- Press Release was filed 9/28/2023, 2 months later
- Investor conference on 10/31/2023 telling investors he can't do it
- Apogee Dynamics was dissolver 11/15/2023

He started a news scam, he PR'd the scam, it didn't work, he closed the scam.

This is what he has done for 40 years, so I don't know why you think he is smarter than this. How can anyone seriously think that a company incorporated in July could IPO in October? What exchange allows for an IPO with less than 12 months of audited fins?

I pointed all this out right after the PR, listed all the reasons if was a scam. It all turned out to be correct. Yes, he jumps from country to country to scam. Canada, to the US, to UK, back to Canada. Open arrest warrant in the US and UK.
