Follow the money trail . . . who could profit from falling DRIO stock price?
Someone GOT our money, we didn't! 'They' did not burn it, away into smoke.
The good doctor? the Private Placement PIPER? Company Insiders? MM? small retail shorts? Naked Shorts?
Or, was it us retail investors?
SEC will do much of nothing herein . . . MAYBE a 'Freeze' on trading?
That would be helpful for us retail investors, right? Sure. An indefinite 'Stock Trading Freeze' virtually kills a stock, and serves as a legal mechanism to sweep the retail stock holders monies, into someone else's pockets.
Don't wish or seek the SEC to come into this mess . . . as they rarely accomplish
'The right Stuff'. <--means stock market criminals get a Free Monopoly Game Card for get out of Jail . . . and pay a very small fine for
unusual trading activity', without having to legally admit anything happen.
And, in the Pink Sheet Land of vapour rules . . . the company can continue in limbo existence . . . until all the money is drawn down. Happy Days Are Here Again!
We will know within the next 9 months . . . whether DRIO can get a real product launch underway. USA FDA Approval MAY happen.
Not much use to sell your stock . . . bet bet seems (to me) to hold my shares and wait out the 9 months.
And, I hardly expect any definite earnings (positive revs) for DRIO for next coming quarter. Money Burn and new 'financing' coming our way?
On a positive note . . . I attended a 3-D Printing Seminar at our USA public city library.
During the informal talk in our small group about new scientific wonders . . . two of the attending group . . . had relative or self involved with diabetes. I clued them into DRIO product and told them to research it. Both were interested. See . . . there is market out there . . . waiting for this innovative mobile device.
Maybe, we all should contact our local diabetic organizations, and give them a fact sheet on DRIO and its reader? We can make our own PR effect?
Wonder who got DRIO on to their 'wonderful' PR personage?
Must have hired a relative?
