrastructure, and legacy PSTN access will continue to slowly churn away."
REPORT HIGHLIGHTS
* The top 3 North American residential/SOHO VoIP subscriber market share leaders in 2Q05: Vonage (32%, down from 36% in 1Q05), Time Warner Cable (25%, up from 21%), and Cablevision (19%, down from 21%); no other service provider has subscriber share greater than 3%
* MSOs make up almost half the North American VoIP subscribers base in 2004 and will peak at 55% of all subscribers in 2005
* The US makes up 93% of the North American VoIP services market in 2004, Canada makes up 7%; Canada will make up a greater portion of North American VoIP services revenue by 2009, especially in the residential market
The report presents market size and forecasts for hosted VoIP and managed IP PBX VoIP services, including a hosted VoIP split for residential/SOHO, business, and wholesale in North America, split by US vs. Canada. The report also includes a residential/SOHO VoIP subscriber forecast.

My contention that RB supports/employs the Bashers there...any Positive Posters there have been blocked ..which to me indicates RagingBull in in Bed w/ the MM's and Bashers...
jmo
Argonath this part of the PR says it all
Now JPHC is doing everything in a timely manner to get relisted as we have seen. We need the relisting and I am confident in what I have seen thus far it will happen. We need more exposure which in the PR it is stated that JPHC will do this.
Manipulation always happens in the stock market as we are witnessing with JPHC.
The Bashers add to the fuel with lies and no facts. Some sell into the bashers lies (who IMO are makeng a big mistake) I have stated on RB a few times that JPHC looks a lot like MOBL. The difference is JPHC is gaining ground in VOIP a lot faster than MOBL.
Argonath Thankyou,
Bmarley -
Your question has been answered by a few on this board and RB since last night, and is explictly explained in the PR.
The 800 mill shares do NOT raise the A/S, and are appointed to EMPLOYEES as part of their benefits.
NOT as company dillution. With the 1.4 mill loan approved, and the income from their Macro acquisition, why do they need to dillute?
C'mon mi amgio... read the prospectus before you buy hehe isnt that what they always say? : )
Argonath
