you were exactly right. only it has moved up even without news.
must say its an impressive upward move on ever smaller volume.

its clear the majority by far have been buying and holding thus far.
24m volume, back to even, holding yesterday's gain... so it looks like some shares traded hands today, a few taking profit, and a few either adding or new investors taking positions
20m volume so far today -7% not bad, considering it was up 62% yesterday... So a bit of profit taking, but lots of consolidation at this level as well
I hear you. I've played lots of merger deals/trades, and its absolutely true that some of them don't happen.
but I'm just taking my own risks. I'm certainly not telling you what to do. I bought very early on first news on this one, and have chosen to hold. that's all. everyone makes their own choices and takes responsibility for their own decisions.
true! or it could be tomorrow
from the PR: <The SKGO board is aiming to have all the mergers and corporate organization complete by the end of the year, which will allow SKGO' to have a running start in 2010.">

Everyone can assume what they think may happen, and that's what trading and risk management are all about, but I'm planning to wait and see what happens this month.
based on the last PR, assuming so, yes
assuming the company will put out an update about the merger candidates they have mentioned previously.
go back and read the last news, and you'll see why there is probably an expectation of an update soon:

accumulation continuing today
23m volume of accumulation today so far
huge volume hitting the ask. amazing
I completely agree. Just in the last week there were two that moved from 0001/0002 levels to 002 or higher (hesg/skgo) and I just can't take the risk it might happen again here and not be in.
it all depends on what is pending, and what the level of interest becomes (which translates into volume) but the risk of not being in is greater for me, than being in.
getting current on financials costs money, no one spends money auditing financials and getting current to upgrade filing status without having something in mind for the future.
So I'm always interested in stocks which have been dormant a long while, and show any signs of coming back to life. Its worth the wait for me to find out what the company has in mind. If they are successful putting much of anything together, its worth the risk for me to wait and see what it is, and what happens.
can only hazard a guess, based on previous volume history
last June it broke out of range with 1.7 billion in weekly volume. Was just under 1 billion today.
weekly volume history:
you can see the levels of volume last June, and February, when it broke out of range to .0006 to .0008 levels

this one looks interesting, I bought some on news/filing. OS not that big for something at .0001/0002
market closed tomorrow, half day friday, so if there is news coming regarding the trip to china about the manufacturing merger candidate, perhaps there will be some accumulation yet today and friday... we'll see what happens

what looks interesting is that the breakout point of .0007 on 11/18, when the range was 0007 to a high of 002, has become a support level of 0007 for the last week.

If I were to hazard a guess, from studying volume history, and this is just speculation, I'd say its probably a minimum of 400m to 450m.
On 11/17 and 11/18 there was a total volume of about 295m, and the price ranged from 0003 to 002. There couldn't have been too many shares left around at that point.
On 11/11 and 11/12 volume was about 310m, and price ranged 0002 to 0004. I think some signficant number of shares must have been held long term, so to continue speculating, lets assume 100m shares were held in long positions. That combined with the 295m in volume a week later must have nearly consumed most of the available float.
all purely guessing. but when the stock moved 100% on 310m volume on 11/11, 11/12, and then a week later moved roughly 700% on less volume, about 295m, shares must have been largely held by people intending to invest longer term for the potential merger.
Now that its holding around the .0008 level, when previously it dipped back to .0002/.0003, there must be many more shareholders treating it as a longer term hold than did the week of 11/11.
So I would expect on a similar volume breakout of 295m like the week of 11/18 would probably find a much smaller supply of available shares now than before when it hit .002
all just conjecture and guessing based on volume history, and time will tell.

Additional Information
184m vol. on 11/18, .0007-.002 range, tells me that compared to most .000 stocks, which often trade in 100s of millions to billions in volume in a single day, with nowhere near this level of range/volatility, this one probably does have a significantly smaller share structure.
Important to know particularly if/when there is a pending merger, as it impacts the outcome for current shareholders.
Authorized Shares 938,669,451 as of September 1, 2009 according to the website: http://www.sbtginc.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4&Itemid=6
that's more current information than the A/S in the ibox... shouldn't the ibox be updated?
still holding
the share structure might be smaller than we think. watching how it has responded to overall relatively small levels of volume I tend to believe its smaller than at least I originally thought.
I'm pretty encouraged how well it has held up after such a big upward move last week. obviously many people are holding waiting for more info on the merger candidate, as am I.

next week yes.
"The sole officer and director of Monogram is now James Hennig who is the President of Triad"
he's gone. this is a whole new company now
is the float still roughly 1 billion as the ibox states? anybody know? trying to figure out the share structure to make some guestimate about what the overall capitalization is going to look like.
