Well . . . well . . . the Lead Investor has 'appointed' two self-ies to their side of the control BOD table?
We go down to buyout or is it just a clever takeover mechanism . . . and still covered for a take-up in stock price on Pr effect news.
Got to love their skill in the game.
Team DRIO actually brought an american (?) on to the playing field.
Silicon Valley crowd-ie (U of calif.) Get your drink of choice . . . sit back and watch the electrons fly bye.
We are 'channeling' in TA . . . Flag land? Set-up for left Flag formation (going to Down Town), or Right Flag direction (Up the Highway-To-heaven . . . the Up Slope)?
No price-is-right news until after Holidays in Jan?
When our significant-other (The FDA) gets its data imputed by automate Hal: " I am sorry Dave . . . I can't do that". Have a nice day in Zero Return Gravity.
I have always wondered WHY some Pinky Lander hedqe-quarters in money hands across the borders . . . cannot think Holly Wood B-Grade Movie stuff scenario, and make a company game plan that becomes The Movie on-the-week. Wall Street 3 . . . Gor-Don meets the Money Kever on The Event Horizon.
I am waiting for next week, to see how low EKSO might go.
This talk of .75 as an entrance buy price seems kind of low.
My theory is . . . why sell your company stock down to such a low stock price?
It has a bad reflection on the company, which should be looking to uplist and gain new retail, etc. interest. I could be wrong though . . . how could that happen? <:)
I doubt you will be hurt with your buy long-term.
Wonder if our new Chinese and Russian allies . . . bot some EKSO suits (to study, of course).
Oh . . . an after thought . . . Movie Land should be buying our EKSO sutis to speed up their movie stunts and computer animation capabilities?
Follow the money trail . . . who could profit from falling DRIO stock price?
Someone GOT our money, we didn't! 'They' did not burn it, away into smoke.
The good doctor? the Private Placement PIPER? Company Insiders? MM? small retail shorts? Naked Shorts?
Or, was it us retail investors?
SEC will do much of nothing herein . . . MAYBE a 'Freeze' on trading?
That would be helpful for us retail investors, right? Sure. An indefinite 'Stock Trading Freeze' virtually kills a stock, and serves as a legal mechanism to sweep the retail stock holders monies, into someone else's pockets.
Don't wish or seek the SEC to come into this mess . . . as they rarely accomplish
'The right Stuff'. <--means stock market criminals get a Free Monopoly Game Card for get out of Jail . . . and pay a very small fine for
unusual trading activity', without having to legally admit anything happen.
And, in the Pink Sheet Land of vapour rules . . . the company can continue in limbo existence . . . until all the money is drawn down. Happy Days Are Here Again!
We will know within the next 9 months . . . whether DRIO can get a real product launch underway. USA FDA Approval MAY happen.
Not much use to sell your stock . . . bet bet seems (to me) to hold my shares and wait out the 9 months.
And, I hardly expect any definite earnings (positive revs) for DRIO for next coming quarter. Money Burn and new 'financing' coming our way?
On a positive note . . . I attended a 3-D Printing Seminar at our USA public city library.
During the informal talk in our small group about new scientific wonders . . . two of the attending group . . . had relative or self involved with diabetes. I clued them into DRIO product and told them to research it. Both were interested. See . . . there is market out there . . . waiting for this innovative mobile device.
Maybe, we all should contact our local diabetic organizations, and give them a fact sheet on DRIO and its reader? We can make our own PR effect?
Wonder who got DRIO on to their 'wonderful' PR personage?
Must have hired a relative?
Excellent post.
Also, go to Nokia sensing challenge X-Prize winner, Dr. Chan and his team at dna medical institute.com We have MAJOR REAL competition coming next year. NASA, NIH, and Bill Gates Foundation have backed these heavy hitter team folk. Their device is tested (a tricorder universal blood mobile sensor in compact form. Dr. Chan is huge innovator with numerous successes.
His tech device can do 100s of disease monitoring within say 10 minutes with single drop of blood or bodily fluids. He developed gen;omicd principle of single molecule
flourscent DNA scanning.
That said, DRIO is far cheaper for single use tech (at present) for blood reader device
specifically for diabetes. We might still be in the ball game . . . IF we can get that mentioned (on board) of 1-3% of diabetic blood reader market share?
We must further ask ourselves . . . how did Agamatrix mobile APPL app blood reader get its FDA Approval (as of or before Jul 2014) <---do not have date in my mind now.
Good luck with that.
I have tried to average down here, from the R/split, and some party has repeatedly undercut my efforts. I have given up on playing that game.
Big question, what happens at .05 . . . another R/S to wipe us out of the stock totally?
Agreed.
Big question herein: WHY has mmgt. processed with this direction?
Looking a lot like a standard Pinkie Sheet assault procedure on retail investors,
meaning they were(are) desperate for funding? Someone(s) making a whole lot of loot shorting from IPO . . . wonder who that could be?
You can use an outside party (the private placement party), to 'take' the price down
Wondering what kind of ;)magic advise mmgt. has received from its largest private placement holder? There is no proof to what I just said . . . yet I am 'suspicious',
and laying out a potential scenario?
I was just been 'nice' to the poster.
Sorry for the confusion.
Later below in the post, I did mention how mmgt. has apparently failed us, in advertising and their approach to getting funded via USA grants, etc.
Honestly, I cannot fault mmgt. without understanding what problems they face.
This said . . . (as in other posts I spoke to), stock price and volume is telling us that DRIO is in trouble (at this time to date). We best hope DRIO mmgt. has some magic behind the smoke and mirrors we appear to be viewing to date?
MMGT> is basically 'killing-off' any hope they might have to keep retail investors in DRIO 'happy' and staying around.
Going just a little further . . . what if company has hidden buyout offer right now . . . what better way to 'ace' us retail investors and get us scared and selling out?
The SEC would do nothing and who sues a pinkie that goes BK?
Personally, I do not like my possibilities . . . lets just wait and see what happens.
There is not much else we can do. Trust . . . But . . .Verify?
Worse case scenario . . . SEC probably would not 'Freeze Trading'in DRIO?
Diabetes is MAJOR cost factor in present and future Worldwide health care cost structures. Would not one imagine an active user bodily fluids mobile reader device, being BIG cost economizer in developing disease target populations? Why not some kind of initial active user status FDA Approval . . . similar to Orphan Drug Allowance?
Whats to hurt? Individuals with diabetic acute medical disease state . . . are losing limbs, and eye sight, etc. to this disease and suffering emotional depression (concurrently). The DRIO reader can help provide real time interactive support for such.
The board needs some answers . . . we are developing something that can help humanity.
It is my hope that my writing serve to develop a mature conservation with all posters.
You know . . . if we 'loan-give' our monies to a company . . . why not at least give us an active seat or two on the BOD? Is that too democratic a thought for a real company too offer? I think that would be a fine idea for any public stock company to consider. Or, are businesses so self-centric that users are just suppose to use?
Open Society . . . or Closed society?
OK . . . there are no 'problems' with mmgt.
DRIO has a super mmgt!
I can visualize their efforts in the stock price, and volume?
I cannot understand if funds WILL last until March, 2015 . . . thier '
burn rate' is looking like $1 million/month? We seem to have no idea what FDA Approval is costing DRIO to pursue, added in the burn rate mix.
Also, not understanding how a rather simple device that is an accessory to a cellphone, and software is taking so long to review. Unless retail investors had understood that
a clinical trial was in action (not in first level application paper mode). Now, we are finding out the FDA might have some issues with the device? Yet . . . all the posters give us 'great' review marks from users.
I shall be very happy if DRIO has revenues of over $400K in this quarter, without FDA Approval.
Not a word from USA diabetic organizations, supporting DRIO mobile net reader?
And, I can't believe there are active shorts hoping to gain .10-.15 from a price drop, from present stock price. Anyone see that on Level 2, or in the daily volume buys?
This would seemingly be dangerous position for shorts, if Big News of a positive nature 'hit' for DRIO.
I am going to hold and see what comes.
I averaged down in price to cover myself, due to the R/Split.
Yes, mmgt. is looking very strange.
Remember the German Star Trek type universal hand-held biometrics reader device company? Same type of profile: up tremendously on IPO and then down to zeroland.
Yet, all the time investors were being told great news from famous German Hospitals about testing of device.
I cannot put my finger on it . . . but there is something more very strange about this company and its current financing.
When a company is silent about what is happening to its product (no huge victory PRs) and stock price drifting lowering and lowering . . . fundamentals and TA can give us only the same message?
Can the company hang on until June 2015?
There has been no talk of funding methods after say March 2015.
Another private placement 'buys' DRIO out (by gaining virtually totally stock shares controlling %), its 'over' and a clean sweep of our remaining monies, off the table into a dark bag. SEC would then be hard pressed to do anything. Legal takeover in disguise? You do not buy out an innovative shell company anymore . . . you just private placement it too death and throw in a few R/Splits along the way? Lets hope this is not what is becoming 'the perfect' milking machine for retail investors monies . . . just as good as a major company buying back shares and giving its mmgt. a raise . . . or 'Quanting high-speed micro-trading' us slowly out of our investment monies. the stock market today (as always was) just a money machine form of casino: 80% have to lose . . . so 20% can gain?
Present large companies in USA are multi-nationals that just protect their name branding in USA and keep profits overseas (thus chocking off domestic USA employment and hard capital asset investment upgrading economy core). In stocks . . . look at the results . . . not the talk. And, bottom line . . . comfortable multi-nationals do not want innovations that upset their gravy train.
Conversely, think about this reality angle . . . if you owned a company . . . wouldn't you like to promote your innovative tech by giving out some test samples to governmental agencies and medical schools, and final care facilities and prisons?
Volunteers can test such a device in these situations. You would not have a legal clinical trial . . . but you could get solid use data in a USA setting. FDA too slow . . . go around them . . . promote a diabetic conference of actual diabetics on a cruise ship off the USA legal limit? A couple of bus loads of USA diabetics to the CC and you don';)t think you could get the media riding along, to follow the action results outcomes? Then, promote the results on pay TV and face book 'conference update'. Just some idle thought . . . as we watch the paint dry in the icy cold. Fun . . . Fun . . . Fun . . .until Daddy took the Dollar (T-Bird) away!
I hold my shares.
As you say, its possible that other marketing areas (where we have approval), might give us a higher stock price. FDA approval would be a big PR effect for us.
Think about this . . . if you were a care giver . . . would you want to be associated with a company that cannot even fund itself by reasonably means? This DRIO company has lacked adequate marketing ability and budget, from its start.
For a vaunted Israeli company . . . DRIO has hardly performed well even in its own country (apparently). Where is the news of such and one must imagine (without looking it up), there must be 10,000s of diabetic persons in that country. Where are the user sales figures and revs for that country?
It is looking much like we retail USA investors have gotten way ahead of ourselves, in our proof 'of-the-pudding'?
Unless, we get FDA Approval by say March, 2015 (which is now seemingly doubtful also), or another private placement happens (as a new R/Split would be rather out-of-the-question) . . . we are 'stuck' waiting for a new partner/buyout or the company bounces along forever at low-penny territory, or DRIO goes private, or BK?
One might ask the company, how many persons are in your sales force?
Going to conferences and 'cold-mailings' to USA doctors, and Facebook hits does not give me great confidence, we shall succeed.
With the bad PR this company has dropped on its retail investors (that are left) to date, how can we move the stock price up much?
A drop from $2.00+ stock price to .10 range?
Sounds like plain and simple 'Candle-smoke' (and not the good stuff) . . . to at least me. Technical Signals . . . ah . . . who is going to buy this up to say .35?
The MM? Surely. With 'magic' shares.
Think . . . not one good review of CC and DRIO vetted to a live press release, naming an interested party. We really need some solid orders announcements from already approved marketing countries.
And, I do not see (at this point) a tremendous holiday seasonal buying effect to transpire, for the world's economies . . . we are looking like a repeat of 1930s; with food stamps and cell phone free-me-ium VGs replacing the soup kitchens and loudspeaker music and corner-curb preaching.
Will DRIO reader device be heavily ordered, as a replacement for existing diabetic blood readers, in next 2-3 months?
Whatever could the tech charts . . . tell our fallen shoulders?
Bye-the-way . . .some company is now claiming it has Ebola mobile hand-held reader device that can deliver results in ten minutes . . . a miniature lab instrument for $5K to start with, sometime in latter 2015. IF, such a thing is feasible, what of other 'bodily fluids' reader options, DRIO has yet to bring about?
Great thoughts and work.
The question herein revolves around WHY a company just starting out would do this to itself and its retail investors, chosing a funding vehicle (a R/Split) that damages its image in the market place? $$s to continue you might say. However the rationale may be . . this is rather much a developmental stage company (that is the image DRIO has cast around itself). I suspect many retail investors had felt DRIO was some ways past that status, and right on verge of becoming a force in mobile medical readers. Funding past March 2015 is vapour in the morning sunrise . . . where is the USA governmental interest in DRIO bodily fluids readers potential to expand medical tech and cost containment advantages?
There is no real prospect (apparently) of DRIO getting FDA approval in rest of 2014.
Not with the announcement that they just sent a mass cold form letter of advertisement to USA doctors. The USA PR campaign has barely started (any such campaign is just the side effect of internet chatter, etc. to this date). Company (DRIO) has given us no evidence of any contacts with USA medical players (except perhaps some USA players showed up at the CC).
Insufficient data of DRIO mobile readers users appears to be the impediment to FDA Approval? I might be wrong in my thoughts herein, yet all we have from DRIO is something to the effect, that FDA and us are in stead contact. My guessimate is FDA will need 6-12 months of user datum to gauge before it can feel safe in approving the DRIO reader. Further; the volume of the stock (as you have mentioned and Pennystock) is appropriate for company DRIO, some of the private placement, and market maker support of stock price. Its doubtful at this stage many retail investors remain in the stock, and the daily stock volume transaction clusters bespeak no overwhelming trading being done by retail day-traders.
I too foresee token' accounting in the fore coming company quarterly, of some level of revenues being posted (to boost up retail investors).
I would love to be wrong to project little up price effect will result, until we get FDA approval. And, if Pennystock is truly 90-95% accurate in his TA and candle ash reading . . . should there not be a ready employer of big guns pounding on his door?
George Soros and Warren and The Biker Investor Rogers hardly could match such performance.
Thanks for posting on our product and user interactions.
We are like living dead, in a zombie B flick.
Silence from a pinkie company is kiss of death.
Of course, we announced ending of DRIOD status.
Great ad to bring in new retail investors?
I am worried there may not be any 100,000 units placed with users (maybe not even 10s of thousand units in customer hands).
Glad to see your attempt at sales/revenues.
Problem: do we see any evidence of your estimates, in current stock price.volume?
I would tend to agree with several recent posters: there might be suspicious sells, and end-of-day set-ups.
As DRIO 'holding' and basing and building against this, for a positive PR price rise come end of month? We are sure hope it comes about.
Major news breakout? Sure.
However; lets not spoil the reality that DRIOD is NOW DRIO! Yuppie!
Still no concrete truth about why R/Split 'solved' what, for DRIO.
The stock price record tells us . . . what?
We still wait for CC results PR results.
Its very difficult for an Israeli Company to 'read' Marketing 101 USA.
Call Bernie Make-off . . . he is great at this sort of thing.
After all, we have a hugely successful guru hometown kind of guy that invested in us.
He will think up something on his own, by end of Nov.
And, perhaps another wonderful private placement.
Of course, we always have 'Penny Stock Review/mailings' routine for 'news' effect too.
Maybe Janet will drop some QE invisible updraft effect on us and we do not stall out.
If I might comment herein . . . it looks like retail investors are being diluted? Or, is private placement setting up for stock price move coming (lower or higher or gaining ownership of company slowly)? I did not see any info on who '
gets' the to be issued shares. Would it be for employees of DRIO?
The PR seemingly is vague.
Saw that, also.
Lets see how that draws new retail investors.
Low DRIO stock volume on Friday up market, foretells a difficult scenario, if it continues.
You are probably right about personal cell phone use as Ebola reader. What I had in mind (without mentioning it) was an auxiliary blue tooth instrument that would transmits its image/data to your cellphone, or someone else phone. Image a kind of spectral microscope, wireless. A disposable single-use test block might be the mechanism, to make it happen, and the blood or saliva, etc. would be placed in that.
I was also thinking in the way of fast track Ebola or other infectious mass target use reader device, would also speed along the diabetic device FDA Approval.
Could be wrong, though I do not see FDA Approval this year.
Simply not enough patient/professional user time data to be available by end of 2014. That is where my judgment stands now. However; I would like to see FDA Approval by end of 2014.
I am not an expert in these areas, by any means, just surmise FDA will want maybe up to a year of user data before they consent to an Approval?
When price of a stock drops from $2.50 area to *.06 . . . that should ring a bell for investors . . . we were not ready for big time market growth. This is kind of typical pink sheet 'ride-um into the ground' . . . rinse and repeat.
We had just imagined DRIO was real close to consumer device revenues. Lets find out what next quarterly report has to tell, of my musing above.
I am not mad at company, I mis-read the possibilities.
As I have said, it looks like DRIO is a slow launch right now.
They are doing the test marketing build.
This is not quite where I had expected their device acceptance (commercial) status to be right now.
Its not 'build-it-and-they-will-come' automatic relationship.
Even though the blood diabetes device is not such a whiz-bang launch right at this time, the possibilities for other devices is there. I will just hold now.
Reading info from the prospectus, leads me to think they possibly are manufacturing their devices in (A)Israel, (B) EU, (C) USA, (D) India, (E) Canada. Why Canada is included? Fox Conn (Asian IT manufacturer) is opening a manufacturing site there and has one in Mexico . . . if I remember correctly. (C) and (E) sites make more sense to me geo-politically . . . reader can be dropped shipped by air freight rather cheaply.
I could be wildly wrong on above speculation.
Anyone own one who might can tell us what the box has printed on it, as Made-in X?
More private placement DRIO funding seems likely . . . than more R/Split.
To me, right now looking at this, I would bet we get some grant or order from USA source for future bodily fluid readers development. <----that's the path to FDA
Approval in 2014 or 2015. We should be thinking of an Ebola reader device or for some common infectious disease? And, why not pick a state that needs help medically monitoring its new citizens? Calif. or New York . . . might be such states? Both are very favorable towards Israel Company. Great sites to start a Made-In-USA manufacturing facility, coupled to state tax credits.
I actually mean to reply to your post.
Glad you made some straight-on observations.
Very nice find.
It appears one would place their finger on the front top of the device . . . and that reads' your blood Glucose? It must have a slot somewhere? I did not find a user demo video, on initial site once-over. Where does one place their blood drop test strip? Already has FDA approval; however DRIO mobile reader tech can be used on other bodily fluids . . . this device also do that?
Japanese company working on device that reads blood by just scanning your skin, though I think it still in development stage and years from retail use.
DRIO should try and give us retail investors some feed back on to what extent, company has changed initial retail model due to user/professional comments. Or, at least that DRIO is actively pursuing such improvements. We are not making some kind of super-secret ray-gun herein.
I(for one) DO NOT want to have a generic 'we re thrilled' vague PR dropped on us, expecting we are going to just buy-buy-buy the stock up.
I do not see why not another USB type port could not be added to DRIO reader, to support an external battery booster similar to USB solid state Hard Drive slot. Probably in next version of DRIO reader, electronics could be shrank and an on-board device reader space created to carry some extra test strips.
One does have to 'wait' for user feedback, before you can gauge how to improve your device. <---changes have to be cost-effective based on % of user wishes/demands.
The extra USB slot (if added to DRIO device), might well be venue port for more bodily fluid testing devices, as company expanses its fluid service testing?
I sure am looking for some kind of $ revenues for coming quarterly report this month.
If not . . . DRIO had better explain exactly what stage of product development they are in. Right now . . . I am guessing we are in for slow market intro strategy . . . I am not seeing sufficient monies to propel DRIO into any market in a big way.
We just need to gain 1-3% of world device reader market and company can make it.
At this point in company development (I am wondering to what extent reader device production facilities are designed for further market expansion, without new plant additions); it is looking like we are 1-2 years away from being a 'player'?
I will hold regardless, but it is starting to look like we are akin to small solar cell company with big dreams. Translation: us retail investors are left wondering WHY the R/Split happened in plain street level language. They have not yet convinced me, of its merits.
If say 5-6 $Millions can 'do' their burn until say Mar 2015 . . . what is that telling us about DRIO marketing and production plans? Can they get 10,000s of new devices made and pay marketing and shipping and wages and rent, etc?
Or, is DRIO 'coasting' and waiting for FDA Approval stock effect . . . while just going a minimal build until after Nov month ends? A couple of quarters of some earnings revenues will also be helpful, before an uplisting.
Agreed . . . this is one strange stock behavior . . . almost amateur?
Or, is some plan afoot . . . and we are not included (planning to go private . . . which does not make sense)?
PR silence is weird . . . my guess DRIO wants to drop this into their next earnings
report, next month?
I do not see any Quant behavior nickle-and-dime-ing us daily . . . and no one has reported any large fund buy-ins.
I agree 100%. DRIO does not seemingly care much about what retail investors think or want? Acts more like Pinky Sheet Company that wants to go private?
DOW and NAS go up hundreds of points a day . . . no 'float all ships up with the rising tide' behavior for our DRIO.
Puzzling stock market goes up . . . gold stocks fall . . . Japan applies more 'stimulus' to their economy. Sears and K-Mart closing and thousands of new unemployed and jobless results thereby, that will spark USA economy and consumer confidence, right?
Goggle is working on watch device that reads your blood factors through a wrist skin scan. It (and some other company devices) are still in lab development status . . . years from production and approval. Might this mean competitor of Goggle . . . would
opt for DRIO mobile phone reader device? I think DRIO is smarter stock play bet, as most folk (including 40% USA poor), eat junk food and have a mobile phone. And, our mobile tech is already developed and out in the market.
Bot a little more yesterday to balance out my holding, as you say, that would be *.27/share after R/Split.
Thanks to others for DRIO device users comments.
The Goggle Map photo didn't show much, a photo or two inside the 'factory' would not hurt DRIO?
I do not approve of the bad language in a post . . . I came to Investors Hub message boards to escape that sort of thing. Penny Stock . . . love how you can pick .90s point something stock price possible in X amount of days . . . from your charts. That . . . and .25 will get you a taste of coffee at Star Bucks?
Positive actualization Psychology? Discuss the problems, potentials sure and yet think efficiently?
Fibs probably can't work with our stock chart right now . . . not enough time line data?
Why not a stock chart that shows the up/down channel sets (based on support/resistance)? Candle colors are cool too.
Still think we are 'basing' around .27 (what is to be gained by stock price going lower)? Few will sell their stock, when coming potential PR positive 'load' will pop us up. And, when 'they' allowed the stockp rice to go say .05 price area or thereabouts . . . that was not a good thing to do . . . it left cheap lipstick on the stock.
Like penny land 'road-kill' sign effect.
Were I to have $ millions invest herein . . . cannot see that as positive vibes for my stock investment? Nor, much of a way to gain on a private placement?
By Mar 2015 time frame . . . we should have the goods . . . one way or the other?
A brief video of the CC conference booth traffic would be nice. Doubt that will happen.
Looking like no PR until earnings next month (when we go off extra D stock symbol too).
We should have sold hundreds of mobile reader devices by then all around world (or will it be thousands sold)? It would be real nice to know if DRIO has automated assembly going on now, at its plant (or do they farm out their production).
Stock price is . . . under whelming . . . two day dip to .26 level.
I should try and buy some . . . just to see if they under cut my buy price.
Still no news a company has come forward to buy up this tech, and its possibilities for reading other bodily fluids and substance detection. Can't get old tech pill pushers, to swing cross to electronic devices. They hate the notion of mobile reader med tech, I guess. You can bet China is looking it over and has already began thinking out how to utilize it.
Many of us keep wondering where new monies for DRIO will come from.
FED is trying to 'push' inflation into USA and world economy, to force stock prices higher. But large domestic USA companies are just buying back their own stock, doing mergers and buy-outs and giving super Golden Parachutes and salary perks.
The dollar falls . . . Precious metals and commodity minerals and oil fall also.
A falling dollar value keeps refinancing our debt cheaper . . . and makes USA energy domestic costs cheaper for us. FED fears deflation (like 1930s) . . . as everyone is trying to pay off their debts and not buy new things right now. Thus, big boys dropped price of petro energy . . . to get some quick bucks into our pockets to spend. QEs are still going on under-the-table as dark budget type of stuff . . . off books accounting.
Instead of all this nonsense . . . why not just let Trillions of multi-national corporation profits come back into USA tax-free . . . IF it comes in as new capital plant to USA, hiring USA legal citizens unemployed and then those new workers are paying USA taxes into the system.
The foreign companies come here and get state tax package credits to put in factories and hire USA workers. Why not do the same for USA profits held overseas?
Still waiting to hear about Israeli Government and their army using DRIO mobile reader devices. Why not give some to USA military to use overseas in emergency situations? DRIO needs new funding bad.
Wondering if the elections next month are over . . . will FDA act?
As I said before (its no real secret DRIO is going to need tens of Millions of $$s to advertise, produce in volume, ship, and do further R&D). Ah . . . where will that come from? Silence from company.
And . . . what about home country (DRIO is not USA) 'news' on orders and product use there?
That would be nice to know.
Apparently, DRIO is struggling with a CC PR put-together.
That's a confidence builder for us investors.
There are unconnected dots for this company.
Best be SOME sales revenues (spelled earnings) for this company come the E-call next Month, or we look 'thin'. Without some positive results, we are looking at costly private placements for future funding. This would be a disaster for retail investors, without some way to uplist? Go see AMEX . . . they are not too picky. Crowd Fund?
We should have at least several hundred DRIO reader devices in place with our one dealer distributor in Canada? Next question: are we retail stocking in BAM retail stores in Canada, and what about Web-site e-commerce? DRIO have any door-to-door sales folk going out to disease specific (diabetic care) professionals offices?
Go to Canadian senior centers and local diabetic chapters? Demos and news announcement source ads for visiting potential customers, to large regional city drugstores?
Vague results PRs are not going to 'launch' DRIO stock buys.
Apparently, a lot of 'problems'?
There is nothing to short . . . and penny stock news letters . . . who knows?
Better to go on USA business news, talk-shows, etc. and do show-and-tell about our product.
Ask yourself . . . how exactly will DRIO deal with FDA approval?
We can only hope an investor is waiting in-the-wings, to capitalize us on this news.
Thanks.
Yes, and we must be rather close?
Smart funds, etc. should have DRIO on their radar already.
Inconceivable that their many tech innovation watcher teams, would not have picked up on the potential for other bodily fluids platform possibilities herein. I even suspect they (the funds, etc.) have traveled to Israel to get the guided tour. Know I would have, were I they. I cannot imagine a large possible competitor in this general medical device field . . . not have done recon on this company.
DRIO type devices are future of net commerce and mobile consumer and electronic medication.
Cut-Burn-Poison . . . move over . . . you got company!
DRIO mobile reader has opened Behavior Modification Tool to the health care kit. Economics of medical care will be driven by just such reader mobile cloud-based tech. Its the only way to cut costs and deliver efficient medical care, in an economically 'challenged' world economy.
Forget foreign wars as deficit driver . . . its rising medical costs like on the home front.
DRIO is going to have to fight to be recognized, and they know it.
Thus, the slow and deliberate build of markets, visibility, and revenue stream.
This product serves as a way to tackle the basic human drive to remain as your were
(ignorant, disbelieving, walking backwards into the (your) future. What I mean by the last sentence: look around you and in the mirror. Over 40% Americans are pushing the personal health envelope, with one major indicator of per-diabetic status: over-weight.
FUTURE POTENTIAL PRODUCT: DRIO . . . link your SW to weight, diet, exercise product.
All kinds of mobile user SW for weight lost programs out there in electro-net-land . . . including video game companies dying for a new device/SW game development.
Team-up with a VG company and DRIO is in-the-$$s-door (including uplisting).
Ever heard of USA Silicon Valley and Hollywood. Speaking of HH . . . check out VG KKH by GLUU company . . . Kim K. and GLUU actively open to and looking for ways to expand her KKH game, and she has the bucks to make it happen. Make the call and go over for a visit to the Valley. Lots of mobile folk therein.
Doubt we few who post on this board . . . are the only ones expecting a nice PR from DRIO next week . . . to bring us up to date. And . . . we are not much in mood for brief push-off PR either. 'We were thrilled to be able to be at CC and show our /DRIO mobile reader device!' Is hardly suitable to us investors who are standing by this company. I, for one, want to hear X number of our DRIO devices are in consumer hands as on X date. I also would like to hear were discussing contracts and/or grants to continue expanding our bodily fluid, etc. device potential. And, how about 'we had some special guests to our factory for a tour'?
Bye-the-way . . . when does DRIO return as our stock symbol?
DRIOD doesn't get much recognize from astute investors.
thanks from board to your comments.
You did rise an interesting point: I also did note that brief price spike.
Was it per-hope of CC price effect set-up, or just some daily trading on it?
None of us can be sure when DRIO 'takes off', but charting can given some indication something is coming. My biggest concern in this stock, is DRIO team maybe indicating a slow and steady approach to marketing and manufacturing their reader device? Are we somewhat alikened to early stage of E-Cigs . . . and suddenly Big Tobacco 'drops their hammer' on the little companies . . . and bot one of them (setting off the Ecig stocks briefly).
Abbott has a long-range use for patient reader device that tapes to say your arm (usually). But, has reader probe underneath its reader disc . . . inserted into patient's skin. Don't know how that will go over with public. DRIO is more user useful, and looking a lot more convenience to user. I surmise DRIO can get its user sell target of 1-3% of diabetic market . . . that is potentially millions of sales over next decade. As older folk pass on . . . the new kids on the block will be mobile device oriented. Friend of the family told me one of the young (aged 4-6), has no prob-blemo with their insulin pump lifestyle. Just takes it in stride.
Adapt, improvise, continue. Take what life you have and live from there.
I am in hope that as DRIO is Israeli company . . . Jewish professionals and NA citizens groups will be positive supporters of this wonderful mobile reader tech.
NOTE: large number of TV guests, medical professionals, and Wall Streeters and funders, are 'tuned' to the possibilities for this device; outside initial bodily fluids use in diabetes protocol. All DRIO has to do is get its future market expansion possibilities across to them . . . and this stock becomes no one-shot charlie.
Though I can be wrong, shorting is kind of nonsense at this stock price range.
Not much to gain, compared to unforeseen positive PR effects.
Hay . . . DRIO . . . are you looking into other disease reader device potentials?
Make some calls . . . do some visiting and ask lab folk . . . what do we have to do to read this stuff? Mathematical software code . . . can it read the shape, etc. of
these other disease entity characteristics and vectors?
NON-Medical: can we 'read' when to change oil and what wear stages are engine/motor parts in?
Get a USA Grants/Proposal Writer and let them work with your team . . . help them . . . to see DRIO device potential? Government/private university partners is money path? Walk some out-of-your area Trade Shows . . . and talk 'problems and options' with them. Real Tech Hackers (Makers) community is another ripe source of help in
these matters. Ask around . . . large cities have maker tech development walk-in
shops.
My take on conversations on board.
We could get PR Monday . . . but perhaps delayed for several days, to gain more input from Canada Conference results. I read that DRIO reader was INTRODUCED @ CC. Be that true we have no real sales yet? The Canadian distributor (One to date only?), is at conference booth with DRIO.
As I mentioned before, a Medical Care provider from USA at the conference could receive a free sample of the reader and strips and take that back to USA and use it confidentially (privately) with a troubled target patient---in closed use treatment-of-choice . . . without FDA approval). The government cannot stop emergent treatment regimes, that are personally chosen between care provider and patient, suffering unusually from final-stage disease care trauma and emotional stress. The professional care giver has right to 'expand' patient care regime . . . if deemed necessary to bring a further measure of comfort to such patients. This type of USA DRIO device use would be the minimum standard that FDA would accept (similar to 'orphan drug approval').
FDA might go that path initially (to await further patient-care giver interaction datum), as additional 'paper' for its Approval status. We just do not know yet.
USA FDA device status approval is like asking for nuclear device sanction, to stop an approaching menacing near-earth body?
Went to Canadian Diabetes Conference site and found no direct mention of DRIO as say speaker at conference.
However; our company did present as booth displayer.
Site MYDARIO.COM has two comments from device users from GB and NZ.
Found another site called MYDRIO.INVESTORROOM.COM and at bottom of page there is some stuff listed under CLINICAL TRIALS heading.
MAYBE RELATIVE TO USA TIME FRAME LAUNCH (?) . . . the following . . .
30th Annual Clinical Conference On Diabetes
May 21-24, 2015
Orlando Florida
We should all relax and just wait . . . unless DRIO can provide order info from CC . . . not much will happen with our immediate stock price movement or charting. We are, for all intends and purposes, rather unknown to investment world. That's OK . . . we get a slow-and-steady awareness mode. I am not worried.
Also see PFE has number of $$ drug bread winners going off patent soon . . . hopefully they will be looking for some new avenues of $$s profits. Though . . . instead PFE chose to buy back shares and keep twittering and having closed door BOD meetings of importance. PFE does not have much love for 'devices' or electronic medication.
They reside in the pill and lotion realm.
Don't worry . . . DRIO will get noticed . . . diabetes and its care . . . is major field for some company wanting to boost its bottom line. As long as folks do not exercise and there is large unemployed segment of population that butt-sets and eats western junk food diet . . . we have future care market bubble developing. <---large part of diabetes is inactivity and terrible food calorie intake . . . diabetes does have a genetic component and an emotional cause component (stress and worry), but that can often be managed. Inflamatory processes are also at heart of most disease. A happy personal outlook towards life and self is big benefit to healthful living?
Look for .05-.20 PR effect stock price movement possibility . . . what do the star charts say? I am on the Highway To Heaven? Or, The ROAD To He-el? What does the cosmic paint foretell?
Whynot . . . that what I feel is also possible . . . these folk come-on-up to Canadian
Conference, are not 'penny-poor'. They will surely envision the potential and buy some. Basing here at roughly .30 cents and building . . . would be nuts to drop the stock price much further.
Now . . . DRIO . . . drop some uplisting centric news, new orders potential, and some comments from the conference goers. 'We were honored to meet with X and show the ability of DRIO to create new efficient value to the patient and professional health care system'. Wheee! The ski-lift is leaving the station!
Green sugar on the "Rice Cookies! Shoot-The Star?
Canada, England, Netherlands are all high quality health care markets.
One additional side benefit of Canadian Conference is that some USA health care professionals were invited (lets hope), and if given free DRIO mobile readers . . . these health care professionals can work with their most needy patients (of care monitoring) on one-to-one bases in their private practice. Example, patient in final stages of having to have drastic surgery and emotionally down. And . . . patient that is known to avoid multiple daily blood sample pricks' consistence. Just being able to communicate directly with such patients in real time, would be positive for their health care plan. It increases efficient time utilization cost, for one. Direct show-and-tell to AARP, United Care Care health plan provider, Washington State DHS for example, would do wonders. Build the paper folder for FDA
to decide with forth, from such major professional imput statements.
User data and professional comments, would be most healthful to FDA as it ponders its DRIO device approval. Info, etc. of use from Can and EU high value health care systems, just gives the FDA more footage to stand on . . . as they make their decision.
We can almost be sure some diabetic USA care givers and associations, will be visiting North-Of-The-Border Conference. A DRIO PR to this effects (mentioning some of the above), can only but work to 'lift' DRIO stock volume and price. Slow and steady. Build it . . . others will come to join us retail investors.
Friend of mine (health care professional), told me . . . no one to date has mentioned if and how Ebola can be sexually transmitted (you know . . . and possibly Mother's Breast Milk?). DRIO reader has capability to sample readings from various bodily fluids. Just some software, lens power magnification, multi-spectral scanning chips, and a few other physical device design changes . . . and what is DRIO tech capable of? HLS and CDC and DOD should have been asked to Canadian Conference, for 'side-meetings' and discussing ways to funding device upgrade proposals and free samples of DRIO reader device? Daa!
Big multiple PR effect setting just across the timeline of next 1-4 months.
I do not know exactly what to expect of next coming earnings period . . . as far as dramatic revenues earned by DRIO. R&D and shipping and salaries for what (60) employees . . . and trials info . . . may be big bit to bottom line. Nevertheless, believe DRIO is in excellent position to capitalize and perform going forward from here.
Apparently, DRIO is using its limited PR budgets for conference demos, to professionals and folks like funds.
I do not think it would have been bad to cold-call a number of diabetic professionals office in USA, just in major cities like Seattle, Portland, Tri-Cities, and Spokane, WA and present them with a travel pass, hotel lists near conference site and heads-up for medical 'visits' to conference.
DRIO appears to not be going the route and asking to present on TV Doctor Shows in USA,etc. and get out mass audience awareness of company. I always advise that in a short intro. to the TV shows that company tells audience visually and show show talk, that company presenting is public traded. Something about live testing of medical products by doctor on audience patient and even self . . . gets the company product across to viewers and their friend-net.
Strange that no one investing here has asked how and who is manufacturing DRIO mobile reader (in-house?), and what volume they can deliver, to customer markets. I initially thought the production run had a lot of hand-assembly . . . though it does not appear too difficult to mostly automate the product production. Aslo, no one has mentioned or asked if DRIO is doing on-production line final test of product electronics integrity, or the device is picked up and final tested manually, before packaging and shipping step.
Technicals are not going to produce insight into next tech milestones of DRIO product, although they might give some sign of impending success of FDA Approval.
DRIO is going to need more $$s to get its message across, and ramp production and shipping, very soon. $4.5 Mil or even $8 mil cash is not going to do it. Lets see if one of the big guys (medical company or someone like Goggle ) steps in and walks with their talk. Don't count out folks like Samsung . . . they are hot to compete with new tech outings. Can't you just see commercial wherein Busby says 'Read me now' . . . then Donald the Hair Trump speaks 'Your Fired' . . . then Gary shouts 'Yeah . . . but can I do Pizza now'?
So . . . techies are we in ascending or descending channel . . . or trading sideways, developing a building flag formation? What does your 'rice paper cookies' tell you? Tea leaves reading is also pre-mess-ible. <---I am lite techie reader<l: you know like color therapy candles.
Agreed.
Potential for Goggle buyout (or at least steady funding/product suit orders).
Between Google and Tesla management, we just might get some real paying jobs in USA.
Forget any help from FED, or banks.
With current stock price, up listing can happen quite soon. <---This would bring in
funds, etc. as buyers of stock. Suspected target: over $5 conservatively.
I do not think we are presenting to various conferences, one after another, except to draw in fund interest (as well as business user customers).
I just discovered these robotic suit companies recently.
EKSO is the play for the most money, going forward.
Great news that Goggle is involved (big pockets and very next innovation oriented funder).
Further adaptions of the EKSO suit will be big step forward for commercial workforce reduction of job injuries wherein heavy packages and loads are manually moved, and military level solider loads are carried. Versions will be developed for increasing running speed and time.
Imagine scaling walls like an insect, with back pack loads carried.
Research funding and order contracts beat and uplisting to higher exchange, will propel
EKSO steadily higher. No rationale why this stock has to have low pricing now. We just graduated from penny stock land funders grasp.
Few really know about this company and its product.
Company needs to show its suit with person using it, to get off disability, stand up from wheelchair and re-career and in the process . . . gain positive self-actualization mind-set. Even at $70K/suit . . . taking a physically challenged person off the rolls and getting them more happy, healthy and productive; goes along ways toward having that same person pay wage and salary taxes back into the system. Rehab is improved by having the body blood flow being able to carry nutrients and meds more easily to muscule and bone and tissue.
Get congress persons and even president to visit the company, for positive PR about improving health care.
This company is what Free Enterprise is all about . . .allowing and supporting
the wider American community to happen. Government can and is playing its part herein: supporting innovation and a dynamic economy with orders.
We go UP Together . . . or?
I am thinking basic EKSO suit design includes electrically simulating webs (in suit for support), to accomplish its bodily support? This could be memory wire clusters (Nitrol), that changes shape and strength load bearing characteristics, when electricity is applied to it. Computer programs duplicate walking and balance movements of human muscule set cycles.
The OSS of stock available, is fine with me, as that amount of stock shares allows insider transactions AND potential for big boys buying in, once we uplist.
I am on-board this train and maybe we will get some more chances to buy shares at a bargain price. Looking like $1 area is base support, for now.
