What is the situation at this tme in regards to Promo. Promo is still listed on the JPHC Web Site so i take that as a positive in JPHC's quest to acquire Promo which we share holders would then receive a dividend.

About the Consultants listed in the S-8 are they receiving these shares now and dumping them on the open market?

Your thoughts, only way to find out I guess would be to hear it from the people in the know. If someone calls they can ask that very Question.

That tells me that the consultants that got paid with shares got SCREWED or else they weren't really consultants in the first place and they are happy to get ANYTHING for the shares they'd been given.
