Any theories on what's going on today? With so much going on with SPQS, is ANYBODY interested in buying at these levels? I thought for sure we would have some buyers today. Chart looks good, news is positive what is the problem???????????????

Could it be possible that they are trying to scare shares out of people's hands so they can cover before this big news hits? I am not understanding this type of selling.

Is this lack of trading a good thing in that what is being held is in strong hands? Also, was there ever dilution or was it shorting? Just trying to hang on a little while longer....

I think it can easily get to the low pennies as soon as we cease to become invisible. I thought that we were gonna go up just based on the technicals on the chart. Now I think we're gonna have to have SOMETHING from the company. I hope they come with something real soon will hate to see this disappear into obscurity.

I have been reading about the large amount of shorts that this stock has. I was just wondering when I see those posted shorts are they all that there are for the stock or just all that are for the stock for that day? Also, can someone explain this run that is supposed to happen when the shorts need to cover? Just trying to get a better understanding of what is going on here.

Filings are done..PR made.. Are we just waiting for next quarters/year end filings now? What is it going to take for this to start going the other way?

Maybe someone had no choice, I am still holding but I have stalled everything for just about as long as I can. You never know who is holding and for what reason. Some people may have gotten into this years back when their life was bright an shiny. Now, they may be looking at foreclosure and final notices. The company has done everything I can think they should do but as the saying goes, "time waits on no man.." and some of us are just about out of time.

So... Is it that shares are in long hands, a down day in the market (bringing everybody down ), not enough touting of this stock on other boards, or will people take note tonight when doing their research of today's action and be ready tomorrow? (As to why we didn't get the huge surge many anticipated.)

How is everyone viewing this lack of trading of this stock? Is it a good thing considering no one is selling? Or....Is is it a bad thing because of the lack of interest? If I had money I would be scooping up as much as I could considering all of the potential here.

Anybody have any idea about filings?

Has anyone heard anything directly from the company concerning the remaining filings? Is the idea that the remaining filings are going back and forth between the SEC and the attorneys speculation, or was that actually from the company.

I have also been one that has been holding for almost 2 years. I am willing to hold for some time to come but unfortunately when I originally bought into this I was in a much better situation than I am now. So what was once a regular "investing for the future" type of endeavor has become an, " I really need the company to follow through on their word" issue. (I've grown accustomed to living in my house.) Net, I thank you for your continued updates and information. Had it not been for your contributions I would've been gone some time ago. Hope you don't quit. So, I am hanging on by a thread in hopes that this will be the life changing (and for me life sustaining) investment we all want.

Does the SEC release the filings as soon as they receive the filings or do they review them first? Anyone know the procedure?

I think they are hoping the reports don't come out and everybody gets discouraged and sells. I hope they are caught with their shorts down.
