MEC-Tech is now international, cashless transaction tech. That was put in place less than 14 days ago. That was Bet9ja. Then Central Bank of Nigeria has an event, in Lagos, in September: That can create more awareness of that level progress. Any MJ plan is nowhere, USA, immediately relevant. UBA, with Emailmoni, took a first step to becoming international cashless, in Continental Africa, with the daily Bet9ja exposure. That exposure is a daily 60 mil. or more, at that site: And likely from everywhere. That gets seen, and noted on the continent--which just also possibly includes some of everywhere(?). And it does become a household word. . . .just like "Fruit-of-the-Loom(?)!" (Likely there is something there that San Francisco can understand(?)!) So actually, MEC should have someone from the Lagos office present at the Central Bank of Nigeria event, to explain itself(?)! (Notice that the subject of financials keeps coming up, all the time: All the time in this context(?)!) Any lack of interest in that concept(s), is now what makes no sense.

Data with even comments in link. These things happen.
http://www.businessinsider.com/smartphone-adoption-on-the-upswing-in-nigeria-2017-4
Nigerian internet access 100 mil., nearly--with 150 mil. smartphones. That is 2017 data, which sounds like a an entire nation-state getting "current." Spelled, "C-U-R-R-E-N-T," don't you wish everyone was becoming like that, especially in time for the CBA Tech Convention in Lagos, end of September? Five or six reports is mainly little marks on light-level background. Probably San Francisco needs to be told about that(?), where "Fintech" is a pencil complete with an eraser?
11 Days in at Bet9ja! Agents they do have! Helping Nigeria get out of Recession--Even US GDP nearly hit 3.0% so far in this year. See, "Commissions for all online and mobile customers registered by your tellers." See MEC announcement that all Emailmoni apps and platforms can be used. Business and sub-contracts are known to happen, some assembly required(?), batteries probably not included(?).

LA Times on fake photos issue, second time in ten days! Los Angeles Times subscription is nearly 700,000: So a lot of people are becoming aware of the problem. If link works, it goes to "Real struggles with false photos," July 28, 2018. There had been another article, ten days ago. So a problem is being noted.
https://www.pressreader.com/usa/los-angeles-times/20170728/281745564459722
Current now: Credit. Not then.
10 mil. transactions even easier, per month. Maybe 80 mil. Nigerians now access the internet, 15 mil. with smartphones. Five times the Google Play installs count is probably be a better estimate of likely actual access. Emailmoni is also shown at UBA Internet Banking. The 60 mil. daily bettors access the gaming sites directly. They can also go to the Bet9ja agent shops, directly--which probably do have phone apps installed, and on several devices for store employees. Bet9ja shows UBA promoting only Emailmoni for use at that site.
(Explain Complicated Matters!)(?)
Compliance Current, With Revenue: Even lower rate credit lines, in even 8 figures, can happen.
And so new management, unraveling(?)!
Actually, $4.0 mil. net profit more likely created monster accounting problems, and filed at SEC.
10.0 mil transactions monthly, now likely easy! If betting site sub-contractors employ five people each, and maybe 4,000 have downloaded Emailmoni for business use(?): Then 20,000 or more business-use devices may already be on board, in just two months. Five people maybe call 200 people each per day, buying airtime. Maybe 1000 people, per business, each need one deposit and one withdrawal from the betting site each month. Then transactions volume could already be at a 4.0 mil. per month minimum pace already. The app keeps track of everything for each device. Emailmoni promises volume business, in Nigeria, all over: Just Sayin.'
No alleged concealments in case dismissed with prejudice against plaintiff. The audited financials themselves were audited, clearly at expense to MEC. Any further defense is clearly established already. That plaintiff, too, could not establish a lawsuit basis.
The New App Works. . .Wonders!
Then it makes UBA look good. It is the only featured UBA app at the betting site. And what does UBA like to famously do every quarter? Showcase Their Financials! In fact, it can easily be said to be something they may encourage among their vendors--for their Central Bank compliance reporting. One thing the lawsuits have done in that regard--Even the MEC auditors have been audited, clearly squeaky clean.
App-Traffic just started last week. The Bet9ja site now shows tens of millions every day something new in Nigeria.
The basis analytics site, PrioriData, shows the android downloads ramping up in June and July, but not up to 10,000 since end of May. That was the Google Play 5000-10000 mark. There may have been a dip in downloads last week, but that is ramping up again this week. The first boost could have been the betting agency sub-contractors--or even something else(?). That I posted just this week, from a Nigerian article. Any new boost may come from advertising's most powerful--word-of-mouth, "Household Word," kind of marketing.
Example: Take "Speedy Alka-Seltzer" off the TV--sales plunge. "Out of Sight, Out of Mind, happens." Show 60 mil. active users the same Emailmoni every day, an accepted payment method, every day: Volume happens. Bet9ja is Number 4 ranked in use in Nigeria.
Then if it's happening at all the betting shops everyday, nationwide: You likely can't be in Nigeria without an Emailmoni app. That was only noted this week, too. Then also, one download fits more than one device--a banking app with joint, family, or even tribal group accounts with multiple users. And then they all do the new local economic stimulus--in the new shops. . . .
Start 12 months ago, not finished 12 months ago. If there was a government problem, it took time. Government is methodical. Then within the 12 months, new stuff, new location, new hires, new market--all happened, and apparently with money.
Maybe 10,000 Google android apps, but also others. There appear to be several ways to access Emailmoni. For one thing, Nigerians use phones made from other places, such as China. A lot have pre-installed capabilities of different access. I can probably just go to the website and access it on my own(?). Other people worldwide know more about payment pathways than I do. Then below:

EmailMoni enables real-time, secure, cashless banking and payments in a variety of consumer convenient ways utilizing numerous mobile and web applications. . . .
EmailMoni mobile apps are available for Android, Apple and Blackberry operating systems, plus a Microsoft Outlook app and a Facebook app. The system can be accessed to send and/or receive money from your computer, mobile phone (smart or not), or any internet connected device.
New Management fixed a receivables problem, more likely. The collections record was poor, and it was more likely going to have to be taxed, unless it wasn't(?). The new management, and getting newsy, set about first fixing the Comp Receivables problem--and probably did have all kinds of audits, under way(?). Now they are getting newsy, forward-moving.
$3,954,656 for six months, 2015, was filed with SEC in a reviewed report, customary for most companies. The $5.0 mil. operating income was in that report. A few months later, then management changed.
________________________________
During the six-month periods ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, we generated net income of $3,954,656 and incurred a net loss of $12,793,324, respectively. The 2014 net loss contained stock-based expenses and a warrant modification expense, all of which were one-time expenses, totaling $16,012,011.
So this year, another letter is due(?), then getting current on filings. The problem before had to do with collecting on comp claims--as can be recalled. That is how the collections unit came into being. So there was a report of even $5.0 mil operating income. Management changed. What became of any tax issues has never been presented. So they are newsy, so far, this year.
Praxsyn filings report recent cash settlements. PXYN used to report millions in income, only a few months ago. There were likely collections after they stopped reporting. That could have been tax related, or collections related. This year PXYN moved--which likely required money payments. PXYN has announced new people, including in bookkeeping and data, suggesting collections and money income. PXYN had created collections and done factoring in the past. The unit is recently reported active, again. Money is likely what it works with. PXYN has announced a brand new market, which seems to have a multitude of entry points, pre-existing. Lien settlements are usually in money. The next step should likely be another shareholder's newsletter, followed up by getting current on filings. There is more news from Praxsyn this year, than all of last year: Already.
Bet9ja is #4 site in Nigeria, in one ranking. One of the half dozen or so deposit and withdrawal apps they show is UBA Emailmoni. And it has been that way for maybe a week, now.
60 mil. daily bettors, revenues likely better than expected. UBA Emailmoni is new, but other UBA apps are not showcased at the premier Bet9ja site. UBA has maybe ten million customers. At Bet9ja, an entire nation-state sees the new UBA Emailmoni app, right there on the nation's largest betting site. It is the only UBA app even shown. Last year, Nigerian betting was a 60 mil. person per day economic activity. UBA Emailmoni is now a part of that. Nigeria is coming out of recession in the next few weeks.
Money is not an issue, apparently, so should anyone expect a new shareholder update, now? A filing apparently could happen, now. There is likely a lot to report.
Not Clear Why Rule 60b is not applicable. Agent arranged a merger, and then new company name(s) appeared. Not so much does an address change seem to matter. The different rules of organization are possibly what really matters. There are different company names all over, but apparently also different, and established, rules of organization, involving states. Not too much to hide, there. Agent followed up on the first set of rules of company organization, it could be said, but not the second set of rules of company organization: Until years later. Arizona could even say easily: That everything that happened was open, public, and transparent.
Number (6) below looks entirely way too relevant, for example(?)?
Maybe a Jenner Woman rule kind reasoning applies: "I'm really not that kind of guy, any more(?)!" "It clearly has been me, however, all along(?)!" The Agent could maybe even start. . .maybe not from scratch, but at least all over. TTCM could even offer a settlement basis--needing discovery or not(?).
Agent had been an agent, apparently--and claims that something is due for services rendered, maybe punto.

b) Grounds for Relief from a Final Judgment, Order, or Proceeding. On motion and just terms, the court may relieve a party or its legal representative from a final judgment, order, or proceeding for the following reasons:
(1) mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect;
(2) newly discovered evidence that, with reasonable diligence, could not have been discovered in time to move for a new trial under Rule 59(b)(1);
(3) fraud (whether previously called intrinsic or extrinsic), misrepresentation, or other misconduct of an opposing party;
(4) the judgment is void;
(5) the judgment has been satisfied, released, or discharged; it is based on an earlier judgment that has been reversed or vacated; or applying it prospectively is no longer equitable; or
(6) any other reason justifying relief.___________________________
Zipmark failed to pay MEC loan repayment monies, can be said, in any current context. Repayment monies were to happen through a court-supervised legal settlement of an infringement lawsuit. Entirely separate entity, Greenpay, similarly, was to have been sold off last year. Banks are still shy about MJ companies, even this year, it is widely noted. Then MEC created acquisitions, recently now creating public recognition in an entire nation-state. 60 mil. or more people are directly able to do transactions, through a different separate license, to an international bank of that level stature. They can see that and do that, everyday, at a hyper-popular national website.
Liens add to Quality Comp revenue--should be worth at least another open letter to the stockholders. That one could note an intent to become current. Other penny pharmacy stocks, with home delivery, become current.
"Emailmoni" a 60 mil. household word, everyday, every month, from UBA, in Nigeria: On Bet9ja! Kudos to our Message Board of the Truth for acknowledging Mark Cuban, billionaire. "Sales Cure All. Know how your company will make money and how you will actually make sales." So wherever it appears, it is a word in Nigeria. Maybe even more-so than "Fruit-of-the-Loom," which is also more than one word(?), or "Apple," which is only one word--and a little pricey, at that.
Settlement offers reported June 21.
There is corporate counsel, revenue, rational opinion, the legal discovery process, any cross-complaint(s), answers, motions, settlement offers and negotiations, hearings on motions and on and on. Mostly, due process is what lawyers do. A good janitorial service will even empty the file where the original filing document belongs: Called, "The Wastebasket!"
Billionaires and Betting Sites can also take note of the Bet9ja registration bonus--over $300.00USD, in Nigeria. The consumer economy, of macro interest, further enhances the transactions count of the emerging economy, coming out of the recession. The U. S. Stimulus, from the banking problems crisis, contained a similar bonus.
Brokers will call Billionaires generally, likely including my own frat bro, from U of O. Boyle likely even knows the Mark fellow personally. On the Cramer show, he even knows about business and accounting problems. You don't let the buyer accept the goods on the day that the buyer files Chapter 11, for example(?). And at his age(?). On the other hand, you do keep the beer business open(?) and at his age(?)! The certain ingenuity of tapping different segments of a market--or completely different markets, is shown all over. Other ingenuity is the One banking app, now being used on easily a nation's most popular website, making transactions all over. Then there are the other markets, where it happens.
Real Mark Cuban, "Sales Cure All. Know how your company will make money and how you will actually make sales." Sales are made from markets. MEC makes money from transactions, so any estimate of the count of transactions-potential needs to be known to anyone expecting money from the company.
60 mil. daily bettors in Nigeria! Bookies be-gone! In Nigeria, there are betting shops. One fellow reportedly owns five of them, with twenty employees. More bank accounts likely happen. Nigeria is expected to be out of the recession this year. Banking apps likely understand the concept, "transactions," unless of course, they don't.
_________________________________________
In 2016, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that Nigerians spend ?1.8 billion daily on betting. Over 60 million Nigerians spend an average of ?3,000 each on placing bets daily. An official in one of the betting companies opines that “the Nigerian betting industry is large and ripe for harvest. Gone are the days when betting was frowned at. These days, it is providing employment and empowering young people
Emailmoni now a major player in Nigeria! Sports-betting is legitimate and legal, in Nigeria, and Bet9ja pays on time--the largest of the betting operators. UBA Emailmoni is now a part of that, prominently advertised. Sports betting jobs, and sub-contracted entrepreneurs, are a further aid in ending the Nigerian recession--expected to end this year. Just getting ready for Bet9ja use of UBA Emailmoni: May explain a July spike in app downloads, shown at a tracking analytics service. UBA Emailmoni will be associated with Bet9ja's national integrity of operations. National Daily News excerpt:
__________________________________________
Given Nigeria’s recession and high unemployment figures, the creation of jobs by the private sector is critical and in this regard, the impact of sport betting has been profound. With some big companies running nationwide operations, while others focus on maximizing their reach regionally, the industry has created thousands of jobs directly and indirectly. Big companies have staff strength running into hundreds but through their associate networks, they offer agents a source of livelihood through affiliate partnerships as they earn money through commissions. Joseph Chukwu, a graduate and shop owner in Ikorodu, says sport betting has been a lifesaver. “There are no jobs in the country even for qualified graduates,” he said. “Rather than sit on my thumbs, I decided to set up my shop as an agent and earn money through commissions. Initially I thought of it as something to do while something bigger came along but now I’m focusing on building a chain of shops and being a mogul of sorts. It may sound crazy but I’ve gone from looking for a job to actually building a business.”
. . . . .thinks the employment issues and high rate of poverty means that the chance to earn a living from sports betting can hardly be ignored. “Majority of Nigerians live below the poverty line and any activity that can legitimately turn a small amount of money into large sums will always be appealing.” . . . . sentiments are backed by the many instances when Nigerians have fallen victim to fraudulent multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes. Given the legitimacy of sport betting, its appeal is ostensible.
MEC pays bills, has settlement basis, and Greenpay yet has to work. Banks don't want to touch MJ. Supporting that, filings are likely more immediate than distant. The U. S. payments tech market is getting attention from the Federal Reserve System, which even requires regulatory compliance from banks(?).
Immediate market now shown.
Emailmoni at Bet9ja only UBA app! Maybe worth noting, UBA Emailmoni is usually one of several UBA banking apps shown at the download areas. At Bet9ja, powered by MEC is it. New approvals are likely underway!

No market publicity, Scope Creep of the one major client, financing requirements, baseless allegations likely connected with that. . .and so on. There is a lawsuit even alleging that creditors got paid, and so that amounts to using said any alleged funding for personal use(?). Someone is asking a judge to declare that to be law in California(?). That appears to originate in Orange County(?), even currently a land of even local government fraud and solvency problems. The Major Client Scope Creep appears to have created a solid and expanding revenue base, just getting started, is all.
