looking good here... took a small starter today....
ahh imo, don't worry about it, this thing will get some legs over the next few sessions.. feel sorry to those that bailed low .02's today... tx for the cheapies boyz.. ;)
GL to all here...
yep, but hopefully they push some more paper out of this puppy so we can get out with something better than .0003...
..."So .10 to .20 a share is what they would hope for to justify the risk..."
when recieveing shares from a public pinksheet company, be it for consulting work or selling them a company to merge with, etc, whatever, the shares recieved will usually be discounted to the current market price the public company is trading for, (since YOU are the one taking the risk) you don't discount the value of the company they are acquiring to the current market price of the stock or recieve shares based on the future potential value of the stock imo..
like maaaan, are yah serious?
+, it's nice to dream about a .20 share price when the stock is struggling to hold .002... $2000 can become $200,000??? WOW.. maaan.. that sounds nice.. doesn't it?
lets stick to the facts and quit dreaming.. your not all gunna become millionnaires from sitting on your *ss, as much as you would all like to believe.. it just ain't that easy boyz, sorry to pop that bubble of hope but you guyz need to get off cloud 9 and stick with the facts... the PPS is declining and the O/S is growing... well, they usually go hand in hand... so, now, what are you gunna do and what can you do to stop it?..
nothing...
turn off the dilution faucet and this thing will rise, you've seen what can happen without overhead selling pressure, but right now your drowning.. unfortunately most of these companies just can't afford to turn off that tap, which usually ends up showing that they weren't that great to begin with...
everyone knows pennies arn't long-term holds, you trade them.. but you can't even trade this one.. SBSH makes sure of it.. which is why this stock consists of a few bagholders who have been sold a dream.. and they don't want to let go of it..
go look at the MNTY / SWVC / RVGD board.. there are endless of them, with bagholders, just like yourselves, yet fast forward a year, to where the price is triple zero's and you know what, they are STILL believers..
do you think, they think its a scam? do you think they were painted a rosy picture that they still believe to this day?
all IMO of course.. but what do i know?
"...If the candle company got shares at a .02 value, that means that after the one year restriction, those shares should be at that price..."
uuuuummm, no.
uuuughhh.. newbs guy... tiring me out...
put it this way.. If YOU owned the candle company and were making whatever you think they are a making which I assume is alot, would you sell your company to a penny stock pinksheet trading at .002 for a 10X discount from .02 based on what the price MIGHT be in a year from now given the history and share price decline over the recent past?...ok.. It doesnt work like that.. Whatever amount of shares they got they felt was worth it for their company, even at .002, not .02. imo.. Do you even know how many shares they got?
seriously, just use your head for a second and you won't have such retarded statements...
i tell you what, you find me a million dollar company and I'll roll it into a pinksheet shell and give you $100,000 worth of stock for it and tell you the shares you got will be worth 10X that or $1 million next year... you down?... LOL..
are yah following?...... didnt think so....
all JMHO of course..
ABSOLUTELY F$%NG HILARIOUS!
wow.. what newbs guy...
they didn't even pump the thing...
no pre-PR run to set up the charts, no promoters, nothing... they just issued some news at basically the low of the year only to have the stock run for one day with not even that many shares trading really to dilute into.. lol.. i'll give them credit, they let it run that day at least..
but now its done and they got in sh*t?...
LOL.. hilarious..
lol...
now THAT'S funny... :)
Wow, so someone can short a whole 10,000 shares?
+ Interactive Brokers wants $2.00 per share short margin.. So if someone wanted to short EXPH for 1mil shares at a cost of $2300 at todays prices.. Interactive wants, $2 million in their account! Who the $%&* is interested in that?
NEXT!
since EXPH has announced a short position and the majority of you believe it, can one of you point out one firm where penny stocks are allowed to be shorted? I'm having a hard time finding one but am interested in the theory. I'm not saying I don't believe it, but can one of you plz provide a link to a broker which allows shorting of a penny stock?
there are numerous reports and hype on short selling and naked short selling, here's just one:
http://www.netcastdaily.com/broadcast/fsn2008-0531-3b.mp3
but i am still yet to see one broker that allows it in penny stocks... so can I get the heads up on one?.. TIA
LOL
"...i feel has strong potential and is more than just a flip stock. I never really invested in a penny before..."
someone who has never played a penny before, stating that this is more than a flip.. and is rather :0.... (dun-dun-dun-daaaa) a long-term hold...
lol.... gimme a break..
so you finally took off the glasses, did you? lol
imo, watch for the .0009 - .001 bounce play...
imo, might be some money to be made there... that is if SBSH can keep his itchy trigger finger under control....
imo, when SBSH seller pulls his order, that is how fast this can move up.. just proves even more that shares are being added by him and controlling the stock.. less than one million shares took it from .0023 to .0029... however SBSH won't pull it for long.. just enough time to walk it up a few ticks on a cpl hundred thousand shares and try to generate some interest to sell into... anyone who wants to buy shares would go lead bid of .0022 or .0023 not paint .0029... my opinion... + don't you think that the timing was incredible.. ??? they lifted the order, ran it to .0029 and then put the orders back at .0025... lol. so when some of you large holders come in and smack it for millions, some days ten million and it goes nowhere, of course... u know y.. SBSH aggressive lead ask, until that changes... ain't going nowhere.. SBSH has a boatload to get rid of... all JMHO on what I think I'm seeing here..
Can someone explain to me why the PPS was between .025 and .03 a year ago this time, but now it is struggling to hold .0025 -.003 after all that has been done for the shareholders?..LOL
seems to me, EXPH couldn't keep its doors open without the additional income of selling shares, which is why they went public in the first place..
from EXPH IR >>
"...I don't know of a single company that ever went public with the intention of not raising money. I think thats the entire point of going public..."
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=31001981
hmmmm. bbbbbbbbut how often do they need to raise money? LMFAO!
obviously!... your right... companys DO go public in order to raise money.. oh yah btw. (thank you for, RVGD, SGGC, LDTI, BDRR.. miss any?) but now that this is out of the way... maybe someone can explain why this thing even went public if it was making enough money to survive?
imo, it wasn't making enough... look, a picture and story needed to be painted in order for newbs to BUY BUY BUY.. so here you are.. the story is there and you all have downed the koolaid, imo... what is REALITY?.. PPS is down from .025 to .0025 and the O/S has grown more than considerably... typical POS pinky, imo...
49,897,156 O/S as of June 30th 2006
http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=9362
406,637,329 O/S as of July 31st 2008
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/news/articles.asp?guid={58AF6D5A-6349-4491-91FF-C85FEDD02852}&newsid=934605912&orig=charting&time=8&symb=EXPH&sid=2334428&source=htx\http2_mw
so PPS has gone from .05 cents from Aug 06 to .0025 in Aug 08 and the O/S as gone from approx 50 mil to approx 400 mil in the same amount of time..
GREAT INVESTMENT!!... love to see where this is 2 years from now... LOL.. from .025 to .0025 would lead one to throw another 0 on and expect .00025? am I right? no? no? LOL.
drink up.. tHa sh*T tastes good...
picked up some .20s...
looking good for a nice move from here imo....
12/12/07 ... bounced off .18c.. up to .76 two months later...
"And you know at .05, a million shares will cost $50,000 grand. Funny how math works wonders when you have large numbers to work with. .0028 X a million is $2,800
10 million is $500,000 grand."
...................
very true, but you forgot the flipside to that coin as it could go both ways.... neither of us have crystal balls now do we?
what's ten million shares worth in the triple zero's?
asking why the share price is not rising when the stock is under heavy accumulation is an honest question...
and a short is not an honest answer, imo of course...
i'm sure some of you eat that right up... SHORT SQUEEZE!!!!..... plz.. i just don't buy it...
then why isnt the price going up?
& don't tell me cuz of a short...
I'm not understanding your post... maybe you could clarify for me..
the accumulation/distribution line you are showing is constantly rising meaning the stock is under heavy accumulation, right? Yet the PPS is pretty much stagnant... what do you think this means?
nobody knows... the T/A is gagged...
you can try phoning them, but they will tell you to send a fax.. i havn't sent one, but from past experience, gagged T/A's either dont reply to them or they just reply with a, contact the company for current info, shpeel... so i didn't bother...
"...pennyland is filled with all sorts of mysterious companies..."
LOL
those were some good videos.... tks
he sums it up very well imo....
props to Clay Trader.....
*** post of the day ***
yes great job...
18 million shares and RED....
.0028 x .003
SBSH lead ask @ .003...
& I'm not trying to start a fight.. im just pointing out what I believe that I am seeing.. Just like what the rest of you are doing.. I don't agree with you and you don't agree with me, this is what the message board is for.. Sharing info and opinion.. Doesn't have to result in a fight.. I'm not attacking anybody. Just bringing the more than obvious flip side of the coin to the table.. sorry if it upsets some, but in my opinion and with the history here I am shocked that people just keep on swallowing.. but thats your choice..
"...I don't usually go along w/ the short theory but the chart makes me a believer of it here. By the looks of the chart it appears to be nothing but buying going on yet little pps movement...."
any why do you think this HAS to be shorts and not dilution considering the T/A is gagged and you've already been told more shares will be issued for the candle company?
the simplest most obvious answer is usually the correct one..
you guys just keep getting spoon fed until there is nothing left in your account... what do you think would happen to the share price if one of these "large" shareholders decided to take some off the table??.. what does this make his and your investment really worth?
14.5 million shares and you guys have gone nowhere.. now try and sell even 1.45 million of that and see where the price ends up...
insanity.... lol
it's all just so disgustingly obvious.. get SBSH off the right side of the box and you guys might have a fighting chance at a flip...
all IMHO of course...
Weekly Spot Ux U3O8 Price as of July 21, 2008 $64.50 [+0.50]
"JD does not wisht to share the share structure until the acquistion is complete as not to cause any confusion on the share structure."
see thats exactly the **** I dont buy from these guys... and i take it nobody else finds this odd?... jeeez
If the o/s is decreasing, I'm sure it will not be confusing at all to any shareholder here. But, if there is some kind of story which needs to tag along any newly issued shares (wait, but they're restricted.... plz. spare me.) so increased o/s, wtvr it may be, as a result of buying the candle company and is supposed to all balance themselves out with the 'new revenues' which will come... (from the patent pending candle?..lol)
pffft....not interested and yes that WOULD be confusing..
bottom line with this one imo, company lied about previous financing and IRs reputation speaks for itself by facilitating the most extreme dilution possible... if you have nothing to hide, there is no reason to keep the share structure a secret, now is there..
& i mean 44 million shares short.. cmon... lol
impossible to make that kind of statement imo.
think they can track every share?, no objecting beneficial owners?, etc..
lol.. crazzzyness

I've already called about a month ago when that default info was circulating.. (..but I don't think it would be smart to have every Tom, Dick and Harry calling.. since i dont expect, nor do i care if anyone believes me, maybe someone could take one for the team?) But, everythings legit from what I could gather.. When it comes to my $$$ I don't give a sh*t.. I'm going to do anything and everything to get info, obviously...
FWIW i never said anything to do with being a shareholder of ARSC of course, just said I was from university [fill in blank] which had also come up with a similar technology, had heard about her tech. and was interested in showing her our tech. possibly working together, etc.. heard there was some company involved, blah blah blah.. numerous ways to do it without potentially screwing up anything for ARSC... jmho.

so what does today's pr really say?
"NORTH WILKESBORO, NC, Jul 21, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH), a holding Company, which wholly owns D&D Displays, Inc., is excited to announce it will formally begin work on a joint venture project that could exceed $22M in revenue.
Details on the project, joint venture partner and customer are currently being withheld for later release to protect the company's interests....."
.......
I'm sure it could exceed 22M, probably could exceed 220M... but will it?.. and when are we going to find out the details?...
ahhhh.. some nicely worded crap imo...
now thats a bit ridiculous...
the question that should be asked and put in the next retiring of shares PR, is whether the shares were purchased out of the market by the company with funds or if shares that were previously given to management is simply being given back in exchange for something else, ie preferreds.. but I'm sure we already know the answer..
Ex. if 100 million shares are being retired by people who were never going to sell them into the market in exchange for 100 million financing shares which ARE going to hit the market, well, then the retirement is useless now isn't it? just my opinion..
the only person who should be concerning themselves with whether they need to be reporting at 5 or 10% is the person who owns the shares.. nobody here should be worrying about it if it is not an issue for you... if this is your situation you dont have to prove anything to this board...
hypothetical question....if a company adds 200 million shares to the float, but management retires 200 million shares that were never in the float in exchange for preferreds, does this leave the FLOAT in a better or worse situation then when it started? just wondering?
"SBSH has been the ax since chad started.."
was like that with RVGD aswell...
+ with the deal I've heard he sets up with the companies he promotes where any information he recieves is considered public information, imo, explains why in both RVGD we saw and in EXPH we are seeing buying ten minutes before the PRs are released to push up price and immediate selling after they are released... buys would not always come in like that unless you knew the PR was coming right? and im sure hes not calling his buddies to buy before the PR since its always knocked down immediately after.. probably maliciously selling on purpose after the PR to ruin the run and collect the frustrated longs bailing out on the bid in the quiet period before the next PR.. rinse, repeat.
only explanation I have... or there is dilution... jmho.
people locking in their profits and newbies whacking the bid...
plz.
you back up your statements...
who sold that was buying at .0025?
show us that they're not...
red after a PR like that.... plz.
if none of you are going to sell for this price, then????
