Good to see that Avenir is promoting its products with the biggest shopping days of the year coming up. Looks like an attractive sales offer. Long Avemir.
Growing gross margin is always a positive for companies. It indicates an ability to raise prices and an improved product mix. Great news.
LIG Assets is expanding in the construction business. LIG Assets sells IVDN's house wrap and presumably will use this wrap in their construction projects. And this is great news for IVDN. Well done.
Dr. Persky is the real deal. I spent a few minutes Googling the doctor to learn more about him. From everything I can see, this gentleman is among the best at his craft. He is knowledgeable about many aspects of skincare, maintenance, and, of course, facial and reconstructive surgery. This man is not going to promote something unless he believes the product is safe and effective, Avenir's product meets those qualifications enough that Dr. Persky is willing to devote his time and energy to promoting the product. Not every skincare company can say they have the enthusiastic support of a major medical professional. Avenir can because the product must be quality.
Well said Profit Scout. If the product works, whatever other issues the company may have can all be resolved. As long as the company has the marketing capability to grow revenue over time, any other issues are secondary. Long Avenir.
JediJazz - You hit it exactly. Labor is a big cost component in construction. If one wrap takes the same labor to install as another, but also provides a distinct benefit like insulation, it becomes a matter of price and availability. I don't know about the pricing, but we know costs come down due to volume long term. That is not a long term issue. As far as availability is concerned, hopefully, the company will have a capacity concern in the coming year. It will need to raise some capital, build a factory, and acquire more machinery. This is how growth works and how little companies become mid-sized companies. This is how companies get acquired because bigger companies know how to efficiently manufacture, they have distribution, and they have easy access to capital. It's a win for everyone.
Hang in there. The ride is starting. Keep your hands and feet inside the car and enjoy the ride. Long IVDN..
What can I say? Pitcook, that about sums up the bullish case. Well done. This is a stock you simply must own.
This is the type of news that we have been waiting to hear. The company is gaining traction for its product. And because thew accounts are commercial accounts, that means re-orders. Outstanding. Long IVDN!!
Have some faith that the company will resolve its outstanding debt issue and continue to grow. It is in everyone's best interest to move forward and make this a profitable situation.
Absolutely is a gift. The company is going through a complete restructuring. They are no longer the company they were in the slow growth, low margin packaging business. I trust Mr, Sorkin to get this company into higher valuation businesses that can grow and sell at a higher PE ratio.
The company has a great product and the company has a very favorable share structure. Marketing is always challenging and takes time to mature, but it will come. IVDN should see growth for many quarters. This is unlikely to be an overnight sensation, but should be a stock one can buy and add to for at least 3 to 4 years.
If one were to define a perfect distributor for Lamperd, Intersec would come very close. They must have an active relationship with the Mexican and other government agencies throughout the region. They are situated near a region, the border, where non-lethal crowd control is always going to be a concern and a need. And they understand that a non-lethal weapon delivered quickly is always better than one delivered in a quarter or two. Lamperd and Intersec should be a relationship that will benefit all parties.
Promos with a charity component usually do well. Well done Avenir.
Well stated Profit Scout. Growth takes time, especially when one looks for accounts that purchase repeatedly. Builders certainly fit that bill. These are precisely the customers the company needs. Hopefully, this interest will translate into sales soon.
Word of mouth starts with a growing account base. This is great news. Hopefully, this will translate into meaningful sales in future quarters.
Agreed. Lots of smaller companies have some legacy issues. Avenir will get this issue resolved, because it is in everyone's best interest to do so. With the success of its latest product, the future looks positive. Happy to be a shareholder and looking to add to my position.
Tax credits are the way to stimulate maximum insulation.
Good to see the uplisting. One more growth step.
Agreed, a big step forward that allows the company to focus on growth.
Great to see that the company has received endorsements from professionals with the training and experience to recognize quality medical products from simple make-up. This bodes well for future projects and opens marketing to those who seek these kinds of endorsements before trying a product.
Starting to read forecasts that home construction will be up a healthy amount 1st half 2024 over 1st half 2023. The time to gain distribution is now to catch the coming wave. Nice progress to date, but much more still to be done. Hoping for capacity problems in the coming quarters. It's a nice problem to have.
Online orders? YES!! Been waiting for this for months, but finally it is here. Not every builder is a big deal. Lots of smaller builders and people building barns and garages. Online should do well. Now let's promote it and get that phone ringing. Long IVDN
Exactly BlazingStocks. The company needs to spend money on brand building and product awareness. It is a challenge for every company to establish its brand and develop a following. It takes time, money, and competent marketing people. With $2 million more on the way, we should see progress in the form of incremental revenues.
Great to see CURR reinstated and trading again. Also great to see new products and sales generating momentum.
Agreed BlazingStocks. Another piece of publicity can only help promote the company and its products.
Good points Profit Scout. Recovery takes some time when a company needs to focus its resources from legal to sales. Sales is a long process and it unfortunately doesn't happen overnight. Sales need to improve over the next 6 to 9 months. I believe they will.
Ye of little faith. I had a dream the other day that inspired me to look into this undiscovered gem. In my dream, the team of Jim Plant, JFK Jr., and Tupoc were going to breathe new life into this desperately needed product. America's failings and disappointments can be traced to the demise of the My iKey, a secure means to collect one's personal papers on a memory stick secured by CyberKey Systems' proprietary technology. Think of the spam mail each and every one of us would not be receiving if we all had CyberKey System's product to keep us safe.
Plant, JFK Jr., and Tupoc are joining forces to make CyberKey Revisited the success we knew it could be. Thomas Heaton and Ruth - stand by and stand ready. Wait for the phone call.
HOLD YOUR SHARES. They will be worth millions.
Additional PR is always welcome. There may be police departments and corrections facilities seeking products that Lamperd produces without knowledge of where to buy them. Every little bit of positive publicity is a plus.
Two new orders? I'll take it. Whether they are big or small, Lamperd can always use the publicity and the live demonstration of its products. Sales yield more sales, so let's keep them coming!
Well said Profit Scout. Now that the legal issues are behind the company, the time has come to focus on production capacity and sales and marketing. Distributorships are the way to go in sales. Competent distributors have many places to begin selling the product thereby opening new doors. Volume is the key to success and a successful exit.
I have used similar dissolving strips with other formulations. Fast acting and easy to use. Great idea.
Someone has been buying this stock over the last few months. My guess is they are loading up for the next civil unrest and resulting orders. These things go in large cycles. This is actually a good time and a good price to get into Lamperd Less Lethal. It will pay off.
IVDN is clearly in a much better place than it has been for quite a while. Nothing is perfect, but the trend is positive and has been for several quarters.
Agreed, but why stop at $30/share? Wouldn't $80/share be more reasonable? Or should we ask for $125?
It does appear that IVDN has a unique product that will take time for others to acquire. They can acquire this technology by inventing a similar product or purchasing the company. I know which seems like the better choice at even four times the current price.
Impressive accounting firm. These people add credibility to the company story. Excellent move by management and the board to bring in a well-respected firm.
Higher volume precedes a higher price. Looking good.
Well written PR. It lays out the case for optimism around the company. IVDN riding a hot streak. Looking for more to come.
$100,000 is a strong vote of confidence from someone who should know. Excellent news.
It was a well-written PR with lots of good news. I think Simply Alpha's people actually read some of these before they publicize them. I see a lot of poorly written PRs, but SA rarely promotes them. Well done IVDN. Let's have much more of this.
