The stock market cap potential is where NWBO will be judged. Combo therapies needing DCVax increase long-term survival by tenfold. What’s the cure for solid tumour cancer worth? The answer is a whole lot more than its current $1 billion. The upside potential is unfathomable. It’s very simple. Shorts picked on the wrong small biotech stock to go bankrupt. Why do you think they’re in panic mode?
Ok, so last quarter they had $7 million in inventory. And they have 14.2 million in revenues.
Now I see 15 million in inventory. More than double. This must be for the Prasco deal in large part.
Expect $20 million next quarter!
It is very close to the upward movement many have been calling for over the years and could be a very big move up. What is an effective treatment with no adverse side effects that treats all solid tumor cancers? Easily triple digits in time. Shorts have made a fortune on NWBO, but it appears their day is over. The big money to be made here is now on the long side.
AMC Entertainment reported strong Q3 results, with revenues of over $1.4 billion. Why would you want to fire AA? You have to dilute to pay off debts. Simple investing, not speculation.
A low-volume drop says it all. Only the shorts selling air shares amplified their desperation. The AMC earnings report will sway the analysts to a “strong buy” status. You can’t argue with multiple millions in new revenue streams.
Any thoughts as to the fact that the Q4 earnings call is later than normal? I am wondering if they are planning on making a major news announcement prior to the call.
I've never seen both the board and the stock go into hibernation mode the way they have this week and last. This truly feels like the calm before the storm.
I suspected today would be a red day when I looked at Fintel and IBorrowDesk this morning. I could be wrong, but I continue to believe our stock is being manipulated to accommodate more institutional accumulation. According to Fintel, we currently have 217 institutional holders. Of those, 211 are long only, 2 are short only, and 4 are long/short. This is the way it will be until we get a significant catalyst or two, IMO. Analyst coverage should help too, once the company starts posting revenues with forward guidance, but I don't anticipate that until sometime in mid-2024. (Again, just an opinion.)
The most important thing at the moment is manufacturing, and we have it done. Don't forget that NWBO withdrew a prostate vax that was given FDA approval back in 2014; all the longs here will remember this. Yes, NWBO withdrew it due to a lack of ability to manufacture and soon afterwards volunteered to de-list from the NASDAQ. Since then, they have focused on expanding the dc-vax programme, and we now have vax for several types of cancer, but most importantly, NWBO has the ability and facility to produce DC-vax on a large demand basis, and it will be 10x with the approval of the flash work device. I don't listen to the manure crap on here and just block them. Here's to a powerful week of trading and the very best of luck.
OLB is primed to explode! It's not a matter of if, but when. Early next year before halving, IMHO. Maybe even by the end of this year, post-earnings call. Returns could be exponential compared to other miners.
Shortie seeing anavex FDA and EMA news as regulatory agencies want to move with quick Blarcamesine approvals in Alzheimers! Missling does investors a solid! I believe it's coming
That was a messed-up ending to a good week! No problem; next week will be good. We’re on an upward trend, IMHO.
Anavex is extremely slow. However, the company has amassed a huge amount of detailed data related to the Blarcamesine trial in order to show regulatory agencies how the drug works. Anavex is more prepared than any other company when talking to regulatory agencies.
I just listened to the FNMA earnings call. $74 billion in capital now. Note that their total anticipated losses on the latest stress test were...negative! Why do they really need more capital than what they've already got for conservatorship to end? FHFA and UST should be re-working the capital rule and releasing timelines to get to a 2028 exit (in conjunction with warrants being exercised and SPS/LP being deemed repaid).
This is a growing company that will have continuous increases in revenue based upon self-distributed Adderall sales and a large manufacturing contract that will commence on January 1. Two major revenue sources have filed new ANDAs, which, if and when approved, may very well cause a major pharmaceutical company to bid for the whole company. Earnings are due on November 14, with a conference call on November 15, which is also the day the poison pill expires.
Look for a breakout once the 15-cent resistance level is pierced. Next stop in the 20–25 cent range
There is a good chance the WC debt settlement will be finalized this week with other concrete PRs. When the 12-dollar buyback begins, AABB should move by pennies and dollars. I really like the odds here for a massive return on investment.
I hope for $11 this week. Let's go AMC. Be freaking positive.
Here's a conspiracy theory: was the recent increase in trading volume partially due to the big short sellers disguising transactions and covering a portion of their position while the SP bounced off a yearly low? If true, I think today they helped walk the share price back down to repeat the process several more times. This hypothesis assumes the Alzheimer's data analysis will be published no sooner than early December, giving the short part of October and all of November to cover their full position. Keep in mind that the stock was trading at 4x its current level for a while, so covering even at $6/sh is a bargain for them. If the Nov/Dec time frame is correct, the shorts could be foiled if everyone else refuses to sell while the price rises until a new ATH is obtained. I know that won't happen, but I, for one, plan to hold all of my shares until the SP surpasses the next all-time high, even if I need to wait for Rett's approval.
I am watching for some institutional moves over the next few weeks. Schroder Investments has 4.48 million NWBO shares now, followed by Sentinel with 2.19 million. Have a great weekend, everybody. Stay safe and be strong. GLTA
Think about it, people! RH is under no legal obligation whatsoever to PR the “share count results”. Does anyone seriously believe that he’s going to PR bad share count results and crash the stock price forever just for fun? Or announce that he will and then not provide any at all? It’s all right there in front of us. Don’t let a few low-volume drawdown days scare you away.
The earnings report should occur within a couple of weeks. I think the last report was on August 8 or so, so the next one should be in 2 weeks. Perhaps this is a "flush" to see who sells out.
Finally, an update, and bitcoin is hot now.
The company should be sending out press releases to remain relevant. Even a note to say, "Hey, everyone showed up for work and ordered catering for lunch while waiting on peer reviews. All in all, a nice day at the office; nothing really stressful; happy to be working (or waiting to work on something)”. Any ideas from the message board might be more fun than speculating dates for news. Have fun while we can, I guess.
Don't forget, the best way to fend off and eventually reverse a short attack is through improved fundamentals. The Q3 report is just around the corner; it should be strong, IMO.
Elite announced a successful BE for a CNS drug in August that will be submitted to the FDA any day now. That drug is generic Concerta, which has annual sales of $5.1 billion. Together with the other two big drugs being submitted to the FDA, Elite will be entering markets worth over $12 billion.
If this is tracking anything like the January 2021 squeeze, which it is, AMC will see a huge gap up likely during a pre-market, which will start the squeeze.
Nice price for loading up a Roth IRA. Imagine where this will be in a few years. I won’t touch mine for almost a decade.
I'm at a loss as to why Missling or other AVXL executives are remaining mute as the stock price has plummeted. My experience over the years has been that under comparable conditions, management has issued remarks in favor of the stock, sometimes stating that there is no known reason for the decrease. What do we get? Silence. This silence will only increase suspicion and cause the stock to fall further.
When will this stock go above $1?
Two weeks until the end of October. The second week ahead, AVXL will have the CTAD conference. It is probable, but not 100% certain (remember the AAIC, but this time the event is about clinical trials; it makes more sense), that Anavex will reveal more data on the AD clinical trial in parallel (there is no confirmation of their participation) due to the media exposure during the event. And Rett month is coming to an end, so AVXL will likely get the results of the excellence trial as well.
Taylor Swift's 'Eras Tour' film smashes box office records but can't lift AMC
6 straight days of gains, from a low of 7.73 to a high of 10.52, totaling 36%. Right now, everything appears very bullish. Bears might be in trouble if volume starts to come in.
Shorting is becoming very costly. Almost a million new shares in two weeks? A short position of $8 million was used to shift the stock price from around $7.35 to $6.20, a 16% decrease. The average along the route is probably half that. With one of the greatest short-term interests in recent years. I have no idea. On the horizon, I smell a short implosion. It seems extremely long to me. Particularly if tutes aren't selling well. Coverage is quite difficult. From now on, there will be more than 15 days on average.
Which is more important for management PR acceptance or submission? I still think that management has already submitted the MAA application. So don't be surprised if there is no news this week.
By the time the Eras Tour-Taylor Swift Concert is no longer showing in theatres, AMC will have grossed 50 million dollars in total or more. You do realise what that adds to Q3 and Q4 revenues, don't you? Not including anything else they sell for these showings. That's just 43% of all ticket sales in AMC Holdings + the cut% of CineMark and all of the others showing it. AMC has distribution rights!
No, make believe. They are ready. In about 6 weeks, we should hear news of production being completed and delivered to multiple partners.
When was the last time you had a chance to buy stock in a company with proven technology on the verge of commercialization for $5 a share? If you have any headroom on your Roth ($7000–7500 a year limit), load it up with this and let it ride. But you might want some liquid, and this low-float stock has shown it has some juice! So, keep some to trade, too.
Anyone who thinks that Anavex is riskier than SAVA or BIVI is very ill-informed, to put it nicely. Due to its very high likelihood of Rett success alone, the stock is essentially derisked at today's ridiculously low market cap. Add to that a 4-year cash runway and zero debt.
NWBO appears close to multiple major breakouts over the next several months as they approach key milestones of UK submission, UK approval, FDA submission, FDA approval, and several other combo trials with major cancer drugs. A very rich news pipeline could send these shares to double digits in the next year or two.
I hope this shakeup brings positive changes and sparks interest. It will be nice to know how many orders are on the books, how many metrics are available for sale, etc., and who are the major buyers. KBLB could be easy at $1 if the company shows some serious progress in production and sales; as they say, money talks.
