Anyone who does an ounce of research will see this is an real company. Not financially successful yet but a pump it is definitely pump. One look at the share structure over 15 years even a novice investor can see that this company is real.
As revenues start to increase over the next several quarters that same share structure and Marks careful and judicious use of it is going to be the reason this stock becomes so valuable.
That's what they were hoping for. From what I hear they have a great case. Comcast will probably pay them $5m-$10m just to go way.
Most public companies don't reveal financing terms in a PR.terms and conditions are usually proprietary information. I would concentrate on the current pattern of Repayment of debt and looking for the revenue over the next four quarters. Then talk to me about it.

Fluffy would be putting out numbers to pump. Terms are very favorable. You don't go paying off notes if you plan on milking the company or issuing shares.
As for revenues I wouldn't expect to see anything significant until 2nd or 3rd quarter.

I don't mind the flippers. We need them for volume. What I like is the always creeping up bid. There is large bid support hidden behind the scenes. And when you say strong hands you'd be amazed at how strong those hands are.
Actually Kez they don't. I believe there may be one convertible note out. The majority have been paid off as was stated when they got the investment from Lyle Berman. The company has every intention of paying that one off too.
There is a ton of bid support stacked behind what you see on L2. There are big money people involved. PNTV is being supported and may soon have that deal we are looking for.
As for the preferred we may see those not be a problem in the future. Also if Tice sold he would have had to file whatever form insiders have to file. At least I think that's how that would work.

That's a very good question in regards to the law suit. I don't know all the details but I called Mark after reading the 8k. Comcast has breached contract and Players has a very tight case. I would definitely call him and ask for yourself.
As for a last ditched attempt that is far from the case. They have achieved a milestone with completion of the platform.
