New Management fixed a receivables problem, more likely. The collections record was poor, and it was more likely going to have to be taxed, unless it wasn't(?). The new management, and getting newsy, set about first fixing the Comp Receivables problem--and probably did have all kinds of audits, under way(?). Now they are getting newsy, forward-moving.
