Gee, redbaby, since you have no economic reason to be here, then your presence is irrational, no?
And you are the one who made the specific "paid basher" claim, hunnybunch. So live with it.
Indeed, investorman. Here is what the Feds call a high quality tip:

Subject: CMKX Affiliate Press Release
Dear Mr. :
St. Georges Metals, a company closely affiliated with the CMKX promotion, today issued the press release pasted below this narrative.
In that release they claim to have entered into a letter of intent to acquire a mining asset currently owned by Nevada Vermiculite, LLC, and proclaimed a value of the proposed asset of $30 million. The mining asset, located near Hamilton, Montana was previously used as the centerpiece of the Stansbury Holdings promotion. The announcement prompted a brief, although transient, surge in price and volume.
I contacted the Montana Department of Environmental Quality and spoke to xxx, bureau chief of the Environmental Management Bureau.( (406) . Mr. xxx informed me that the property in question was in the process of being reclaimed in a joint Montana/US Forrest service effort, and that there was thus no possibility of the mine becoming active. He had no knowledge of St. Georges prior to my call, and he stated that anyone contemplating a mining operation in Montana would routinely go through extensive contact with DEQ prior to any announcements or claims. In an off the record statement another DEQ representative called the claimed valuation "unproved and questionable."
Since CMKX is under such intense scrutiny, they appear to be attempting to use allied shells to continue to sell (unregistered?) shares into the marketplace.
I know you guys have a lot on your plate, but this action is a continuation of the campaign of pump and dump schemes by this joined-at-the-hip group of scams.
Sincerely,
First of all redbaby, you are begging the question of "bashers being paid," since you have no evidence of that other than the paranoid rantings of culties.
And second, why are you here?
Investor-I do like to think we had a bit to do with prodding the SEC to taking action, though. I'm pretty sure, for example, that the SGGM research I did and submitted to them led to the suspension.
Because, redbaby, we can amuse ourselves while waiting to read the forthcoming civil and criminal charges against urbie and the boyz and grrls who helped him steal somewhere between $70 and $100 million plus from know-nothing naifs.
arete-particularly since Frizzy neither represents the company or the shareholders. And knowing Urban, the Task Farce has no legal charter to do anything.
For openers, Jimmy, all shares traded in the days immediately prior to the final revocation order are going to be delivery fails.
And for another, you are talking about a trivial number of shareholders easily explained by simple human errors in processing a mass certificate pull.
So you have gone from an international conspiracy involving trillions of shorted shares to a handfull of shareholders without certificates? George should hire you to help manage expectations for the Iraq war.
And so to bed. Enjoy the weekend all. Tight lines and cold beer.
Sakk-that's what most addicted gamblers say about the slots and the pennies. They just don't add up to totals. PAIM is a scam run by a career criminal. If you think you can flip it for twenty five bucks, then fine. Just don't cop a righteous attitude.
Sadley, hasher, I think GTC may no longer be with us. He may have gone down with the Frizzy Task Farce ship.
Well, GTC, I've never been a secretary, although the world certainly needs them. I've been the Secretary-Treasurer of a rather decent sized lending institution, though. And the CEO of a successful start-up, and a founder and later EVP of a public company that was a leader in its field. And the CEO of several not-for-profits, a nationally known lecturer in my field, and an Aoociate Professor with lots of publications in refereed journals.
But hey, CMKX has a huge naked short, eh?
I thought that St. Fatricks day was supposed to be a significant date. What happened?
Is this not working out for you very well, gtc? It seems that all the hype is now dead in the water.
Crossbow-smart traders buy into strength. Really stupid traders try to catch a falling knife.
I think Frizzy is slowly realizing how bad he has been had, hence no raw kibble to the sheep.
According to my fairly reliable sources, Faulk got a several thousand buck advance against the first five chapters. And he hasn't, and perhaps can't, deliver.
Level 11 is offers, and that's not what you're seeing. There is no level 11 on a gray market POS.
Please, odiaz, there is no level 2 in this stock, and the after hours trades are informational and regard earlier activity.
Panther-we've pointed out to ops that what he is proposing is clearly a stock manipulation scheme, but he/she thinks it doesn't matter because their hearts are pure.
Odiaz-if it is, then Pearlie can add Reg FD violations to her many others.
For some reason, Pedro, Casavant thought he was bulletproof, or he enjoyed playing the high roller so much that he just didn't care.
It will be fascinating when the SEC and/or DOJ get around to filing charges and detailing the full cast of characters involved in this scam.
Jag-I doubt that any of Downs' predictions could be confirmed as even close by a real audit, starting with his original claim of the "sale" of a minority interest in HLS.
Probably nothing, flantonio. Pearl has managed to turn this into a total balls-up.
Janice-I think everybody knew it was a scam, and that pearlie couldn't pull ir off.
SEC brief up to 87 pages.
VP Scott running like scalded dog.
Quest needs to study double negatives, janice.
You got "attacked" ruffie, for presenting the debenture payment as having other than a zero probability of payment. This is a scam run by an international crime syndicate. Quit apologizing for it.
Dang, gump. You canuks have all the neat places!!
Strange that the content is still up, Jim. Although it's certainly still relevant.
4cash-they never purchased it.
JMH-in case you missed the last thirty years in the market, the DTC doesn't "send out" dividends.
Perhaps the slaughter of the longs and Clown's dumping will finally get the SEC's attention.
Hasher-to nufced's limited credit, she has said that Jay is FOS. But that's not relevant to her much delayed and forced disclosure of her freebies.
Hasher-I just seem to have that impact on some people.
Yeah, nufced. That's why you used your birth name to sign up for them, eh?
You posted about it when? Your shares were issued 7/24/04. And Sterling didn't disclose until he was busted either.
No he wasn't, 4cash. He sent them a donation, dim bulb.Scam CEO's are fond of such "awards".
No, nufced, you never answered. You simply reposted the CYA letter you wrote after you found out that you and the rest of the pay it forward crowd would be in public records at the hearing.
That was months after the fact, no?
