This is a very funny statement by Comcast.

“The decision will accomplish nothing other than to drive up programming costs and enrich a group of wealthy investors in the Tennis Channel,” McSlarrow said in an e-mailed statement.



That's the idea of running a business, to make money for itself and its investors.

Comcast wants their programming for free, many times breaching their contracts. They are a huge company that has been bullying companies for years and it seems the small guys are starting to stand up and win.

I'm all for enriching the investors.
