Nothing is beyond the courts power, the court just approved a plan and make sure it's followed.

My take is that the WMI Trust are BK remote and will be liquidated and disturbed to its beneficiaries. This case is very complex but in most cases dealing with trust a trust can not be reached by creditors outside of showing an asset transfer to a trust is fraudulent and can not be bankrupted only liquidated. My point is the owners never changed, the scale calculating how much one owns did, ie our markers...

I think you are correct in substance but what your reaching for is WMI = Trust Beneficiaries and Trust Beneficiaries = Escrow Markers upon the effective date in 2012. ie. WMI = Escrow Markers and no change is needed.

Trust can only be liquidated... Not all trust are equal and can be very complicated due to the terms of the trust...

So what does this mean for escrow markers

I remember a case that my company had where the guy/company filed for Chapter 11 and pacer showed it terminated I think,been a long time ago, I will confirm when I get to the office, any-who it made us think the debtor was back in the lions den, right? Wrong. so my point is WMIH is not completely reorged until wmi is gone completely. Any thoughts?

Confirmed above, until the case repayment plan was completed the case even though it was showing terminated was ongoing and the debtor was ineligible for discharge until completion.
