It just hit me like a child, so to speak... The purpose of Chapter 11 is to reorganize as anyone that has dealt with BK knows. So here is my SAG lol WAG

WMI = WMIH Reorged

WMI SH Assets = WMIH Reorged

WMIH/NSM/WMI ASSETS = Merger which = Completion of WMIH Reorg.

I remember a case that my company had where the guy/company filed for Chapter 11 and pacer showed it terminated I think,been a long time ago, I will confirm when I get to the office, any-who it made us think the debtor was back in the lions den, right? Wrong. so my point is WMIH is not completely reorged until wmi is gone completely. Any thoughts?

Confirmed above, until the case repayment plan was completed the case even though it was showing terminated was ongoing and the debtor was ineligible for discharge until completion.
