Iconic's Christie Brinkley Bellissima Prosecco Expansion Continues Unabated with the addition of Earth Fare Markets
AMITYVILLE, NY--(Marketwired - May 9, 2017) - Iconic Brands, Inc. (OTC PINK: ICNB) announced today the continued brand expansion of Bellissima Prosecco with the addition of the Earth Fare Markets chain of stores. Earth Fare is one of the largest natural and organic food retailers in the country with 40 locations in 11 states. Beginning July 1st, Bellissima Prosecco will be available on the shelves for consumers to enjoy.
Additionally, with the successful launch at Erewhon markets, one of California's premiere Natural Food Markets, Bellissima will be a featured Sponsor at this year's Eat Drink Vegan Festival (www.eatdrinkvegan.com), hosted at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena on May 27th. Richard DeCicco commented, "While all three expressions of Bellissima Prosecco are doing incredibly well, our offering of Zero Sugar, Certified Vegan and Certified Organic product has opened a whole new customer base for our company and we are thrilled at the opportunity."
In further news, the company has been invited to present Bellissima for final placement at one of the largest market chains in the country during the second week in May. We are hopeful this will result in a new and significant point of sale for the brand.
The company is nearing completion of an agreement to begin our Global Market programs for Bellissima and the company is pleased to confirm Bellissima is now on the menu and available at all Buca Di Beppo restaurants effective May 22nd.
Please visit our website, join the mailing list at and watch our product availability map grow. You will also find Christie's appearance schedule and great new recipes. Be sure to follow us on twitter at @BellissimabyCB.

Trading with Fidelity. In now with 95k filled.
I'm getting partially filled. Hmmm
Hmmm, is there still room for me?
Wish it was me! LOL, but I did slap it for 215,000 @ .0135 13:53:10 & :12 for a weird green/red buy (if you're tracking on L2)
SFOR$$$
Agreed! When I went in for a 3 mil buy of USR* @ .02, (.023/.029), the PPS went down, up, and ultimately my buy never showed up until EOD as a T-Trade..lumped in with another 3 mil...NITE/CDEL helped make that transaction happen by hiding shares inside their 10,000 blocks.
When OWCP dropped to mid 60s a few weeks ago, I jumped all over it with a 90,000 buy...almost chased it, but knew the MMs wanted my cash.
We're all here for different reasons, I see the long game, but adjust the short term if needed.
Also having been in many private pre/post conference meetings in mortgage/investment banking...I'm cautiously optimistic that good things will come from this conference.
Good luck to us all!

Form T Trades: OTC
Since OTC does not accept pre-market or after-hours trades, an OTC transaction marked as a "T" trade indicates the transaction did meet the NASD 90-second posting rule per above. If the "T" trade appears at the beginning of the day, it indicates the trade was not posted at Pink Sheets before 5:00 PM on the preceding day.
There are several types of "late" reports:
1. Those with a time stamp within a minute and a half after closing are just normal 90-second delays.
Rule 6620.1: OTC Market Makers shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit through ACT last sale reports of transactions in OTC Equity Securities executed during normal market hours.
In this case, the market maker may have conducted a trade within seconds of closing and delayed reporting it until just after the bell. This delay, which is permitted, is frequently misinterpreted as manipulation.
In the OTC, after hours Form T trades are almost without exception "late prints". They are the result of accumulated buys or sells handled on a "not held" basis through block desks. They have nothing to do with short selling in particular, but with buying and selling in general.
Well then, good luck playing for beer money :)
I personally flipped it when it hit .024 last year from .0012 @ 2,000,000 shares...I call that beer, pizza, and ice cream for a week money (well maybe a daily for month) LOL
Oh, and I still have a super sh#t ton of shares to do it all over again...but I'm waiting for a larger payday...maybe I'll buy the brewery, pizza joint, ice cream parlor and well, more SFOR shares. LOL
That 10-Q will be interesting and could very well start us all down that path of buying whatever we want...but remember...only if you sell....
Good luck.
That's inconsequential and how MMs average out the books. If you look at the trades
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/strikeforce-technologies-inc-SFOR/trades
Let's look at the last 20 minutes of trading. 50,000 sells to 1,253,100 buy volume
Welcome to USA! :)
Honestly, you're not making any money unless you sell.
Sell for more that what you bought in...that's profit. Sell for less, that's a loss.
GLTU!
LOL, c'mon dude (again)...
if you had L2 you'd see a buy of 402,718 at 3:59:42
yeah...real "paint job" with 500 shares at 3:59:57
Good luck..again!
Then by definition, you haven't made any money.
And based on your iHub DOB, you're going to be paying 20% Cap Gains tax + plus your marginal tax rate, unless your a savvy investor that can trade on margin within his/her IRA — even then, tho...you still have to sell to "make money"
Good luck!
LMAO, c'mon dude...
That would mean you're banking millions of shares. And that being said, you've at least sold off a "chunk" like 1.5M at bid @ .0145 for $21,650
Checking L2 and trades today...you haven't
FYI Harvard costs about ~$65,000/yr all-in...
Good question. I think it's an orchestrated walk down for those with very deep pockets to buy large blocks of shares under a dollar.
I was fortunate enough to have a few hundred thousand from 012, but if these supposed international players have deep pockets, every one thousand shares is a significant investment/return on investment.
This isn't iHub money and I sure as sh#t know that I'm not buying large blocks via my phone. My broker - who very well may be CFNG, INTL, ARCA knows exactly how many shares I want and at what price point and can/has the ability to break up my sell/buys into innocuous blocks so as not to spook the market.
Case and point: $19960 buy (20,000 shares) at .998 at 3:26pm - that's a lot of money for the majority of us...but chump change for some of the cats going to this conference.
I bought 3 mil of USR* @ 021 ...it never showed up on L2 until EOD as a T-Trade...lumped in with another 3 mil. NITE/CDEL worked together to make that transaction happen.
I've seen my buys show up as red sells on L2.
Just a thought.
LOL, c'mon dude...
that flippant response means you've personally never been in this situation, attended a conference and been a part of a negotiation...
I have been to many conferences both as an attendee and an exhibitor (in health care and at the mortgage bank/investor levels)...in both cases, business is never transacted on the conference room floor... ever... before you've even left your place of business...states or countries away... your private meetings/agenda have been well established - triple confirmed - your personal presentation honed to perfection, and your terms hammered out to the penny.
Good luck!

Ummm no: Hyperinflation
Hyperinflation is a macro-economic event that occurs as a result of a steep devaluation of a country's currency which causes its citizens to lose confidence in it. When the currency is perceived as having little or no value, people begin to hoard commodities and goods that have value.
Thanks...was in awhile ago... .012 ... I'm good no matter where the price goes.
Why would he release his Isreali tax returns?
