Would not say that at all Bob did let us know
March 14, 2012 on a 8k that he was going to do it.
Then in the Q it is listed and now he jumped in with both
feet. So I would Assume .. and yeah that is with the full
intent of that word, that they have done the deal and we are no
longer with the D.. But who knows. time will tell...
