What a sweet thought. What is interesting about it? Are you referring of my dangerous lifestyle or my inferior genetics? Are you aware of a hit out on me? Good luck to you Kanya.
I am in 3 stocks that are up over 10% today on high volume and no news. Should the team of lawyers be chasing those ambulances as well?
What exactly will the team of attorneys be investigating? Should there have been a team of attorneys poking around when the price dropped 52% in March? What about the 16% drop in the middle of July? No conspiracy for those moves?
The other one is taking off today as well.
It would seem the world is realizing things were overdone here.
Thank you Stingray.
As I recall, I first bought in in 2018. I came across it as a potential material producer for 3d printing. I liked the other revenue producers that made what seemed to be enough to stay afloat until the irons in the fire were ready to be worked. It floundered for a bit. I panic sold at the beginning of 2021 when it had the big jump and covid was taking hold. I bought a little in May. Still underwater there but am confident we will see higher prices. I think I am going to put some more here soon. Like you say, they seem to be on the verge of some big breakthroughs.
Thanks Truth
Midas, I see you on quite a few of the pharma boards many working on pills to replace injections. What confidence do you have that this will happen? Each seem to be working on covid but there seems to be promise in other areas including insulin. It seems the FDA is on board with most of it. If you think it will happen, what is your estimate of a timeline for approved oral vaccines? How about oral insulin? I have read many of your helpful links posted. It seems that many are pushing and investing in the oral vs injection area. Is it all going to come at once? Is it who has the most money? Who do you think will be first to market?
Thanks for your good information and willingness to share it.
I count about 45 people in the about us photo on their website (probably a few years old and not inclusive). Do you know if that number has been consistent? What is the most recent headcount? Is the number going up? I found the page below when searching # of employees at PYR. They are reporting 71. Does that seem right to you?
Sorry for all the questions. No big deal if you don't have the answers. I mostly am curious if their headcount is growing with everything else. And if so, are they hiring for expected growth?
Thanks

I was hoping for a lot better than that.
I think blinders might give the same result.

You suppose Google would have been a good place to start?
Why do folks start with Fox news when they want to know something?
Who are the sheep here?

I keep thinking the low has to be in. I keep being wrong.
Agreed, doesn't seem to be anything stock specific here from what I can see.
If you go out longer term it looks even worse. If it is trading in a range, the direction of the range is down. I pulled up a since inception chart. I wouldn't do that if I were you.
Thanks Dad. Very pretty.
It was $87 once. Again, looks like you have very good timing.
The only thing I saw was a deal at DDD. It's up about 30%.
Good day for 3d stocks
A good way to stay out of a pissing contest is to stop pissing on people.
You as well and good luck.
Some folks feel that an admission that you may be right is an admission that they may be wrong. Character is the ability to listen with an open mind. The defensive stance followed by lashing out is a character flaw in my opinion. You sir, are showing character and wisdom.
Thanks Roll. Didn't mean to piss on your bbq. The only guess in my post was when the next raise will be.
No guess from you? Never is a legitimate answer.
Thanks Shorts. Appreciate the answer.
Thanks Roll. DD is what I live for.
Below are the dates and amounts of cash raised in the recent past.
ADMP has had an equity offering:
8/2/2018 $40.25 million
8/1/2019 $13.80 million
2/21/2020 $6.73 million
9/18/2020 $10.0 million
1/29/2021 $51.75 million
Using the figures above, the average raise was $40.84 million per year even with average annual "revenue" of almost $18 million.
They do not sell a product and as you pointed out, collect "revenue" from Grants and Licenses. $16.53 million in 2020 down from $22.11 million in 2019.
According to the balance sheet, cash reported was:
$6.86 million 12/31/2020
$12.38 million 9/30/2020
$7.89 million 6/30/2020
Not sure what it stands at today after the raise.
It would seem they do in fact need cash at least annually. The most recent raise is higher than previous equity sales but I would estimate they will need another cash raise before the end of the year or early next year.
I see some promise in the pipeline but that is even more reason for raising cash. The news of a stock sell is usually met with pessimism by the investing community and can be a good time to buy. That was my reason for questioning the boards opinion for timing of the next raise.
"All is good" is an opinion of which I share in some aspects. They will need cash. "We do not need any cash" seems an emotional response rather than a matter of DD. I love it when someone tells me to google it assuming that they are aware of things that I am not.
Thanks for the suggestion though.
Any estimates on the next cash raise?
Wise advice. Have a great weekend Dad.
Appreciate the explanation.
Great response by the way. Well said, well spoken.
I am new. Tell me how it is.
Sounds more ego driven to me. What percentage of trades do you believe are represented on this board? Would the results of complying to your request change your direction or magnitude? Do you think people post the truth on these boards? If you don't care for the content, perhaps it would be a good time to create the NewYorker567 board. A board with only the responses you wish would be super fun, right? Have you ever heard of the pied piper?
What is your interest in anonymous posters trade?
The power of the jinx.
Agreed. Sucks now but should be buying future earnings. Market cap at the end of 2020 was $2.936 billion. Sitting at $1.25 billion today. I saw a consensus revenue estimate of $225.4 million in 2022 up from $170.4 million in 2020. Granted only two analysts but from KeyBanc and Piper. Seems like lots to look forward to here. Medical revenue had a 3 year growth rate of 13% at the end of 2020. I don't see anything getting in the way of continued growth and higher revenue for the foreseeable future. I have been wrong before (plenty), but this looks good to me.

Answer from Materialise IR on question of why the offering. Kind of like the press release said if I would have read it more thoroughly.
Any guesses on what they will do with the money? They seem to have plenty of cash. Paying down debt with interest rates as low as they are doesn't seem to be the obvious answer to me. Is there an acquisition in the works? Stock price isn't attractive right now. I have an email into IR but this just seems weird to me.
edit: Never mind. I guess you just need to read.

Recent Developments
On April 13, 2021, we announced that we had acquired an option to buy Link3D Inc. (“Link3D”), an additive workflow and manufacturing execution systems (“MES”) company. Link3D offers additive MES workflow software to help companies scale their digital manufacturing operations across complex supply chains and IT environments. Link3D’s MES and workflow solutions help bolster overall adoption of additive manufacturing (“AM”) for series production in major manufacturing industries, including aerospace, automotive, consumer, medical and energy.
If we exercise the option, we expect the acquisition will extend our ability to help companies gain control of their manufacturing floor as they scale up their AM capability into volume production. In addition, we expect the acquisition will allow us to accelerate our ability to offer cloud-based access to our integrated software platform. We also expect the acquisition to broaden our industrial customer base across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, and offer Link3D customers a seamless connection to our Magics 3D print suite.
We expect to exercise our option to buy Link3D Inc. before the end of 2021. However, the acquisition is subject to a number of customary closing conditions and there can be no assurances as to whether or when it may be completed. For more information, see Note 18 to our unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements filed as Exhibit 99.1 to our Report on Form 6-K filed with the SEC on June 9, 2021, which report is incorporated by reference in this prospectus supplement.
On June 1, 2021, we entered into a settlement agreement with Osteoplastics, LLC in connection with the patent infringement lawsuit filed by Osteoplastics, LLC on March 20, 2020, as described on page 6 of our Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2020. Pursuant to the settlement agreement, we agreed to file documents seeking to withdraw or terminate all petitions for review (the “IPR Procedure”) of seven asserted patents owned by Osteoplastics, LLC with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the “PTAB”). On June 3, 2021, we filed a Motion to Dismiss with the PTAB regarding the IPR Procedure, and in a decision dated June 4, 2020, the PTAB granted our Motion to Dismiss.
Good instincts leaving it alone earlier. I should have followed your cue.
I think it's speculating to be investing in this stock.
