Yes, mmgt. is looking very strange.

Remember the German Star Trek type universal hand-held biometrics reader device company? Same type of profile: up tremendously on IPO and then down to zeroland.

Yet, all the time investors were being told great news from famous German Hospitals about testing of device.

I cannot put my finger on it . . . but there is something more very strange about this company and its current financing.

When a company is silent about what is happening to its product (no huge victory PRs) and stock price drifting lowering and lowering . . . fundamentals and TA can give us only the same message?

Can the company hang on until June 2015?
There has been no talk of funding methods after say March 2015.

Another private placement 'buys' DRIO out (by gaining virtually totally stock shares controlling %), its 'over' and a clean sweep of our remaining monies, off the table into a dark bag. SEC would then be hard pressed to do anything. Legal takeover in disguise? You do not buy out an innovative shell company anymore . . . you just private placement it too death and throw in a few R/Splits along the way? Lets hope this is not what is becoming 'the perfect' milking machine for retail investors monies . . . just as good as a major company buying back shares and giving its mmgt. a raise . . . or 'Quanting high-speed micro-trading' us slowly out of our investment monies. the stock market today (as always was) just a money machine form of casino: 80% have to lose . . . so 20% can gain?

Present large companies in USA are multi-nationals that just protect their name branding in USA and keep profits overseas (thus chocking off domestic USA employment and hard capital asset investment upgrading economy core). In stocks . . . look at the results . . . not the talk. And, bottom line . . . comfortable multi-nationals do not want innovations that upset their gravy train.

Conversely, think about this reality angle . . . if you owned a company . . . wouldn't you like to promote your innovative tech by giving out some test samples to governmental agencies and medical schools, and final care facilities and prisons?
Volunteers can test such a device in these situations. You would not have a legal clinical trial . . . but you could get solid use data in a USA setting. FDA too slow . . . go around them . . . promote a diabetic conference of actual diabetics on a cruise ship off the USA legal limit? A couple of bus loads of USA diabetics to the CC and you don';)t think you could get the media riding along, to follow the action results outcomes? Then, promote the results on pay TV and face book 'conference update'. Just some idle thought . . . as we watch the paint dry in the icy cold. Fun . . . Fun . . . Fun . . .until Daddy took the Dollar (T-Bird) away!

I hold my shares.
