Everything for little Stevie-poo is falling apart. All the employees, artists, etc are leaving. He isn't able to steal more money from mindless investors. He truly is at a crossroads unless he can find another group of brainless fools to give him a few million. Given he can't afford pay literally a whopping 2 employees, this smells like the end. His world is crumbling, we are seeing him fall apart.
