Same here. I watched this run to .40 last year. Like to see another move like that. Go FLST.

The only chance i see of this hit .40 anytime soon is with an RS. I don;t think they'll do one since their debt holders got on board with the share price around here. The Chinese need the copper not the money. I think we see upward movement but unless the copper price shoots up dramatically that would be the only other way I see your prediction coming true anytime soon.

I was surprised that the WA start didn't create more action. NHURD recent financing is a little troubling but if I understand correctly the preferred shares will only convert after a year. The conversion value of .00242 is the part I don't like. Hopefully they use the 150k well.

Who would dump 45k shares at .01? Why not just move the offer down. I'm pretty sure a smaller spread would attract buyers.

Yeah probably the best thing for investors would be the worst thing for the companies vision would be a buyout by someone like WholePaycheck or another make believe organic chain. If a reverse merger occurs it could take a whole lot less shares to offset the debt than at the current price but I'm still kind of new at this whole stock market thing. More will be revealed soon I believe.

Who would want a debt free shell. I thought debt was one of the reasons a profitable companies bought shells for the tax advantages or do I misunderstand that?

Pretty common for small businesses like lawyers to be run out of business condo complexes definitely not unheard of. Thanks for that DD though. Great post.
