Does anyone know what the deal was or what they paid WDRP for this?
“To expand into the market of wine and spirits, the Company has acquired the interest of Elite Beverage International's equity from Wanderport Corporation (OTC PINK: WDRP). Elite Beverage is the producer of premium Tequila Comisario which had won Double Gold for all three of its expressions in the 2019 World Spirits Competition. Tequila Comisario is currently being sold in over 30 states including 9 out of the top 10 Tequila selling states.”
You would think they would update shareholders about the SIPC and WDRP news
Gotcha. Maybe WDRP will payout a divy in SIPC shares?
Good luck
What do you think of SIPC and WDRP news?
Interesting. Maybe WDRP should have put out an announcement?

Been waiting a long time for an update from the CEO. Hopefully there’s an update this year
“when news hit”?
Like maybe an update from the CEO?
Decent volume today
Manipulation? Is it possible it’s because mgt doesn’t have any material news or updates on anything?
Any change to ticker or anything?
Wasn’t something supposed to be “astonishing”?
Decent volume today
Would be nice to get an update from mgt
It would be nice if Tom Kim, NGCG CEO, provided shareholders with an update
Nice move up today! Hopefully it holds and continues upwards
I believe 30M+ shares sold the other day so looks like someone is buying
Does anyone know if a Form 211, etc. was filed?
Good point. Hopefully something good is happening for shareholders
Interesting. You would think XXII would try to get involved somehow. I wonder if they are aware?
Would be nice if Tom Kim provided an update to shareholders
That’s good news
How about XXII’s plan assuming they receive MRTP approval? Are they going to produce, sell and distribute on their own? Do they have a partner in the industry that can help or assist in producing, selling and distributing? What’s the plan? Weren’t they supposed to launch something by end of Q2?
Interesting. NGCG PPS making a major move upwards today
In any case, looks like Tom Kim is doing something
BLEG came from an RS done on VATE. It appears it dropped retail shareholders equity a lot. At least at this time
Would be interesting to know if insiders made significant trades before the RS
Putting the stock ticker aside, not sure about the products at this time.
Also, when did retail shareholders find out about the RS? Wasn’t it a secret and just popped on shareholders right before the split date? If it really was to benefit shareholders, don’t you think it should have been announced well beforehand?
Since shareholder equity dropped right before the RS and since then, it doesn’t look like the RS was done to benefit the retail shareholder. Am I missing something?
Why? PPS has just been around ~ $1.50 +/- 0.5 and has been for awhile.
Where’s the divy?
So maybe he’ll have a clean and current shell? Who knows. Would be nice if he gave shareholders an update on plans
GLTA shareholders
I think it would be good if the CEO provided an update to shareholders. Even if it’s simply to say he is trying to keep the company current, etc.
On target for what?
It seemed like things were moving along and then an RS happens. Were shareholders even asked to vote?
Also, the ticker name change from VATE. It kinda masks the history of the PPS and the RS
It seemed like they were selling products. Not really sure at this time
What was the reason for the RS again? Seems like PPS keeps dropping
I think it would be good if Mr. Tom Kim, NGCG CEO, provided an update to shareholders. It’s been a long time since the last PR
That’s good news. Hopefully Mr. Tom Kim, NGCG CEO, does something with the company. GLTA shareholders
