I just paid the damn .0017. Breaks my heart since I owned @ .0006 before my extravagant buy.
My guess is they have had all the paperwork completed last week; just waiting to date and sign...
On an unhappy note; there go my .0007s. No one is dumb enough to sell down here.

hold on tight..
It's difficult to seriously respond to that.... Picture of one machine; Picture of a few bags of beans. Pictrure(s) of exterior of buildings with caption, "We're in talks with..Statements that samples have been requested and sent, yet not one letter communicating any company's intent, or even slight interest..
The backstory for this scam is minimal. A few pics,of someone else's equipment, a smartphone and a lot of stones.
Where's the copy of the government financing agreement?
I've heard that last month,,,the month before,,,the month before that. Lie after lie; it never stops.
As for selling product; an abject failure.
As a pump-n-dump; the blush is off the rose. By now, everyone knows the "Great news" is just another losing attempt to revive this dead con game.
P.S. Where is a copy of the government contract/agreement.
Quote:" Funding from government so no need to sell shares."
Yeah! Great whole 9 stores. Where's Government contract.
100% agreement.
Re:
Thanks; that brings to mind, big and medium business, with in-house legal council, as well. My guess; we'll be on target next week.No more guesswork.as to the target.
One more point about the name change:
SOS (State authority) vs SEC (Fed authority)
Corporate governance...SOS
Shareholder and investor protections...SEC
If Corp invites or receives money from outside the State it's SEC
If all Investors//Shareholders are from or solicited only within the State, the exception removes the SEC from jurisdiction of the Corp.
.
I'm thinking more along the line of software support for law firms and law enforcement:... data analytics, legal research, public research, billables, service of process and other subcontracts..
It's what they know and it's stable, as long as there are crimes, torts or contract disputes.
Just a thought.
15 minutes to get in under .002
I guess this means I won't be getting my .0007 Bid.
Only 10K @ 0013 left
It was greed and taxes. I assumed it would remain high and wanted split the taxes over 3 years.
Thanks. I hope we all make it big.
Before the crash, I was sitting on $1,200.000. of CUBV. After the crash, I had $52,000.. Forgot the first rule (maybe the 2nd); sell half and play with house money.
Hopefully, this is a second chance.

Of late, my biggest regret is that I didn't get my final 15 MM @ .0007 filled.
I'm just so damn agreeable today. Yes; I think you are right.
That's kinda been my thinking. This has been smooth and quiet.
I've always gone for lying on my belly, kicking and screaming and pounding the floor with my fists..
Re:
Respectfully: They don't need to tell us anything. I would prefer that they keep us informed daily, but their job is primarily to do what is necessary to R/M this Shell.
That can best be done without poking the bear (Attorneys) and calling them names and demanding action based on what I feel is best (for me).
I truly believe that there was an initial lithium deal being discussed, but several factors killed the deal. Two of those factors were, name calling and demanding information which eventually caused GM to say, "Screw it. I'm too old to put up with this crap. I'm out of here in the best way for me."
Not making excuses, nor do I actually know the whole story, but that is the scenario I believe is the best fit.
These guys know what they are doing. I intend to leave them alone and let them do what they need to do,without telling them what they need to do.

Fidelity is also trading CUBV (BUY & SELL)
Run a WHOIS
As far as I can tell, this is a 2 day workshop on how to run a business. If it is, it could ruin her for life. I'm sure they teach legal and professional tactics. She could get so confused.
.
Two trades this morning; both @ 11:14;37. One was at .0003 followed by one at .0007. Interesting thing: The combined total of the two trades was exactly 1MM shares.
Slim and green is better than fat and red any day.
I'm one of the unlucky ones that got lucky. I'm green, so I can wait. I think you're right. I expect the players to start around .0010.
I keep forgetting there are times you guys can trade when we can't. We being us; us being U.S.
Thursday_close; .0006. Friday close; .0007. Monday close; .0008. Great three days considering CUBV is considered untradable. Pretty sure a group of Attorneys won't screw up the paperwork required by OTCMarkets and we should be trading normally soon. Hopefully, regular trading resumes before share price rises too much.
I'm going to wait and see before adding; ~30 million is plenty for now. If I didn't have a bunch, I would not hesitate to buy, buy, buy. For those wanting to add shares, has anyone bought through a new Broker???
Just a minor edit. ........
Brokers that may or my not currently trade CE and other problem stocks
https://investorshub.advfn.com/Brokers-that-allow-Caveat-Emptor-OTC-stocks-39217
My Gramma's sage advice .
You can't make a silk purse with a sows ear...(my addition) But they both can carry money
ETrade and TDA both show last 3 trades as 7-8-7 while OTCM show 7-7-8 (20K last trade volume). Ad the Irish would say, Mox Nix, (or maybe it was some other group )
There is another U.S. Brokerage that is currently trading a real CE POS: (NPH*)
T. Rowe Price
Hate to see Posters here pay more than necessary if possible.
CUBV $0.0008. OTCMarket showing .0008 as Friday's last trade. Still on Expert Tier. Updating takes time; it will happen.
Looking for the all important close of $1.00+
I sold and bought blocks on the way down, It helped to ease some of the sting.
I'm expecting day trading to start around $0.0010.
Cautious optimism.
Congratulations to all who stuck it out, and those who played it as it crashed. Looks like we're out of the woods...but it's a long way from here in the rough to the green.
