10 minutes on the ask. amazing
or tacos for a month?
someone needed lunch money?
5 minutes here... I have several orders pending.... couple on bid side (all morning on those) just in case someone decides to move on, and one on the ask for minutes now.
nothing. not one share.
works for me. just look at the volumehistory, and you'll see the last time we had a zero volume day... it moved 250% in the next two days... once all the flippers/sellers are done for a while its a good thing imo

no not necessarily, he probably just doesn't know the difference between a public float and an outstanding share total...
one nice thing about a small public float is that its a lot less likely to experience a reverse split. a float this small is more likely to experience a forward split, to enhance liquidity...
so I'm not so worried about the RS issues at this point, they can't afford for the float to be any smaller than this. dilution is always an issue on the OTC, but I just can't see any evidence of it thus far in the volume data.
total volume since news, is only 12 million (12,082,101 to be exact), and its gone from .0004 to .10 back to .004 to .025 over back to .012 on a TINY volume total....
this is in fact a very small public float at this point...
and it also looks like about 4m shares traded from .001 to .10 back to .01 the first 6 days after news...
so maybe this thing really does have a public float around 4m. I wasn't so sure but I'm starting to believe it might be the case after all after analyzing the volume data a bit more. I was thinking it must be bigger because I've been able to build a decent sized position so far in all this volatility on small volumes. someday soon hopefully we'll get a filing that tells us.
looks like about 4m shares traded hands under .01 for a few days there, and now about 4m shares have traded hands between .01 and .025 the last two days
volume history... interesting that not one share traded this year before the PR on Feb. 1

I haven't had that problem with etrade. Or at least I've never experienced it so far. They use their own market maker, and I just haven't run into the same problem. But I have heard people complaining about particular market makers...
if you've never done a google search its worth reading a few pages
http://www.google.com/search?output=&sitesearch=&hl=en&q=knight+securities+fined&submit=Search+the+Web
well by that description, I guess I'm a .05 to .004 guy, lol. bought all over the place. and the lower it went, the more I bought. when you can buy 250,000 shares for same cost as what you previously paid for 20,000 shares, it seems to make sense to get it 12 times cheaper. unless you figure its going to disappear. and sometimes they do.
but I've dug in my heels, and I'm waitin on news or an update to tell me more about what I have.
same here... 9 times out of 10 if I have to call it in, I just don't. but I read the news here, and sat on the phone forever trying to get shares.... I was pretty upset, and later fired off an email, etc.
and lo and behold, a few days later i'm buying online instead.
sometimes the squeaky wheel does get a little grease.
ameritrade is a big one a lot of people use. although i'm hearing more people running into problems with the 'call in' status there on tickers lately. so I don't know how quickly they will change it, but if people complain, maybe they'll update their records faster.
yes, etrade. I complained, and probably a lot of others, and it got changed.
I also heard scottrade was working too.
I think what happens is a stock has a reverse split in the past, this one in 2007 I think it was, it gets flagged at the broker, because they need to update the share structure, and then they never do it. they worry about letting someone sell too many shares, when a reverse split hasn't been accounted for properly, and then accounts ending up being short. so they just flag the ticker... and make you call it in. it happens all the time. every week I run into tickers like that...
got more, even 009s...
until the next news, filing or some kind of update, its just going to drift... so I'll just keep watching, and buying into big dips if/when I see them.
another 100,500 just filled
101,350 printed at .01
yes, like today, 870k volume -50%
you might be getting a chance soon, it just moves on small volumes in either direction
that answers that question.... good work
no I think you are referring to a press release someone posted that was from the past, just showing how he had moved into a top position at Sony previously. the PR here states he's a 'former' employee... which is much better... he is free to be a deal maker, and for that matter, a competitior.
this guy is no small time player, he's got 30 years of experience, and climbed the corporate ladder of a company that has billions in catalogue assets, and he was VP HEAD of SALES and MARKETING. HELLO.........this is no typical pinksheet guy with just an idea...he obviously sees an opportunity to do something big. so since i'm speculating, I'm taking the chance he knows what he's doing. and seems to me by all indications, he does.
former VP remember. but that is a positive, not a negative. he's in a much better position to be a deal maker as an entrepreneur now, than just a corporate employee...
I'm happy holding here, I was happy holding at 004 and 005, so its not hard holding at 015 :)
still waiting
still adding on dips
still haven't sold a single share
so I'll either make out well, or just turn out to be an idiot. I know what rainmaker thinks already, but the jury is still out on this one.. and I'm speculating on the value of the catalogue, and the value that Marc is particularly qualified to bring to it. there is huge value in licensing classic tracks, but it takes someone who knows how to do it, and he certainly has the best possible connections and experience, and a startup at this level is darn lucky to have landed someone like that.
i added again on the dip, was able to get a partial at 012... so I'm still waiting for the next update from the company to see where it all stands
yes. people have talked about whether dilution has been occurring, even myself a week ago. why don't you try reading the board before you blow in here acting like you've uncovered all this secret information we already have been posting about.
its not news. you didn't unearth anything that hasn't been posted. so try reading the board maybe? we have been talking about it already.
you are missing the point. as I posted earlier, obviously Hindsight has done a poor job of monetizing these assets to date. Otherwise why would they even have been available to anyone besides a major publishing company? Marc O. obviously saw an underutilized asset, and by all appearances would be very experienced and connected in the industry with the ability to change that. And like every thing in business, we are all speculating, and taking risk... So don't take the risk. Who cares?
That's your opinion, and you are entitled to it.

I got very lucky adding more today on the biggest dip 012s and 013s, haven't sold a share
no, a previous poster found this info, it appears that michelex lost Hindsight from the sec filings... read the last line, but this filing has some pretty interesting additional info about the catalogue>

HINDSIGHT RECORDS.
The thrilling discovery that there was a vast repertoire of Big Band music which had never been released to the public, led to the formation of Hindsight Records. When Wally Heider, a producer for the Company, learned that broadcasts of certain Big Band recordings had never been commercially released he decided to secure the licensing rights and transfer these one-of-a-kind originals to records and cassette tapes of the highest quality using state of the art equipment.
· Hindsight’s principal products were CDs and cassettes tapes of Big Band recordings. It also expanded into well-known jazz artists and singers of the great standard songs such as Doris Day, Rosemary Clooney and Mel Torme.
· Our products were sold primarily to independent records distributors.
· Our main supplier was Michele Audio.
· We previously owned Hindsight Record’s numerous copyrighted songs and recordings.
In December 2005, Hindsight was re-acquired by the Purchaser in exchange for canceling the $800,000 promissory note owed payable by the Company to the Purchaser as part of the original purchase price.
