Big question herein: WHY has mmgt. processed with this direction?
Looking a lot like a standard Pinkie Sheet assault procedure on retail investors,
meaning they were(are) desperate for funding? Someone(s) making a whole lot of loot shorting from IPO . . . wonder who that could be?

You can use an outside party (the private placement party), to 'take' the price down
Wondering what kind of ;)magic advise mmgt. has received from its largest private placement holder? There is no proof to what I just said . . . yet I am 'suspicious',
and laying out a potential scenario?
