Your question has been answered by a few on this board and RB since last night, and is explictly explained in the PR.

The 800 mill shares do NOT raise the A/S, and are appointed to EMPLOYEES as part of their benefits.

NOT as company dillution. With the 1.4 mill loan approved, and the income from their Macro acquisition, why do they need to dillute?

C'mon mi amgio... read the prospectus before you buy hehe isnt that what they always say? : )
