Maybe you need to read my post more carefully. The two units WITH NO MONTHLY FEE only allow you to call 911 and or family/friends.
Their LifeSentry Product, WHICH HAS A MONTHLY FEE JUST LIKE MEDIPENDANT, allows for professional installers and the use of a centralized call center. Your only semi-legitimate claim is that it's not completely waterproof, but as they state clearly in the FAQ on their website, it can be worn in the shower though it's not recommended.
Maybe you misread something:
If there's one bill they should prioritize above the others they are currently defaulting on, that was the one...
As I stated, I have never bought, sold, traded or in any other way made or lost money on 1 single share of BBDA stock. I would testify to that in a court of law. Just because you are 100% motivated by personal gain at the expense of all others doesn't mean everybody is.
I researched this company several years ago when I was still trading pinksheet stocks. I saw what was going on and decided not to waste my money. However, I maintain an interest because I see the same scam occurring over and over again and I intend to help others avoid the trap if possible.
I would if I had some, but I don't. I never have and I never will.
I am truly sorry that you have been deceived the way you have and hope that you open your eyes before what you have left of your retirement funds dwindle away into nothing.
Yes, yes, technicalities, but it was clearly and strongly implied that 1.8 billion would be highest the OS would reach by mid-Q3. There is no way you could listen to his speech or read the transcript without coming away with that conclusion. And yet, here we sit in late Q2 and he's already surpassed that expectation.
This company's performance is worth chuckling over. The fact that soul-less predators with no ethics are willing to pump a share-selling scam for their own personal benefit is sad.
What is? The definition or your attempt to deflect from the fact that this company has historically exceeded the AS prior to raising it?
Yes, it means that I am making a logical guess based on given history and facts. You should try it some day.
Well, gagged TA or not it is now safe to assume that the current OS exceeds 2 billion. History has shown that the CEO doesn't bother to raise the AS until after they've already exceeded the previous limit.
KOMA is not the brand leader, as evidenced by the lack of availability in-store. They have identified 30 locations. Other brands are available in hundreds or thousands of different locations. That's fact.
Ahhh, you're quoting the fabricated financial statements again. Until BW uses some of the THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars he raises through dilution to pay an independent third party to audit them those numbers are completely useless.
1) Presumably all of the call-center agreements were in place before they ran the initial test-run or that would have been a disaster.
2) They were able to organize a national Motorbooster radio campaign in a matter of a couple of weeks, and they can't get something on TV for medipendant in 3 or 4 years?
3) MDHI is only better positioned than 99% of small companies if you assume there is demand for their product, which to-date there hasn't been. Also, we have no idea what type of fiancial condition they are currently in, as you well know.
Only 700K shares sold today? Management must still be on vacation.
Another day, another 30 million shares dropped on the heads of unsuspecting "investors" by the company. The steady march towards no bid continues.
It's not just the packaging that would need changed. The serving size would need to be reduced as well. Relax 5 would probably be okay, but Koma would go away.
FDA Declares Relaxation “Supplement” a Drink, Threatens Shutdown
http://www.bevnet.com/news/2012/fda-declares-relaxation-supplement-a-drink-threatens-shutdown
The FDA has taken a strong step toward remaking the relaxation drink category, warning a Georgia-based marketer that his product has the appearance and representation of a conventional food item despite his attempts to label it as a dietary supplement.
The ruling is important because the key ingredient in many relaxation drinks, the amino acid melatonin, is only allowed to be packaged in supplement form.
In a letter to Jeremy Nickels, the owner and CEO of Revolt Distribution, Inc. the FDA warned Nickels that marketing his Slowtivate Relaxation Drink “in a single serving can similar in size, shape and appearance to those in which single servings of beverages like soda, fruit juice, and iced tea are sold” was enough to place the product squarely in the realm of food product.
Attempts to reach Nickels by phone and electronic mail were unsuccessful. The Slowtivate web site shows an 8.4 oz. slim can with the words “Cage the Bull” stripped across the top. It is clearly labeled as a dietary supplement – but that is no longer enough, according to the FDA, which threatened to seize Slowtivate or go to court to prevent its sale.
More than shutting down Slowtivate (and its companion product, the Wownie Relaxation Cookie), the letter may also serve as a warning for all product manufacturers who are using beverage-type containers to market products that may contain ingredients that are only usable in dietary supplements. In the past, the relaxation beverage Drank had been forced by the FDA to re-label its product as a dietary supplement and change some marketing language, but the new letter indicates that the agency is going a step further.
“This basically says, hey, we don’t care how you’re selling it, we consider it to be a beverage,” said Justin Prochnow, an attorney with Greenberg Traurig who frequently deals with the FDA on labeling matters. “The implication is that for any company that is selling a supplement product in packaging or serving sizes similar to a beverage, and using words that are associated with beverages, there’s now the possibility that the FDA will declare your product an adulterated food product.”That means any one of dozens of products in cans, bottles, and food wrappers that is using a product like melatonin, one that can only be used in a dietary supplement, may soon face FDA action.
“Everyone,” Prochnow said, “should stand up and take notice.”
That's if you believe the numbers in the unaudited, internally prepared by a non-CPA financial statements. Personally, I don't. Actually not only do I not believe them, I think they are completely fabricated and wish the SEC would investigate the company to put the perpetrators in jail.
They are not the market leader, as is evidenced by lack of availability of the product. You continuing to call them a market leader doesn't change the FACT that many other relaxation beverages are much more widely distributed.
Don't worry, there will be plenty for you to buy at this price and lower in the coming months.
Fake like their financial statements?
Yeah, that's pretty clear if you bother to read the IHUB TOS.
Actually, saying it won't be is in line with statements from the company, if you accept those as fact. Saying it will be is making stuff up as you go. Nowhere has the company stated that the product will be carried in-store.
Another day, another few million shares dumped into the market by a share selling scam masquerading as a beverage company.
Still has nothing to do with burning oil. Nor does that generic statement prove anything about Motorbooster specifically.
Gee...thanks, but I don't see any way that adding this pill to his gas tank is going to repair a leak of that magnitude. Your anecdotal story, while entertaining, doesn't really prove much of anything. If MDHI wants people to buy into this magic pill they need to send out it for independent analysis by a respectable 3rd party lab. As has been pointed out multiple occassions the EPA offers up this testing for free, so there's no reason they shouldn't work with them to prove that the product works, if it indeed does.
It was pointed out to certain overly positive individuals on this board that the PR was carefully worded to say "as soon as" May 20, but they chose to ignore that fact.
This is not an oil additive, it is a gas additive. So unless he stuck it in his oil fill it's not going to affect the appropriate parts of the engine to fix this type of problem.
LOL, because I don't have any money at stake here and never will. The poor future bagholder that buys in based on BWs obvious ploy to associate the product with Walmart will be the one who pays unfortunately. Helped out by BWs message board warriors that come here to pimp the stock in the hopes of someday getting back to even.
Someone needs to send that on to Walmart legal and see how they enjoy their company being used to promote stock.
Hey, it's great news. Their other products are already approved as class II devices in Canada however, so it's hardly unexpected that RX Recovery would get the same designation. I'm in the camp with others here that for BIEL it's FDA or bust. It's also typical of BIEL to release this type of PR on the same day that they release their less than stellar financial statements. Once the buzz dies down from this PR people will focus on the numbers, so IMO this is a good opportunity to do some trading. GL.
Keep the faith man, keep the faith. I've got my opinion and you have yours. Good luck with your phone calls.
