Looks like more opportunities for ongoing Gov contracts for SFRX, Wild Manta, LLC is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with Seafarer Exploration Corp (OTCMKTS: SFRX) to develop and manufacture multiple advanced underwater sensor platforms for detecting, 3D mapping and identifying shipwrecks, artifacts, and metals, including non-ferrous metals.
You're quite welcome. This is a good step in becoming Pink Current, and as the FDA now establishes some further guidelines with CBD, we can move forward. The recent meeting will go a long ways toward that.
The OTC (over the counter) is the governing body for most penny stocks and more.

Cannabidiol (CBD) one of over a hundred cannabinoids found in both the cannabis and hemp plant have numerous health benefits backed by scientific evidence. Relief of chronic pain, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, epilepsy, and many more are a few examples.
Actually, after listening to 120 organizations present their finding to the FDA the other day, for about ten hours. CBD may turn out to be a wonder drug. The comments suggesting it's a snake oil, in technical terms are what are referred to as bull $hit.
Actually, with all respect, many of us think, "Why would they put themselves in trouble by NOT answering questions they CAN?
Yes, definitely a Seafarer SFRX Jingling sound of profits.
That must be the "Cha-Ching!" from my SRFX profits.
SFRX in a word, "Cha-Ching!" I stay Long and holding. Good luck with the doom and gloom life style.
Been there, done that. It's irrelative to conclusions. I stay Long and very profitable and holding.
I am perfectly fine holding my Long position with SFRX. I have learned many years ago not to be influenced by those that have NO horse in the race. It has been decades since I have lost any money in the market and won't be starting now. I strongly believe Seafarer continues to perform the positive steps that will insure its success. The ratio of risk vs reward is very good, and probabilities of great profit are excellent. Do your own due diligence, don't trust other's opinions, form your own, talk to the companies staff, get to know them, get on plane, look them in the eye and learn for yourself. Then place your bets, confidently.
The "gold" may be in my SFRX shares. It's apparent this company is determined and have assembled a very good team.
Why does KALY fail to address all this OTC negative baggage?
On the positive side, the FDA's "public" concern are companies producing products that have not been made properly, and may be unsafe due to contaminants such as mold, lead, pesticides, etc. Also products that are not marked properly, or make claims that have not been tested adequately or do not actually contain what they claim.
The FDA can take a fast path "if" they use many safeguards that are already in place. Supplements already have standards in manufacturing, labeling already has standards as well. By working with all the existing agencies they can streamline and establish a set of rules and laws. Many major agencies and private companies have already offered all their data and research. Obviously the majority want CBD, so the pressure is on to make it happen.
Companies that jump the gun, will be penalized or shut down by the FDA or even the USDA. They can also be hurt by the OTC, with CE and or the Pink issues. The first public meeting on all of this was just last week. Many decisions companies may have made previous may have been slowed down due to all of this. IMO
I am Long in FTEG and holding, I can only assume they (FTEG) may have got caught up in some of this crap. I don't know, as they have offered no updates lately.
Per the FDA
3. Has FDA approved any medical products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds such as CBD?
A. To date, the agency has NOT approved a marketing application for cannabis for the treatment of any disease or condition. FDA has, however, approved one cannabis-derived and three cannabis-related drug products. These approved products are only available with a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
4. Aside from Epidiolex, are there other CBD drug products that are FDA-approved? What about the products I’ve seen in stores or online?
A. NO. There are no other FDA-approved drug products that contain CBD.
9. Can THC or CBD products be sold as dietary supplements?
A. NO. Based on available evidence, FDA has concluded that THC and CBD products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition under section 201(ff)(3)(B) of the FD&C Act [21 U.S.C. § 321(ff)(3)(B)].
10. Is it legal, in interstate commerce, to sell a food (including any animal food or feed) to which THC or CBD has been added?
A. NO. Under section 301(ll) of the FD&C Act [21 U.S.C. § 331(ll)], it is prohibited to introduce or deliver for introduction into interstate commerce any food (including any animal food or feed).
12. Can hulled hemp seed, hemp seed protein powder, and hemp seed oil be used in human food?
A. In December 2018, FDA completed its evaluation of three generally recognized as safe (GRAS) notices for the following hemp seed-derived food ingredients: hulled hemp seed, hemp seed protein powder, and hemp seed oil.

I have already did the DD, and posted. Now Provide this proof and a link that has Walgreens and CVS selling CBD. I am NOT bashing, but inaccurate information does no one any good. Until the FDA get their butts in gear, the big drug chains cannot sell CBD (and don't confuse it with hemp oil). All interstate sales and even state sales are subject to Fed laws. Yes, the FDA and USDA have been slow reacting because they don't have enough people to enforce the laws. However, this does hamper many, many companies from selling. It puts their companies in serious harms way. As many have jumped the gun and have been shut down by the FDA and harmed buy their OTC ratings.
I am confident the FDA and USDA will sort this out as there is a lot of pressure on them from the majority. It's important to investors to understand, not just bash and brag.
Please provide us with a link at Walgreens or CVS that is selling CBD.
DVLP was late a few days on the last filing, hence the "YIELD" symbol which comes with the Limited Information Pink category meaning they were late. The OTC Market board is very behind in their updating.
DVLP had also filed fully-audited fully-reporting status with the SEC following the filing of audited financial data along with Form 10. In addition, the Company is in the process of up-listing shares from the Pink Sheets onto the OTCQB “Venture Market” tier. When the OTC get through the thousands of filings and update the status, we will see the changes posted which remove the symbol and comment. Then update the tier.IMO
Adding to my long position.
Indeed!
My point is being misunderstood. The various government arms have created the issues with conflicting laws even at the federal levels and state(s). First point, if you have an end chemical product, say CBD in this case, there is no way to tell if it came from a hemp plant or a cannabis plant. So if you say one plant is legal "hemp" and the other "cannabis" is not, does that make the CBD from one legal and the other not, when there is NO way to tell the difference?
Currently these type of issues exist. The USDA and the FDA both have a say in it. The states and the Fed have a say, and the Feds can control states from inter state commerence.
AND yes the FDA does have a say with supplements, in many ways, through labeling, medical claims, impurities such as pesticides, lead, impurities, etc.
PLUS there is one drug for epilepsy that received FDA approval with CBD, so now they (FDA) call it a "drug", which gives them the right to control it, if they choose.
They have a lot to sort out. I am LONG in this stock, but this is the situation. They claim they want to sort it out fast, and I'm betting they will.
I would imagine many are waiting on the OTC to act on both filings and sitting on their hands.
However, the chemical THC and CBD are identical in both plants, regardless if the plant is Hemp or Cannabis. No way to tell the difference, so there's the rub.
What's going on in US that can effect FTEG: Illinois will become the 11th state to fully legalize cannabis, after the state House passed a bill on Friday that will now pass to Gov. J.B. Pritzker who has said he would sign it.
Arizona Supreme Court Rules In Hash Case That Medical Cannabis Extracts Are Legal
Ben & Jerry's wants to get in on that action, too, and recently announced their desire to begin selling CBD-infused ice cream.
Several shops in downtown Burlington already have CBD options. At Maglianero Cafe and Cosmic Grind, customers can get a shot of CBD in their drinks.
CBD derived from Colorado and Vermont grown hemp flowers are used in a tea sold at Dobra Tea.
California company KickBack also sells a cold coffee and tea and a ground coffee infused with the ingredient. They describe their products as providing a "function chill" to allow people to feel relaxed and energized.
Fruity flavors are present in drinks like Bimble Dram, Recess, and Sprig, all brands of sparkling waters that contain CBD.
There's also Queen City Hemp, who uses only 5 milligrams. The company that sells CBD-infused seltzer isn't from Burlington, though. They're from Cincinnati, that other Queen City).
Fast food chain Carl's Jr. did this on just one day in April that was infused with CBD and was sold at a Denver store. CBD is one of the hottest culinary trends right now.
Ben & Jerry's wouldn't be the first. Cafe in North Carolina began selling CBD-infused ice cream last year.
CBD-infused food and drink popularity surges.
Big drugstores, CVS has already rolled out topical CBD products in over 800 stores in Alabama, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland and Tennessee.
Walgreens will begin stocking CBD creams, patches and sprays in 1,500 stores throughout Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, Kentucky, Tennessee, Vermont, South Carolina, Illinois and Indiana.
Rite-Aid announced most recently that it would begin selling hemp CBD creams, lotions and lip balms in roughly 200 of its Oregon and Washington stores as part of its ongoing effort to compete with Walgreens and CVS.
Why is this so complicated? Enter the FDA and interstate commerce
Marijuana is still classified as a Schedule I controlled substance by the federal government, but a bill signed last year by President Trump removed some restrictions.
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp (cannabis with less than 0.3 percent THC), opening the door for the rush of CBD-infused products, but the FDA has said that it considers CBD-infused food products illegal to sell across state lines because CBD is an active ingredient in one drug. However, they have not enforced this strongly and different states have taken different approaches.
For now, the FDA has said CBD is not allowed in food, drinks and supplements. But given the agency's limited resources, many do not expect the agency to enforce the position unless products make explicit health claims that could endanger people.
Many urged the FDA to move quickly, noting that the industry is growing rapidly with little oversight.

Like I said, an update would be appropriate. I'm in the dark with the rest of you.
Yes, I see that hyprocrisy too. However, there is a balance in the equation that should be met. With the stock within a breath of zero and flat line for a month, it is probably a reasonable sign to update shareholders. I think we can agree with that.
I agree, they need to keep us updated and are overdue for that. However, the reason we were stalled is the bid/ask imbalance and buyers and sellers not being able to agree on price.

There's a lot of profit in probabilities and technical predictability of a stock. As there are many ways and time frames of an investment or trade. One need not fall in love with a security, nor beat it up either to profit well. IMO
It's good to see SFRX back on a technical track with an uptrend. We need to break the .01, which will open the path back to the .02 area. We have broke out of the consolidation strong this morning with an increase in volume as well. A little news would go a long ways now.
The FDA should begin meetings today on CBD! https://www.fda.gov/news-events/fda-meetings-conferences-and-workshops/scientific-data-and-information-about-products-containing-cannabis-or-cannabis-derived-compounds
It appears they did file, but were late and OTC is behind in the update. Hence the, Warning! This company has posted limited financial disclosure through the OTC Disclosure & News Service or is late in their filing obligations with the SEC. Someone with communications with CEO should confirm that.
