The OTC Market board is very behind in their updating. DVLP had also filed fully-audited fully-reporting status with the SEC following the filing of audited financial data along with Form 10. In addition, the Company is in the process of uplisting shares from the Pink Sheets onto the OTCQB “Venture Market” tier. When the OTC get through the thousands of filings and update the status, we will see the changes posted which remove the symbol and comment. Then update the tier.
