My take is that the WMI Trust are BK remote and will be liquidated and disturbed to its beneficiaries. This case is very complex but in most cases dealing with trust a trust can not be reached by creditors outside of showing an asset transfer to a trust is fraudulent and can not be bankrupted only liquidated.
