That's a very good question in regards to the law suit. I don't know all the details but I called Mark after reading the 8k. Comcast has breached contract and Players has a very tight case. I would definitely call him and ask for yourself.

As for a last ditched attempt that is far from the case. They have achieved a milestone with completion of the platform.

They are hiring sales people to start to market what they have been creating for 3 yrs now and about to enter the next phase, revenue.

The buying that went on over the last 8 weeks is not a sign of a last ditched attempt. There ARE big money people getting involved IMO. Their revenue model has the potential to be huge.
