Wooot woooot yeah..
Good for them!!
How cool is this>>
Well put Burrrrpppp..
That is the case. and has one of two answers...
First is the dilution factor.. Second is short selling
of the naked type. Make your call.. if it is the second
hope they did indeed cross all the T's and will be able to
deliver. Those who can not please take time to read sec news on the
such.
Or dilution .. if the dilution rate is the factor much as I hate it
this will be a very long road indeed. I have what shares i could afford. win, lose or draw.
I am aware of the risks involved..

RUSH: Lake Worth, Florida. Not far from here. This is Tony, I'm glad you waited. Welcome to the Rush Limbaugh program. Hi.
CALLER: Hi, Rush. What an honor. Something interesting before I start. You know, I've tried to call your show so many times, never got through, and today it's your Cure-A-Thon, and I happen to have CLL leukemia and got through, so there has to be some special meaning in that. I wanted to thank you personally and your audience, and maybe put a face on this disease and let your audience know how grateful people like me are for what they do.
RUSH: Well, that's very, very nice of you, Tony. One problem with throwing around all these numbers, is that numbers on radio are tough to follow. It's up to a talented host to make sense of 'em, and I certainly qualify. However, when you start talking about the numbers of millions of people with cancer, it's a statistic, but one person, when you know them, then it's a tragedy, right? And that's you.
CALLER: Absolutely. Absolutely. Well, Rush, you know, like you said earlier, my whole life changed on a dime during a routine blood test, which led to a bone marrow, which discovered that I had this disease.
RUSH: Did you have any symptoms? Why did you get the blood test?
CALLER: None, Rush. None at that time.
RUSH: So just a routine blood test as part of a checkup?
CALLER: Routine blood test, yes. Many people, Rush, with CLL find out through a routine blood test early on. That's the way it's usually detected.
RUSH: How are you being treated, Tony?
CALLER: Well, most CLL patients go into what they call a watch-and-wait for a period of time, and you feel like as that time is going by, that you're hoping that something will turn out positive. And what happened to me was I'm a patient at MD Anderson in Houston, a wonderful hospital, and a couple of months ago my leukemia started to give some red flags to the doctors there, and they decided to put me into a clinical trial on two drugs together that have never been combined before. One is Rituximab and the other one is called Revlimid. I'm going into my third month. So far, so good. My white count was 80,000 or better, and just in two months it's down to 13,000. The clinical trial is giving some hope to me.
RUSH: Congratulations. We love hearing this kind of stat, and it's a testament to the great work that's being done throughout the country because of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Thanks, Tony.

If with the above you can not see where this is going then

Lucy this is indeed good news for the firm..
But with any firm expanding into China it will take
time and effort to make it happen.
It is a natural progression but I would not say to da moon
and the such for some time. I will take a lot of effort and
solid management to make it a solid venture.
I think they have the staff to make it happen...
Most I'v posted here for a bit. Still holding and watching

save money.
Here is the cost savings.
and btw. there has to be a phr involved to keep this on track imho...
Cost and Utilization Indicators
• 10% lower cost of care (per member per month)
• 26% lower rate in emergency room visits
• 25% lower rate in hospital readmissions
• 21% lower rate in hospital inpatient admissions
• 5% higher rate in the use of generic prescriptions
I have stated some time ago that online health is the future..
We are now seeing "APPs" that can and do check your body ...
and those apps send out a digital report. The PHR team that steps up and has a platform to accept those results will be a big winner
in the PHR field.
The Dream / concept is pretty darn simple.
I as end user plug in a app to my phone/xbox what ever and do
some dance or what ever. the app is checking the heart rate.
scanning the sweat and breath with a bio-sniff sensor and recording that info into my phr. My phr is set up according to my age and general health by my local doctor who has the knowledge of my individual health state. (I have to go see him/her at the get go)
The parameter has been input by the doctor.
If at anytime the Parameter is missed the doctor is informed along with myself and I go back for a check up .
How many visits can we avoid. How much time can we save.
This is going to happen sooner or later. The Diabetic on constant
watch for their health and well being. The person with a heart zapper. So many different issue we all have to deal with at some point in our life.
What about the young football player who drops on the field for a missed heart condition. Who most likely played the wii who if they had the Connected app could of been saved. OMG!! this is going to get so huge and help so many people in the future it will blow your mind. But back to the ground here. Can this firm sustain where others have failed. Can they get the needed revenue to survive in this market place? They have a solid product that has proven to me beyond the shadow of a doubt the usefulness of having at a click of a button a personal health record. But the hard part is the Education of not only the public but the medical profession.
Remember I had to make the doctor go back and look at my sons two year old x ray. We got lucky but if the medical profession sees a person with a phr. They should have the knowledge and motivation
to use it. And think of this. What if my son did have a cancer and I assumed the doctor looked at the past x ray, that I provided in my PHR. Yeah. that is right he has dropped the ball.
I will not ever again presume my doctor has taken the time to know and understand my medical history until I ask him/her.
Ranting done.
have a good day..

they have been buying the stock all the way down this road.

$45+ Million invested, $1.4 Million in annual sales and -$5.2 Million net equity.....I would have to say that the fat lady finished singing a long time ago and you are now just supporting someone's lifestyle.
But also keep in mind that due to the way some of
Bob's words on pubic file were stated he in fact by
de facto gave up those rights to mmrglobal.
While he may or may not see that as such if it became

But until that time it is a non-issue.

MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS
OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
The following discussion of our financial condition and results of operations should be read in conjunction with our financial statements and related notes and the description of our business appearing elsewhere in this current report on Form 8-K. This discussion contains forward-looking statements, the accuracy of which involves risks and uncertainties. See "Cautionary Note Regarding Forward-Looking Statements" above in this current report on Form 8-K. Our actual results could differ materially from those anticipated in these forward-looking statements for many reasons, including the risks faced by us described in "Risk Factors" above in this Item 2.01.
Overview
Background and Basis of Presentation
As described above, on January 27, 2009, we consummated a business combination with MMR through a merger of our wholly-owned subsidiary with and into MMR pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement. In connection with the Merger, MMR became our wholly-owned subsidiary, with the former stockholders of MMR collectively owning (or having the right to acquire) shares of our common stock representing approximately 60.3% of the voting power of our capital stock on a fully diluted basis.
For accounting purposes, the Merger was treated as a reverse acquisition with MMR being the accounting acquirer. Accordingly, the historical financial results prior to the Merger are those of MMR and replace our historical financial results as we existed prior to the Merger. Our results of operations are included in MMR's financial results beginning on January 27, 2009. The following discussion of our financial condition and results of operations has been prepared using the financial statements of our wholly-owned subsidiary, MMR, for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2007 and 2006 and the nine months ended September 30, 2008 included elsewhere in this current report on Form 8-K. The results of operations and financial condition for those periods do not reflect our company on a consolidated basis.
MMR was incorporated in Delaware in 2005 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. We provide users easy and ready access to medical records and other vital documents through our principal product, the MyMedicalRecords PHR, an easy-to-use, secure web-based personal health record system.
Source of Revenues
Our revenues are derived from the provision of services, which are comprised of facilitating electronic access to consumer medical records and other vital documents, as well as international licensing of our services. We offer our services to subscribers either on a direct subscription basis or an "access" basis through various types of organizations, and in both cases, we record these revenues under "Subscriber" in our income statement. On a direct subscription basis, which we use when we market our products direct to consumers or wholesale through corporations to their employees, or through affinity and membership organizations to their members, the subscriber pays us directly with a credit card or Paypal account either on a monthly or annual plan. On an access basis, which we currently use only with corporations, affinity and membership organizations, hospitals and other business to business customers, we charge a monthly fee to the organization based on the number of users who will have access to our services through such organization, whether or not such users actually enroll. Revenues from subscriptions accounted for 58.7%, 56.7% and 69.9% of our total revenues in the first nine months of 2008, and in 2007 and 2006, respectively.
We also generate revenues from licensing the sale and marketing of our services internationally and, to a lesser extent, from ancillary fee payments. We record these licensing and other ancillary revenues under "License and Other Fees" in our income statement. When we enter into a licensing arrangement, we are sometimes paid an up front license fee and typically receive ongoing royalty payments that are often based on a percentage of revenue earned by our licensee. These fees are recognized over the license period. When we receive ancillary one-time payments, we record them when services or products are delivered. Revenues from licensing and other fees accounted for 41.3%, 43.3% and 30.1% of our total revenues in the first nine months of 2008, and in 2007 and 2006, respectively.

There is more than a direct savings to this thing.
There are old pr's about the system and what it can do.
Anyone want to really follow that wabbit .. ??
some examples.

call center ACDs and IVR systems which represent the modular building blocks needed to create an integrated IVR system
What does all the above mean??
just wondering..
Thanks in advance .. Pilot
Spec, Good CCAll It is better than I had expected.
Hank sorry to see you pull out but you have made a pretty good
living on trading this stock. I am not going to jump mgt. on the
bonus program due to the nature of how it went down.
And also for the reason that mgt has put a large outlay of personal
income into the firm from the get go, and that for sure the
way for them to hit it really big is to see the stock price rebound
to a level that would make this firm prime for uptic of exchanges.
Wish I could find the post on the ROV section that I said that
they would do well to get into working in the gulf keeping track
of the rigs and the such. Looks like they are going to do just that.
That will turn out to be a very nice market for them,

One last thing
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/marco-rodriguez-cfa/6/a76/b61
makesmegohummm..
Yes TaylerK that is HUGE!!! LOL had to put the all caps on that.
But yeah. The 100% gain in that area is due to the next phase of
Meaningful Use!! This is going to be law. no if's and's or butt's
EHR's have got to have a PHR with. The MMRG system is there it is
not expensive to use and can be added on to most if not all current EHR's.
That is how I see it. And I have been digging for some time
looking at that aspect for several months now.
And for a practice or even another firm that has it's own brand
of EHR to be able to add the MMRG solution on the back end with out
having to spend a huge amount and yes it is very costly to build a PHR. But to be able to add a PHR onto an EHR and keep the original
branding is Huge.
I almost fell out of my chair when I heard Bob on the Ccall talk about Other REVS.. !! 100% and look at the licensing fees 100% gain
I got a little bit of Happy feet.
If indeed MMRG can continue to build and export for other firms solutions for their product and take just a little bit of that income in the form of a licensing fee and a little bit from their subscriber revenue's. ummm Health Vault comes to mind. Along with some talked about during the CCall... All those little bits of income add up quick..
This is, as I always have thought it would be a wally world concept business plan. i.e. a lot of little profits equal one big arrous profit in the long run. This firm continues to produce a solid thought out result on it's plan. And you and I and others will imho be the winners in the long run. Of course this is still a speculative Buy stock, But each quarter it is looking more and more to become a full on Buy while you can man cuz this train is pulling away from that gate. All aboard.
