JPHC owns 50% of VXBX is a Big Plus all the bashers will not like this of course and still try to lie about it. Nov 15 and 16 will tell a lot.

Does he know of Nov. pr does not know.

When Q 3 news? does not know.

Does JPHC own part of VXBX? 50% he said.

Dilution? company dumping shares? he does not know.

IMO he is very forthcoming with questions and very easy to

talk to. He said he is restricted to what he can say as of

today.
