It gives them the right to purchase the stock at 6 cents.
They do not have to. They can just not do anything with it..
But it gives them the right.
I would be glad to see them buy the stock. As I recall
they have been buying the stock all the way down this road.
They the insiders hold 15% of this company stock. At a
price well above what this is trading for.
But that is of no concern to you is it.
