If the o/s is decreasing, I'm sure it will not be confusing at all to any shareholder here. But, if there is some kind of story which needs to tag along any newly issued shares (wait, but they're restricted.... plz. spare me.) so increased o/s, wtvr it may be, as a result of buying the candle company and is supposed to all balance themselves out with the 'new revenues' which will come... (from the patent pending candle?..lol)

pffft....not interested and yes that WOULD be confusing..


bottom line with this one imo, company lied about previous financing and IRs reputation speaks for itself by facilitating the most extreme dilution possible... if you have nothing to hide, there is no reason to keep the share structure a secret, now is there..


& i mean 44 million shares short.. cmon... lol
impossible to make that kind of statement imo.
think they can track every share?, no objecting beneficial owners?, etc..
