It still hasn't happened, and when/if it doesn, it's simply going to be a listing on a website and in a catalogue. Whether or not that drives any actual sales is yet to be seen.

Harrington wont happen.

Has Harrington happened? I haven't seen anything. If they've done something it sure hasn't been very effective.

Cant pay the patent.

They still can't pay the patent. All they did was extend the licensing agreement for a few additional months. Come March of next year they will still owe a $2.5 million payment and if they fail to do so or re-extend they will lose all rights to the technology.

Costco\Harrington backed out due to Patent not getting paid.

Don't recall hearing this one, but I'm sure it was said.

They have zero cash.

Have you seen any proof to the contrary? I haven't see any financials proving that they have improved their liquidity.
