I'm sorry Stevie scammed you mate and you will never get that money back. No need to lash out at me over it. I certainly get all those labels, seems as if you are happy to ignore what they mean.
Have fun never getting your funds back because of willful ignorance.
*crap not crab?
Nah mate I do what I want and stop scams. Batting 100% and about to shut down SONG for similar fraud. This MF don't miss, go ahead and try and twist it all you want. I do great work, you have seen it on Twitter and on here. Big fat W's all around. SEC already shut down CRKM, just wait till HPIL is freed from Stevie's greasy scammy palms.
If you saw an old man getting punched in the face on the sidewalk, would you intervene or let it continue? If you continue, is that proof that if you did intervene it was because the guy bearing up the old man is in the right? Because why would you help another human right?
The shareholders are the old man getting punched in the face, I see an old helpless old man getting absolutely scammed I am stepping in. It is what good people do.
He doesnt have to issue himself restricted shares, he has a 3a10, he converts and sells into the market
14.5B / 500,000 = 29,000 OS... if the plan is a 29k OS... then we all can infer what the real OS is now.
FLOW told everyone to sell it at .01
Holy crap, almost the entire OS dumped into 2's in one day. I "wonder" who could have that many shares to sell.
You are in fact an American Hero
FLOW, heard he is a real American hero.
HPIL was untradable because Stevie did not file audited fins in Canada as required by law and the OTC placed a CE over it and he simply stopped filing anything. Well before the 8k red herring. That is PER STEVIE BROWN himself.
Further, per the recent proxy vote, it proved there is no naked short on HPIL, detailing an exact number matching the the OS on OTCMarkets page reported by the TA.
Why does no one who believes Stevie actually believe Stevie? It is hilarious,
But you are super intelligent, funny, and an overall good guy.
Dont be giving home-brew credit for my work. Nice, funny, intelligent guy, but he aint no FLOW.
Here is the recording for all that missed it. Sadly, this was supposed to have in person voting and several folks declined to vote electronically do they could vote in person. Brown didn't take any votes, invalidating the proxy.
HPIL PROXY VOTE
You are mistaken mate, I understand you aren't asking... that is the problem. I'll stick with my win % on this one.
Outright embezzlement of over $2.5-3M is not the norm in OTC, most can't even sucker folks into giving them that. Anyone pretending so has not idea what is going on.
Outright embezzlement if millions of dollars is not the norm in OTC.
Philbrick has been very vocal. Feel free to reach out to him.
I dont. So no, not everyone gets control of a shell, issues millions of dollars of debt, then takes most of it for their $18m mansion, fancy cars, etc. Hardly any OTC does direct and outright embezzlement like Stevie Brown actually.
"I dont care if its a scam if he gets it trading and I can sell to the next sucker" is a real kicker thing to post publicly.
Stevie Brown filed numerous false and misleading filings which the OTC refused to accept. They laid out exactly what needed to be fixed but he refused as he would have to admit to fraud and embezzlement. He then just stopped filing and also stopped filing for CRKM as well, which is now SEC revoked, his 4th.
He only needed to ask the judge for a signed document confirming him as CEO. So far he has refused to do that as well and has not attempted to regain control as required by OTCM.
Meanwhile, Philbrick is spending $100k's to gain control in court. Too bad he hired an incompetent lawyer.
All Stevie has done is throw up a few fraud websites and PRs after stealing $3m from the company.
Another Stevie scam busted.

I love that they are about to prove, through concrete evidence, there is no Naked Short
I agree, Stevie Brown is all those things and more. Thanks for the support against this scam artist!
I have offered Stevie a way to get me to go away, all he has to do is the right thing. Let's see what he does, given it involves him doing a good thing... I don't think he will.
Well, that would involve Canadian victims coming together and going to the police like they did in the US and Canada.
Correct, just another Stevie scam. He just did it with Everplay. Incorporated Dec 1, 2023, he is already winding it down. Scam after scam after scam.
Incorrect.
- Apogee Dynamics Wyoming was incorporated 7/11/2023
- Press Release was filed 9/28/2023, 2 months later
- Investor conference on 10/31/2023 telling investors he can't do it
- Apogee Dynamics was dissolver 11/15/2023
He started a news scam, he PR'd the scam, it didn't work, he closed the scam.
This is what he has done for 40 years, so I don't know why you think he is smarter than this. How can anyone seriously think that a company incorporated in July could IPO in October? What exchange allows for an IPO with less than 12 months of audited fins?
I pointed all this out right after the PR, listed all the reasons if was a scam. It all turned out to be correct. Yes, he jumps from country to country to scam. Canada, to the US, to UK, back to Canada. Open arrest warrant in the US and UK.
It seems Stevie won't be working with The Orchard much longer..
The Apogee Dynamics mentioned in the PR was dissolved only days after the conference call. You can't IPO something that doesn't exist: https://wyobiz.wyo.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=123137151136057091134105183016039208005167144116
Which begs the question, if it was such a great business and amazing opp, why was it shut down within a month of the PR?
Don't be mad when an article comes out and it has info you dont like or is missing. The reporter it talking to anyone who's interest. Both sides. If one side isn't represented then you can't complain.
A reporter out of the UK is in the telegram looking for folks to speak with. Feel free to join the room and get his contact info. He is simply lookin for the truth. He has some GREAT insight from the victims from Extravaganza already though *kisses*
Everything for little Stevie-poo is falling apart. All the employees, artists, etc are leaving. He isn't able to steal more money from mindless investors. He truly is at a crossroads unless he can find another group of brainless fools to give him a few million. Given he can't afford pay literally a whopping 2 employees, this smells like the end. His world is crumbling, we are seeing him fall apart.
UPDATE: After a lot of work Rakesh has put in motion in court jail time for Stephen Brown (CEO of HPIL) over his civil fraud case. Stephen Brown has met his match, the website has the filing for all to read. Godspeed everyone with hope 😂 Stevie Brown is going to jail.
Stevie has now stolen all the assets from Crank Media and pulled it into a week old company: https://www.everplayentertainment.com/
That scenario will not ever happen. He has promised it for 10+ years and it has never happened. There is no risk of that drive ever happening successfully.
